We arrived early and expected just to check our luggage, but they had a room available and let us check in early. The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. We used the pool and hot tub. Had an early flight the next day so went to bed early and the room/bed were super comfortable and quiet.

This '5 star' hotel has dummy cameras around the property. Zero cameras looking in the parking lot. Our stay started with the TV not working. When reported they sent maintenance up and they said, 'We have a lot of trouble with the tvs. They are old. You just have to unplug them sometimes to get them to work.' I had to unplug every time i wanted to watch Tv during my 6 day stay. The next morning I needed to use their computer and printer for business and their internet was out. It ended up being out for 5 of the 6 days I was there. Then their machines went down that program your room card. On day 2, my card stopped working. They couldn't fix it. Everytime I left, they had to escort me to my room. 3rd night, while waiting to get an escort or my key fixed a gentleman wanted into a room he was NOT on the reservation. One guy followed protocol (and safety) and was not going to let him up. Another guy, because he escorted him up the day before said, 'its OK, I've taken him up yesterday.' The one still didn't want to do it... which is the way it should be. How do they know the person on the reservation wanted him back up there? How do they know they didn't get into a fight earlier? You just never know. I personally put anyone with me (except minors) name at front desk so they know it's ok for them to have a key. On the 5th night, we parked in front of the side door, just feet away from the bar and restaurant, and in full view of the camera and MY CAR WAS STOLEN! BEWARE!!!

No one ever came and cleaned our room or emptied the trash cams for the two days we were there. Also, upon inspection of the room when we got there, the bathroom door stopper was faulty, and the cabinet door to the fridge/mirowave was off the hinge.

Booked this last minute so didn’t know what to expect. Sadie greeted us and got us checked in and off to our room quickly. Room was great, very clean, comfy bed. We could not get WiFi to work so Sadie came to our room to check things out. Very much appreciate Sadie’s customer service attitude!

This was a staycation we had planned for my better half. I reserved the balcony room because she has always wanted to stay in one of these rooms. I reserved the room put in my info gave cc info. When we arrived at 3;05 the lady checking us in told us that our check in wasn't until 4:00 pm. Regardless of the fact that my itinerary clearly says 3 and I know that is the check in time at this hotel due the fact I have stayed here before multiple times. The very first thing I said to her was I reserved a balcony room suite and I want to make sure I have the room I reserved. She said oh yes your reservation is here and you have the room we just have a titanium member in that room and they decided to do a 4 pm checkout. We went and sat by the pool to wait for our room. She then informed us about 30-45 minutes later that the guest who had stayed in the room the night before decided to stay another day so we would not get the room I had reserved and paid for. Instead she downgraded us to a horrible room that we did not want. This truly ruined our experience. We staycation often and by far this was the worst experience we have ever had. I felt embarrassed, humiliated, insulted and discriminated against all at the same time.

They were very accommodating since I had to add a couple extra nights to my trip. Very comfortable, quiet and safe. I did have breakfast one morning that was very good and an excellent cocktail one evening.

Clean and safe hotel. Staff did not address unnecessarily loud guests late at night and their bistro was run by employees with very low customer service skills. How long should a customer wait at the counter to purchase their breakfast and not even get acknowledged “we will be with you in a moment”. It is understandable when a business is busy. It is not acceptable to be ignored and not even acknowledged. We left the hotel to find something to eat. Poor Bistro management and terrible customer service skills from their employee

Did not like the expensive dining option, and the one morning we decided we would try it, the opening time was too late. Also annoying to have to ask for coffee pods every day, since no daily cleaning service. Did like the open area for sitting outside, very nice. And the room itself was great.
