Saubere und in sehr gutem Zustand befindliches Zimmer. Ansprechendes Interieur. Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war vielseitig und reichlich. Tiefgarage etwas eng, aber gut sie gehabt zu haben. Eine Sache vielleicht: Wenn dafür geworben wird, Wasser zu sparen und Ressourcen zu schonen, sollten die Handtücher auch nicht jeden Tag gewechselt werden, wenn sie nicht auf dem Boden liegen.

The room was comfortable and had nice amenities. The hotel staff was helpful. Breakfasts and late evening snacks at the restaurant onsite were an added bonus. There were restaurants nearby, and it was about a half mile from the Old Town Square.

Awesome place! The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Super nice rooms for the price. The best parking option is to park at the under ground mall. It’s like a 6-7 min walk.

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights and we really enjoyed this property. The location was excellent to public transportation and to the city center. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed the addition of the free minibar in the room; that was a pleasant surprise. They also had parking on-site at a fee. The staff were pleasant and helpful as well. The best thing about this hotel, though, is their BREAKFAST! It was fantastic. We had been traveling all over Europe; this was by far the best breakfast at any hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel!

It was close enough to shopping area, Christmas market, restaurants. We used their taxi driver coming in from airport and leaving , a little cold and aloof, but most of servers; etc were that way all around town; I guess too many tourists they take for granted, they don't deem necessary to be friendly and don't care about tips. Some issues with the business center (printer, ink..) but resolved next day. Liked the espresso machine but didn't like the taste. Liked the mini bar with a choice of local sodas,and beers, which we don't drink though, We were provided with 2 bottles of local water daily; unless we put a do not disturb sign and when we asked for replesnishment; we were told; that czechs drink tap water. I never drink tap water ever and we never got. On Christmas day, we found in the room a treat with one piece of the special czech cake we were going to purchase in a bakery for Christmas. We were disappointed by taste and thought it was stale and based on that we never did.We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast buffet: liked the umbrellas they loaned us on rainy days:

I liked the location but I did not like the hotel for the price that I paid. Now, it is true that I paid for my hotel last minute. I would have been content with paying half the price for my stay. Also, the room that my husband and I stayed in was so dark and so small and the rugs were dirty (or they looked dirty) and it also smelled dusty.

The staff was quite helpful and knowledgeable. The room was small and ultra-modern, but extremely quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good and consistent. In fact, the only real complaints were that the fitness room was extremely small and hot and one of the two machines was broken. And, the housekeeping staff did not change out cups and spoons, leaving obviously dirty spoons as if cleaned. That said, overall, this was a good place to stay to see Prague.

Wir hatten einen entspannten Kurzaufenthalt in dem Hotel. Es war gemütlich und modern gestaltet, der Service war nett. In dem Zimmer war vor allem in dem Schrank, auf der Fernbedienung und an kleinen Stellen im Bad etwas Dreck vorzufinden. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war ansich gut, hat jedoch nicht so meinen Geschmack getroffen. Insgesamt würde ich da Hotel aber für einen Kurztrip empfehlen.

The hotel was in a great location, without being in a noisy area. Probably the quietest hotel we have been in overnight, so along with great blackout curtains and a very comfy bed definitely made for a great sleep. Provided cold water every day was a nice bonus. Bathroom was clean and spacious with good quality toiletries. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very pleased with the property, staff, location. I arrived late in the evening (10:00 pm) and there was no bellhop to tell me how to use the AC, shower fixtures, etc. Front desk staff were very responsive. The biggest difficulty I had was that my room (103) had very spotty WiFi. I could not find a "sweet spot" and struggled sending email, downloading, streaming on my computer.

The hotel is in fine condition and things felt clean. The room has just a few too many pieces of furniture so it is right for two people with large bags. The A/C is awful and it took forever to get the room down to about 73 degrees. Breakfast is good but a bit overpriced in my opinion (~$30/person). It’s a bit farther from town than we realized, so we ended up walking a little bit more.

The hotel is very centrally located, is quiet, and in a safe location. The property has a wonderful lobby, breakfast is more than adequate and the staff is top notch. I would like to make a special mention of the front desk manager, Karolina Holcatova, who made my stay very special. She is professional, helpful and always has an incredibly warm smile. Also, would like to recognize Honza Poledknik, at the bar in the evenings, who is a special young man and an incredible asset to the hotel. I will be returning!

The boutique hotel was charming and conveniently located in a quiet area. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. However, we did experience some noise in the morning from the housekeeping staff, which included talking, shouting across the hallway, door slamming, and sharing the elevator with guests while transporting a laundry cart. This was a bit unprofessional and made for an uncomfortable experience. It was unexpected for a Meliá hotel, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great, friendly staff, called the day before we arrived and they arranged our transfer to the hotel 890 CZK each way...so easy!!! Hotel is very modern, clean and the room was lovely and spacious with everything you could possibly need, even a free mini bar. 10-15 minute walk into the Old Town, perfect location. Will definitely stay here again if we re-visit Prague. Thank you

Really lovely hotel. Great restaurants close by and a fantastic cocktail bar across the road! Check in was good. However, we’d booked a twin room but got a double room. When I called reception, it was a point blank no to twin room availability. I decided to go to reception and speak to the lad who checked us in and he managed to sort this out for us!

A modern and fresh hotel, close by to city center. It was very clean. Nice and spacious rooms. Great breakfast. Close to city center by walking distance. Quiet area with one way road so almost no traffic. Very friendly and service minded staff. We got double booked so needed to change room during our stay. Not the most comfortable thing during a short stay. First they weren’t that easy trying to solve the problem but right person (Clara?) in the right position made our stay unforgettable.

Vi valgte Meliá i Prag udfra at vi tidligere har været på et af deres hoteller i Luxembourg som var virkelig imponerende. INNSiDE by Meliá er et noget anderledes Hotel, men stadigvæk i den gode ende. Morgenmaden er super kedelig, men det er den generelt i Europa. Personalet i morgenmads området var virkelig smilende og man følte sig velkommen, noget som også var er kendetegn på det Meliá hotel vi tidligere har været på. Om jeg ville besøge hotellet i Prag igen, sikkert ikke. Men vil helt sikkert besøge et andet Meliá hotel et andet sted i verden. Mit indtryk er at Meliá leverer gode oplevelser og med et højt service niveau.

This hotel has the best service I've received in a long time. I arrived early for checkin, and they were kind enough to let me have breakfast when I arrived even though I wasn't eligible for it that day, I got early check-in, and they did their utmost best to help with everything I asked. It was a very god experience at Innside by Melia, Old Town Prague. The hotel is vey conveniently located, close to all the shopping & bars etc. Few minutes pleasant walking to Old Town Square. Hotel molto bello e pulito, camera grande e posizione centralissima, in massimo 10/15 minuti a piedi si raggiungono tutte le principali attrazioni. Unica pecca la totale assenza di kit di cortesia all’interno della camera, da un hotel di questa categoria mi aspetto di avere almeno una cuffia da doccia in bagno ma niente!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Modern, attractive room - very quiet and big, comfy bed. Shower/bathroom was lovely too. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice, lots of staff around to keep things fresh/tidy. Loved it. The hotel itself is about a 15 minute walk to the main square/astronomical clock and it's a nice walk - whilst they are small streets, we felt safe at all times. Lots of hotels to choose from in Prague but I'd definitely stay here again if we came back. Only one criticism.... Not keen on the brown PVC chairs in the room - I'm sure they were practical and quite modern but just felt very "wipe-able" which didn't encourage me to sit on them!!
