Con: It was difficult to sleep due to the thin walls and the air conditioner making clicking sounds every time it turned on. I wish hotels offered white noise machines. Pros: The outdoor pool was fun! My child loved the slide! And I liked the option of the indoor pool for when it rained. The complementary continental breakfast tasted great too.

We have stayed gere before and loved it. However, as the property was undergoing a full reno, the indoor pool was closed and breakfast was served in a conference room. We were able to go to the hotel next door to use pool. Breakfast selection was not as good as before...but remodeled room was wonderful

Honestly, the stay was great. The beds are HARD and not comfortable at all-it was a long, sleepless night for me. We specially booked because of their outdoor pool-we have 4 kids-the outside pool has a 1ft area with a "mushroom" waterfall type thing-it did not work. The water slide was AWESOME! My 9 and 11 year old LOVED it! I enjoyed it myself too. Breakfast was fair/good. There were western omelets, chunked potatoes (they were not crispy, but very soggy), sliced kielbasa sauage, bread for toast and bagels, muffins, fruit, oatmeal-with toppings, milk-oatmilk-coconut milk and almond milk, 4 different juices, and 2 waffle makers. There was smores and vanilla flavored waffle mix. Honestly, the waffles made the whole breakfast. There were a few family friendly board games on a table in the lobby that guests were able to utilize-a first for my family!

Family friendly. I felt very safe. I was there alone with my 8 year old grandson. We had breakfast both mornings in the lobby before heading out for the day. Housekeeping straightened up our room while we were gone, which I didn't expect but was appreciative. The grounds were beautiful and mostly shaded. The pool however, was much smaller than I imagined. If you can catch it during the day while people are out, it's nice, but after 5 it gets VERY crowded.

The views were great from the parking lot. I booked a suite, paid double the normal rate because it was a Saturday. The room A/C was great. Cons: Noisy, ants on table, coffee maker almost shorted and had mold, it seems like they remodeled but didn't really clean before doing so, like dirt inside the light switches, mold around the shower area, toilet not flushing correctly and so much more. Just stay somewhere else if you're in this area. It was so gross and noisy I couldn't sleep.

The front desk attendant kindly gave us another room, because ours had a bad smell, and there was a sticky substance on the desk chair arms. We've stayed here a number of times in the past and enjoyed the comfortable beds. This time I noticed that in general the place needs a deep cleaning. The hall carpets looked dirty and needed vacuuming, the tiles sections were sticky, like in a movie theater. In our new room, we repositioned the TV slightly on the bureau and underneath the stand were the remains of liquid spills and old dust and it looked disgusting. I wiped off the bureau surface with a washcloth and it turned brown. I hope they can clean up their act or we won't be staying there in the future.

Property was ok. Breakfast was awful. The eggs and sausage looked and tasted bad. We just tried it and had to throw it out. We decided to eat the bagels and waffles. Which was not the healthiest choicest. The room had a musky smell. There was mold in the bathroom and the door had water damage at the bottom, really bad. The beds were very uncomfortable, I probably slept about 3 hrs max. The sheet did not feel fresh. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Nice staff, horrible hotel. Will not be staying at a Hampton inn ever again.

Beds were cheap. Metal springs squeaked and squawked when we sat or lay on the bed let alone roll around. Changed to different room and they were no better. Husband had to shove some towels between bed springs and mattress. Clerk seemed perturbed when I asked to move the first time.

The one complaint about all Hampton Inns is NO plastic cups except at breakfast. And in my room, NO ice bucket but the front desk person found a plastic container. I also dislike the lack of cable TV. The TV took some time to manage and did not carry enough channels.

I have had the worst luck checking in with the Hilton App. I checked in the night before and made sure to pick an available room away from the Interstate side of the hotel because I am a very light sleeper. When I arrive they tell me that room was given to someone else and I was moved to the room closest to the freeway. Definitely hear the traffic within the room. If you are reserving a room, the higher numbered rooms are the ones further away from the traffic. Hotel is clean and has plenty of parking. Breakfast is typical Hampton Inn quality. I had the unfortunate experience of checking in right after a youth travel team checked in. They were put on the floor above me so there was quite a bit of noise coming from above from 10pm-11pm but that is no fault of the hotel.

The property seemed ok and the staff was friendly, but we had a problem at check-in and I'm not sure who was to blame. When we checked in, we were told we had booked two rooms. I showed the email confirmation indicating we had only booked 1 room, but the guy at the desk said he couldn't do anything about it. Spent 45 minutes on the phone with Expedia as well as the front desk trying to get the error resolved. Shouldn't have been my responsibility to solve a problem with an obvious solution.

Greg at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The manager Angela was wonderful too. They went above and beyond to accommodate an early check in for us so we didnt miss a timed entry for an area attraction. We have never met a friendlier or more accommodating hotel staff. The hotel is convenient to Rock City, Ruby Falls, Incline Railway and a short distance from downtown Chattanooga. There is a Walmart right across the street for anything you might need and plenty of restaurants near by. We stayed in a pet friendly room which was clean, quiet and comfortable. The full size shower products and avaliable toiletries were a nice touch. The views and the outdoor seating area are great. Breakfast had a good selection and the dining area was kept clean and had plenty of seating. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Brandi at the front desk was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to make sure our stay met our expectations. She escorted us to our room to make sure it worked for me since my knee makes it hard to access certain areas. She was a bright light when we were checking out.

Due to a glitch I was temporarily over charged. I was charged twice for my room, which means temporarily they took over an extra 200$ from me. I was told it was a glitch due to their night audit and something with the computer. Imagine my suprise when I went to check my bank account and realized that all my extra money for my trip was gone. Causing me to have to borrow money till the money could go back into my account. The only thing they offered me was to fill out a form to hopefully get my money back sooner. However it was the weekend and my bank wasn’t open. So that wasn’t even a true option. They offered me nothing in return for a huge inconvenience they put me through. As someone who has been in management I always take care of my customer. Regardless of how the mistake happened. I want my customers to come back. Apparently the associates at this hotel could care less of their guest come back.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast includes boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereal, and yogurt. Bananas and apples were also available. Hot water and water pressure were excellent in our room. Bed was comfortable and extra blanket was in the closet. Microwave is a little worn, but it works. Refrigerator also included in the room. Easy access to downtown Chattanooga. Convenient to Racoon Mountain and Lookout Mountain attractions.

Stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean and comfy but the window looks out to an enclosure space on the roof, not pleasant. On the second morning, the coffee pots were empty 30 minutes before the breakfast was over. Only decaf was available. And the sausage was still warm but dried.
