Very nice place with friendly staff. Rooms were a little too warm for some in our group. There is a flight of stairs to get luggage up. Parking is on street which was full up sometimes, but there is a cheap public parking lot pretty close by. Great place to walk around Inverness from.

I loved the artwork on the walls at this property. While it's not wheelchair accessible, they did allow me to leave the wheelchair in the office so my partner did not have to walk it all the way back to the car. Parking can be tricky but I think the farthest away we had to park was 1 block. It was walkable to some of the restaurants and local attractions we wanted to see. It was near downtown so it was in the good location.

The room was average, the shower was a small tiny stall that became very slippery when using shampoo. Street parking was limited and we had to have our car off the street from 10 am to 5 pm. There were lots of buses and minivans parked on and across the street at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast facilities were good.

This was the perfect option on my second time of staying in Inverness. We arrived after 1700 so street parking was free until 1000 the next morning. There are plenty of shopping and dining options within walkable distance. The location was quiet at night. We loved that they had an electrical converter for the foreign traveler. That was absolutely thoughtful. Check-in was a breeze with some good banter that lifted our spirits.Also at check-out, we ran into a transport issue and Eleana (not sure if I spelled her name right) but she understood the urgency and helped us. Our taxi had us at the airport in no time and it was the perfect ride to end our epic journey. While we didn't partake in breakfast, it smelled delish. Please visit and stay!

The property is well located. There are no lifts, so if you have heavy luggage be sure to request a room on the ground floor. The room is a nice size and the beds are comfortable. We had breakfast on our first morning there, and did not return the second morning. The quality and variety of the offering was not good value for the price.

Stayed in house number 19. Immaculate throughout. Well decorated. It is obvious the owners and staff take pride in the business. Breakfast had a excellent choice and staff were very pleasant. No evening meal service but a short walk into the city centre where there was a huge choice of pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended.

The room was not cleaned well before we arrived. We were told there were toiletries in the shower, and there was. But the shampoo and conditioner were practically empty. The shower has hair and mold all over it. The room was very cute and conveniently located, but a bit dirty.

This accommodation is located in the perfect spot. We had a beautiful large room ( Room # 1) and the staff were friendly and nice. On the down side the location of our room was quite noisy as it was above reception/ dining hall. The mattress (hard as a rock) and pillows ( very flat) really need replacing. Overall the convenience, location, and nice rooms outweigh any negatives.

We have stayed here quite a few times and its always good. Location is good for the town centre and its near the river. The only downside was the bed wasnt overly comfy and the shower wasnt very good, not very powerful. Staff were reallyngood as they always are. Would recommend.

I got a good deal on a last minute booking for passing through Inverness. If you want to be close to the old town area, this is an easy 12-15 minute walk across the bridge. The room was simple and small, but good enough for a quick stay. The shower was small in my room, which might be a problem for a big person. The lady at the front desk was helpful to suggest places to go for supper. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options, but I was disappointed there wasn’t any fresh fruit or fruit salad. My room was very warm when I checked in, so I just turned off the heat and opened the window. I would go back if I needed another affordable stay in Inverness.

This was a cute b&b in the area. It was very convenient to be close to your pick ups and drop offs. Plus it was a very short walk to restaurants and stores. The room had a very homey feel equity with a few quirks. The stairs were a bit tight to get luggage up and down and our shower played a few tricks on us by bouncing back and forth from very hot to very cold. However, overall, the space was nice and staff was very friendly.

Loud outside at times, but to be expected near by downtown Inverness. Breakfast was included in our stay and was good. Would have loved a mini refrigerator, but that does not seem to be the norm, also ice seems to be an issue, as if asking for it was the oddest request. Overall not a bad stay and priced reasonably

This nice small hotel is very walkable with on-street parking right out front overnight. You do have to move the car to the end of the block for parking during the day for a small charge. The breakfast is lovely. The room is quite large by European standards. The wifi is iffy especially during busy times. Overall, we recommend this as a place to stay in lovely Inverness. It is quite convenient.

Great location. Room had only one horizontal surface other than the bed so everything piled up on the desk. The curtains were thin and A LOT of light came through all night from the Copy store across the alley. Very nice people who worked there. Great location. Breakfast was forgettable.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The property was well maintained. I had breakfast on 1 of the 3 days due to a very early tour. It was fine and hearty. The only thing...the noise...fire doors to rooms slamming as people came in. Shaking the whole place. I wish there was a way to fix that so they dont "auto-slam." Also, people from all over the world have one annoying habit in common: being loud in the corriders of hotels, no matter the time of night. Not the hotel's fault, just humanity.. all in all, a pleasant stay.

The staff were absolutely fantastic from the very second we arrived to the last second we departed. The property is impeccably maintained, the cleanliness is faultless. Ardross Glencairn was the perfect spot to stay! Room was comfortable, breakfast quick, easy and good. Within walking distance of the downtown and the river. St Andrews is just down the street so I dropped in as soon as it opened and missed all the crowds. We ate at Shapla Indian Restaurant just over the bridge with a water view. We also ate at The Castle Tavern over the bridge and short walk. Both had great food and good service. We did a tour with Get tour guide to the Isle of Skye which was fabulous.

This Property was easy to find easy to walk to from the train station close to downtown shopping yet in a quiet neighborhood the registration desk was simply amazing. They called a cab for me no hassles very friendly. Would love to stay here again.

On my first visit I had a light, comfortable and pleasantly furnished room. However, when I returned a week later my room was clean and basic but had an "unloved" air: dark brown woodwork throughout and a door where the lock had clearly been changed on 2-3 occasions with no repair of the damage. The only "picture" was a leaf print on a piece of curled paper inside an old black frame. The breakfast, although plentiful was uninspiring e.g. tinned fruit rather than fresh, the cooked breakfast consisted of baked beans, egg, sausage and bacon. I had requested a gluten free meal but apart from a slice of white bread none of the gluten-free "bread" items on the list were available and the only gluten-free cereals on offer were honey-coated cornflakes and rice krispies. Muesli or a nutty granola would have been a much healthier and enjoyable option. Without exception staff were helpful and courteous and the location of the accommodation is close to lovely walks along the River.
