The room i had booked was very big and comfortable. I liked the room. The breakfast was good too. Few negatives of the Hotel are 1. the Spa is a mess. One of the Sauna was closed and the only other Sauna was full of people sitting with swimming dress and children running around. 2. Even for the Fitness you need to pay €10 Eurs per day! This is a very high price just to use the fitness facility for say 1 hour. 3. The Hotel restaurant closes at 10 pm but the last food order is taken at 9 pm. I requested for Salad at 8.50 pm and initially they refused to serve me. I had to insisit it was not 9 pm yet and only then i was served my Salad!!! 4. The Hotel is located in a very old and broken looking area. There is not much to do around.

The complex was massive and has the most amazing spa and pool facilities! The rooms were very spacious and could easily accommodate numerous guests. The restaurant was located on the top floor with a spectacular view of all of Bucharest! The real highlight of our stay was the spa and pool complex. It was massive and expansive, with one large lap pool, a children’s pool and a spa. There were 3 saunas and a steam room , as well as a massage and tanning areas! Making it a very relaxing and comfortable place. The location was alright, it was close to a large shopping centre and metro and tram stops. Again, an amazing place and a great place to stay!

Bel appartement spacieux, vue sur la ville de Bucarest très agréable avec une terrasse pour profiter. Salle de sport très bien équipé, petit déjeuner très complet. Seul bémol nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour la piscine, arrivée à l’hôtel on nous dit qu’elle est en travaux, cela aurait été bien de prévenir avant l’arrivée!!

Great in every way except one, only one little think that I find it annoying. Elevators. Good functioning two elevators that seemed to be used a lot by staff doing housekeeping. It lacks service elevators unfortunately, hotel is located in what is like a residential building.

Staff were welcoming and accommodating. Apartment was massive and nicely laid out. Whilst we didn't use the kitchen for cooking it was sufficiently equipped and immaculately clean. We had to turn all the radiators off as it was very warm! Bathrooms clean and showers powerful and hot. One negative, some of the windows probably needed new seals as they let a fair bit of exterior noise in, which disappeared when you pushed them shut harder. Breakfast buffet had a decent variety of foods and great to be able to sit out on the roof terrace to eat. Never had to wait for a table and the breakfast staff were constantly around making sure there was plenty of everything and tables cleared quickly. Staff were happy to look after our luggage in safe storage after checkout but before heading back to airport. Easy Uber to and from Bucharest landmarks and town centre. Definitely a good choice at a great price.

We stayed in the large apartment which was spotless, had excellent space, friendly staff who were very accommodating with excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely return again. The spa was supposed to be closed during our stay and they managed to open it which was an added bonus. We were compensated for the loss of the days spa too. Thank you all for looking after us! We loved our experience.

The hotel was excellent and our room was huge and spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The areas leading to the hotel leave a bit to be desired and the nearest metro is a good 15 minute walk away which could be a lot shorter if there was a short cut. Our coffee machine in the room didn’t work but these are just small gripes and would definitely stay at the hotel again.

The cleaning is thorough and very clean. There is underfloor heating, allowing you to spend the winter in a T-shirt. The breakfast venue offers a lot of fresh vegetables, and there are terrace seats where you can enjoy the view. You can also take breakfast back to your room. They are very generous, providing multiple card keys for one room and offering free copying services. Thank you very much.

The rooms are spacious enough but pretty old and smelly. sheets upon arrival were not clean in neither of the bedrooms, and the shower had hair on the floor as well! Also requested deposit to be blocked from our card and be reverted upon checkout, but when we check out another colleague told us that they can not revert it, so we checked out without getting our deposit back, and also after all it was not blocked, it was charged!! breakfast was poor and really strange neighbour

Vi havde booket det store værelse på 144 m2 til tre personer, så vi manglede bestemt ikke plads :-) Der var rent og pænt på værelset. Vi oplevede rigtig god og venlig service i receptionen, men det kneb noget mere hos morgenmads personalet. Værelset var fint lydisoleret mod naboerne, men til gengæld ikke for lyde udefra. Konstant hundegøen, og unge mennesker der forsamlede sig udenfor og var meget højlydte, var generende. Hvis man sover let, kan ørepropper anbefales. Det varme vand i bruseren var lang tid undervejs (9. sal), og der var absolut intet vandtryk at gøre godt med. Hårvask var komplet umuligt. Vi havde valgt denne værelsestype, fordi der er både badekar og bruser. Vi sætter pris på et varmt karbad ovenpå en lang dag i storbyen. Men der var ingen bundprop, så badekaret kunnet slet ikke anvendes :-( Morgenmaden var under gennemsnittet. Mælken til morgenmadsprodukterne var lunken, kaffeautomaterne meldte konstant fejl og kunne ikke bruges - og så var udvalget generelt noget kedeligt. De to elevatorer er små, og man skal vente meget længe på dem af samme grund. Dertil er sikkerheden noget tvivlsom. Jeg selv blev ramt hårdt af elevatordøren på vej ud, fordi censoren ikke registrerede mig. Hvis det var gået ud over et lille barn, ville det have været alvorligt. Generelt set ikke et 4-stjernet hotel i standard. Men vi havde da et udmærket ophold i de 3 nætter, vi boede der. Jeg synes dog prisen er for høj, i forhold til hvad man får.

The space for the apartment is great for families. There is 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. However, there was no air condition in each room. The room was quite warm. There was only one pillow per person. There was no black out curtains. In the morning it was very bright. Would be great to have extra pillows. Room service came at 8-9am which I found was very early as we have teenagers and it wasn’t ideal for cleaners to come in so early. On the first day, the cleaners came into our apartment without knocking or ringing the doorbell. We felt that was intrusive. It was handy to have a kitchenette and fridge. There was a swimming pool and spa for adults but we needed to pay daily €10 per adult. Kids go for free but an adult must always be present. Buffet breakfast was great. The food had a good selection. The location is about 30 minutes to the old town. There is a shopping mall about 10 minutes walk and the train station is 20 minutes walk away.

Väldigt stort rum / lägenhet men trist brun heltäckningsmatta och inte så fint badrum. Ganska trist läge för turistande (3-4 km från Gamla stan och andra sevärdheter). Området är som ett industri/verkstadsområde. Väldigt bra gym med all önskvärd utrustning.

Spacious apartment with blackout curtains and very quiet! Now, the staff and management should keep up with the maintenance of the property as the tv remote didn’t have batteries, one of the ac units did not have a remote whatsoever, so inoperable, another had a remote but without batteries also. One of the bedroom doors does not close and the shower has a very slow drain. These are easy fixes but it shows lack of proper maintenance.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean, staff were very helpful and professional, and we really enjoyed the spa. It was just a 10 minute walk from a shopping center, 20 minute walk to the train station and/or the subway system. Breakfast was fantastic!

Front desk gentlemen was absolutely fantastic. Help us with transportation, ideas and provide even some decaffeinated coffee for me. Huge apartment with everything you need. More than everything, but the best things are the mattresses and sheets. The sheets are better then the sheets at Ritz Plaza! Definitely will go back. Included breakfast was awesome as well, not the regular food you get at other places.

All the staff at the hotel/property were really friendly and nice except for the female staff in the restaurant. The female staff in the restaurant had no patience and spoke very abruptly I am not sure if it’s because she struggled to understand what I was trying to say. The front desk staff was so welcoming the staff to the pool and the spa were also very nice. Even the 2 males in the restaurant were pleasant.

The rooms are spacious enough but pretty old and smelly. sheets upon arrival were not clean in neither of the bedrooms, and the shower had hair on the floor as well! Also requested deposit to be blocked from our card and be reverted upon checkout, but when we check out another colleague told us that they can not revert it, so we checked out without getting our deposit back, and also after all it was not blocked, it was charged!! breakfast was poor and really strange neighbour

The room i had booked was very big and comfortable. I liked the room. The breakfast was good too. Few negatives of the Hotel are 1. the Spa is a mess. One of the Sauna was closed and the only other Sauna was full of people sitting with swimming dress and children running around. 2. Even for the Fitness you need to pay €10 Eurs per day! This is a very high price just to use the fitness facility for say 1 hour. 3. The Hotel restaurant closes at 10 pm but the last food order is taken at 9 pm. I requested for Salad at 8.50 pm and initially they refused to serve me. I had to insisit it was not 9 pm yet and only then i was served my Salad!!! 4. The Hotel is located in a very old and broken looking area. There is not much to do around.

Property was located close to public transportation which was convenient, staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious with enough room for a family of 4. The property is dated but we didn’t mind. The restaurant upstairs offered some decent quality food for dinner but we found breakfast redundant. Over all a great stay for the reasonable price.

The hotel was excellent and our room was huge and spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The areas leading to the hotel leave a bit to be desired and the nearest metro is a good 15 minute walk away which could be a lot shorter if there was a short cut. Our coffee machine in the room didn’t work but these are just small gripes and would definitely stay at the hotel again.

The space for the apartment is great for families. There is 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. However, there was no air condition in each room. The room was quite warm. There was only one pillow per person. There was no black out curtains. In the morning it was very bright. Would be great to have extra pillows. Room service came at 8-9am which I found was very early as we have teenagers and it wasn’t ideal for cleaners to come in so early. On the first day, the cleaners came into our apartment without knocking or ringing the doorbell. We felt that was intrusive. It was handy to have a kitchenette and fridge. There was a swimming pool and spa for adults but we needed to pay daily €10 per adult. Kids go for free but an adult must always be present. Buffet breakfast was great. The food had a good selection. The location is about 30 minutes to the old town. There is a shopping mall about 10 minutes walk and the train station is 20 minutes walk away.

Väldigt stort rum / lägenhet men trist brun heltäckningsmatta och inte så fint badrum. Ganska trist läge för turistande (3-4 km från Gamla stan och andra sevärdheter). Området är som ett industri/verkstadsområde. Väldigt bra gym med all önskvärd utrustning.

I’m an American and this was my first time to Romania, and I couldn’t have been more pleased! The hotel is safe, clean and professionally run by extraordinarily competent staff. The size of the rooms was impressively large, if a bit spare, but with a modernist aesthetic. I loved the blackout shades in the windows to catch some sleep because I was jetlagged. Undoubtedly, one of the best aspects of staying here was both the ample and delicious breakfast on the roof every morning, as well as the sizable gymnasium at basement level. Though I did not take advantage of the spa services, my hunch is that they are of very high-quality. I look forward to my return trip and staying there again where I can get a beautiful view of the entire city while eating breakfast each morning!

Die Dame mit den Tattoes war super nett an der Rezeption. Ansich ein schönes Hotel, allerdings schade, dass wir Ärger für unsere Kinder bekommen haben! Offenbar hat sich eine externe Schwimmlehrerin dort eingemietet und sich beschwert, weil unsere Kinder auch im vorderen Teil des Pools geschwommen sind und Spaß hatten. Wir haben EBENFALLS extra für den Spa-Bereich bezahlt! Frühstück war gut, allerdings war der Service am Abend im Restaurant nicht so gut. Rumänen, die später kamen wurden immer vor uns bedient, was zum Unmut bei den Kindern führte. Zudem kamen andere Gäste im Schlafanzug ins Restaurant.

Well I went due to the facilities. Spa bath, excellent restaurant etc. jacuzzi bath - all switched off. Restaurant - closed. No reason when I asked and it quite clearly said ‘open’ No local restaurant so walked to Auchan and got bread and beer!!. Signage for hotel poor Once I found it, I was very happy with the quality and size of the room and breakfast was excellent.
