Great welcome , offered early check in Room great , clean and comt. Breakfast continental amazing. Endless free coffee was fantastic in the lobbt/ bfast area. Even a muffin thrown it. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Obtain a ticket to reduce yr car parking to £9 per 24 hrs at the NCP Moorfields. Booked through hotels.con used tesco clubcard vouches 3 tines the value and just paid the taxes and service charges

Nice stay in the Hotel. Definitely "scammed" with regard to the Q car park at the rear of the hotel. You are led to believe when you book that you get a voucher from the hotel to entitle you to £9 per night parking. When I put my voucher in the pay machine I was charged £50 (£25 per night). I called Q Park from the machine phone and the assistant told me that the voucher scheme had been cancelled a few months ago and vouchers were no longer valid. I had to pay the £50 to get out of the car park...Be aware.

Great service at the ibis Styles Dale Street. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating, and nothing was too much trouble. This is a dog-friendly hotel and it was worth the £10 per dog charge - there was plenty of space for our 2 dogs in the room and we appreciated being able to bring them to breakfast with us. We’d definitely stay here again - a perfect location for sight-seeing and shopping with subsidised parking just around the corner.

Very pleasant surprise to have a premium room at little extra cost. Did not have time for breakfast but bar service in evening of arrival was excellent . Could the menu form say 12 noon not 12pm (which is midnight- 12 hours post midday !)7

The hotel room environment is nice, with acceptable cleanliness. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and slippers when checking in. The hotel features Beatles decorations, which fit Liverpool perfectly, and it even provides 24-hour coffee – that's very thoughtful!

Pleasant enough stay, comfortable, clean, quiet room. Nespresso machine was a nice touch. Check in area could do with a bit more identity from the bar area as it was a bit casual and discombobulated. Great central location and close by discounted carpark.

Great hotel. Very secure. Room key is needed to access elevators and floors leading to rooms. Rooms are cozy and clean. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Highly recommend. Within walking distance to many attractions and bus/train stations.

Didn't end up staying there because i couldnt get parked (just what you need after a hard days work when all you want is a shower and food)total lack from hotels .com and ibis that the recommended parking that is subsidised by the hotel has a height restriction so if your in anything bigger than a car you cant use it

Pros - good location, no rowdy guests and pleasant staff. Dislikes - bathroom drains (shower and basin) are most likely clogged in many rooms, and require routine maintenance. Water was draining slowly and there was an unpleasant odour. No safe box in the room. I’m afraid the breakfast was average and not a particularly wide selection. The coffee wasn’t great quality. I appreciate this is an economy hotel and no doubt will suit many visitors to Liverpool. If you’re looking for a non-pod style bathroom and wider breakfast selection consider somewhere else to stay. To their credit, the front of house and housekeeping staff are very pleasant. Just a few changes and this would be a really great place to stay.

We enjoyed our two day stay in this hotel. The staff were very helpful and professional. The Dining area could have been more private as the guests entering and leaving the hotel was distracting and a bit noisy. On the first day their was an unpleasant odour coming from the bathroom and it took well over an hour to dissipate. It did not return during our 2 night stay. We have stayed here before and did not experience anything negative a would recommend the hotel to my family, friends and colleagues.

Really disappointed I understand it is a cheap hotel but come on! We arrived in our room to a horrible sewage smell, our sink didn’t drain properly so the sink would be full of water for hours. Upon unpacking our stuff I found a foil wrapper for some ibuprofen so cleanliness wasn’t amazing. One good point was the location, within 10 minutes of Matthew street, Liverpool one and then Albert dock.

Dirty towels and bathroom cleaner entered room at half 10 after me saying just a minute no house keeping etc just a knock on the door... so that didnt make us feel very welcome check out finished at 11 so felt rushed out staff that checked us in was lovely and where greated coming and going but cleaning staff seemed rude and rusbing us out and room was not very clean

The only good thing about the hotel is the location. Room had broken toilet on arrival. Other rooms not as advertised on website. Bathroom fixtures loose, body hairs found in bathroom and pillows/bed area. Room not tidied properly by housekeeping, leftover menus found on room floor. General appearance of room shabby/outdated and below standard of other Ibis hotels I have stayed in. Room overpriced given the poor quality. Staff attitude not great. Will definately not stay in this hotel again.

The staff was fantastic and friendly. Our room was small by American standards but the worst part was the bathroom was like a small pod on an elevated platform in which the floor creaked, was spongy and the door was difficult to shut. Due to that, i would not stay there again if i was visiting Liverpool.

There was a very leaky (pouring) sink in the bathroom, held together with duct tape (in a Premier room). Staff were less than helpful, but offered a different room - which had a blocked sink. That sink was unblocked the next day, by a more helpful and supportive staff member. It’s not worth the cost. If you want to stay in a Beatles themed hotel - head over to the Hard Days Night hotel around the corner.

A basic clean room. The bathroom is in a pod in the room which you access via a step. Not good when using during the night in the dark. The actual shower was good. The lights are very strange you either have them all on or all off. When on very bright. When off too dark. The hotel is in a great position within Liverpool city centre and not far from Lime St train station.

Excellent stay, only thing I didn’t like is window in the room didn’t open. On entrance you need a card key and there needs to be a sign or even a bell to get attention from staff.

The Ibis is well situated in central area. Two issues were encountered. The shower water pressure is very low and the temperature keeps on changing so you start having a shower with warm, it shifts alone to very hot. You adjust and soon after it goes back to cold. You adjust and cycle starts over again. Room number was 509

Great location, lovely accommodations & exceptional breakfast. Staff very young and a bit socially awkward/rude. No phone in room to contact front desk for needs which as a single woman traveling alone always bothers me. The big disappointment for me though was the riff raff and homeless people lingering outside all night, dogs barking for hours and the staff could care less about addressing it when I asked them too. Was difficult to sleep because of the noise.

This is a “self serve” style hotel. You meet with an associate to check in briefly but that's about the only interaction. They inadvertently put us in a room that was under repair and we had to move to a new room. The room itself was very compact. Bathroom and shower were particularly tight. No safe in the room. Free coffee / tea in the lobby was nice. There are no coffee shops nearby.

Customer service was excellent! Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Room clean enough but not spotless, and was quite small but functional (we had twin beds). Not a fan of the modular style bathrooms but that's modern hotels for you.

Everything was good, clean, tidy and staff were excellent and very helpful. We arrived early and were greeted with a free coffee. They let us put our cases in the luggage room so we could have a wonder around the city centre. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Would recommend the hotel it’s location.

Stayed for an overnight break as we were going to Anfield to watch Liverpool. Room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast area is very small and was packed the next morning, so everyone was squeezed together. I had qualified for 20% off beverages, but this wasn't applied when we purchased drink from the bar.

Haven't stayed in ibis before for the price we paid it was alot for a small , cramped room but everything was there ,the bed was comfy and i slept well, the hot food at breakfast was scramble eggs and beans otherwise it was continental and very tasty.

Lovely clean, unique hotel with a Beatles theme. Friendly staff. Loved our Lucy in the Sky room; many thanks. Breakfast was overall very good; a good variety of continental offerings including fresh fruit and yoghurt bowls plus scrambled egg and beans. Would’ve preferred a choice of egg and other hot food choices such as maybe bacon, mushrooms etc. Had a wonderful first stay in Liverpool.
