Our overall stay was good. Nice big runs and clean. Good breakfast and they even had real potatoes which was a plus for my picky breakfast eater. Down side Sunday morning their were several vehicles that had their windows smashed which left a not so good feeling. Not sure if I would book here again just for that reason. Where was the night clerk not watching cameras when this was going on? I'm wondering now if this was the first time this happened or has this happen before?

This Hampton Inn is the most upscale one I’ve stayed in. There were sconces and art work in the hallways, an indoor pool, beautiful lobby, large breakfast area, and work station/area. They upgraded me to a king suite, which was a surprise. I was in town because my mother had passed away so I was able to host family members. The breakfast was hot, varied and amazing! I come here often to visit my family and will always stay here. It’s my new home away from home.

When we arrived around 11:30pm we had to wait in the lobby until the staff change was complete. We were exhausted from driving and just wanted to get into bed. Room was clean and beds were comfortable, that’s all for the good. The next day after a long day at the ballfield our kids were pumped about going swimming that evening. Needless to say the pool was closed for cleaning at 8pm and would not reopen till the next morning. Since we are checking out the next day that wasn’t an option. Will NOT be coming back to this hotel again.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. It was a little pricey for us, and the heater for the pool was inoperable. But altogether a very nice stay.

The pool was cold, even while sitting watching my daughter swim I was cold and I was fully dressed in long sleeves and winter pants. The few chairs around the pool area were very uncomfortable. The two reasons we chose this hotel was proximity to restaurants and because it had an indoor pool. The rooms were very small and cramped compared to other hotels we have stayed in. Breakfast was decent, beds were comfortable and bathrooms good sized with good water pressure in the shower. The number of luggage carts was so small that we couldn't get one to use when we checked out at 7:30 A.M.

Staff was extremely friendly - check in and out with ease. Breakfast was great with lits of choices. BUT fecal matter was found in the pool, when staff was notified a staff member came to pool to remove then left - more fecal matter was observed. Once again, staff came removed fecal matter then left. All this time multiple people were in the pool and were never ask nor told to get out of the pool! Disgusting! So glad we noticed and didnt allow our daughters to go swimming in such filth!

Sliding shower door would not stay closed On the Second day, our room was not cleaned towels, not replaced when we complained. We were told we were supposed to ask for the service in all the hotels I’ve stayed with over the decades. I’ve never had to ask for room service cleaning. Added to that the attitude of the person on the desk was rude and surly when we asked why the room had not been cleaned. We do not intend using Hampton Inn and suites again.

It was great but our room was a little dirty. I am glad I had Clorox wipes because the bathroom counter had either eyebrows or nosehairs over it. The floor was so a bit filthy. There was leftover gummy bears on the floor from previous stay and hersey wrapper.

Room was clean, comfortable bed, only issue I had was the shower gel and shampoo was empty in the shower. I had to go ask for some and only got partial bottles. Enen the next day when I got room service they didn't replace the empty bottles. Probably just a lazy maid. Overall a nice stay. Vary friendly front desk staff.

We had our family reunion at the property and everyone there was very helpful and the facilities were great. The only problem we encountered was that we didn't receive housekeeping service, new towels, etc. for the entire four nights we were there. They had a sign saying it would be every other day.

They only had 1 staff member checking people in during the evening. Check in took forever because he was trying to check us in and 2 other guests at the SAME time. When we got to our room, there was dried urine all over the toliet and bathroom floor. When we told the front desk, the 1 staff member gave my husband cleaning supplies to clean the toilet with. They also don't do housekeeping everyday. It's every 3 days. Disgusting.

The music they play in the lobby can be heard on the second floor. It is pretty loud. Also, my bed was not comfortable. Hampton is my only Hotel and I love the beds and linens. This bed was lumpy and had uneven areas.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, and I am pleased with this hotel. I would not continue to stay at this hotel if I were not pleased with the facilities, personnel and service. This visit, I want to make special mention of the front counter clerk, name Precious. On her own initiative, she went above and beyond to solve a room selection situation.

Except for the fact that I reserved a suite and was directed to a lesser room, my stay was very good. I am a regular guest at this hotel, and I always reserve a suite. When I told the desk associate that I was placed in a lesser room, the associate recognize the error and assigned me to the correct room. I believe this was an unintentional error.

This is our 2nd time staying here ! Our son moved to Chattanooga and this spot is convenient to everything! It is very clean , staff is very friendly and it has malls and restaurants walking distance. Except no sidewalk in some spots but very convenient either way to everything. We love the breakfast too.!They offer a great variety of hot and cold food! Thanks Chattanooga Hampton inn for another great stay !

Great place to stay! Very clean, great breakfast offerings with the usual waffle station, cereals, muffins, toast, etc. hot selections included eggs, a couple of different meats, oatmeal and the like. There are cookies in the afternoon in the lobby. Staff are friendly and efficient. The location is great with good restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Our room was large and very quiet. Hampton Inn is my go to hotel when traveling.

There was no body soap in my room. Breakfast was terrible, so opted for the to go bag, which only had a water, an old bagel with peanut butter and an apple which was old and tasted bad, so was not quality checked. Lobby coffee had no reg creamer, had to go look for kitchen person

I would stay here again if need be, but I would say they need to make sure there is extra toilet paper in the room, as well as better or more options for breakfast. There could also be paper towels put in the suite if there is a sink in the area where the microwave and refrigerator is. I also could see there could be some upgrades, but the room was cozy and spacious, which I really like.
