Great service and amenities. When we arrived they upgraded our room to one with a view and a massage chair! Laundry room in the building was great as well and came with laundry detergent and drying racks.

The hotel staffs were helpful and nice. The room lighting was a bit dark for me. The bathroom setup was tight. Laundry only has 1 washer and 1 dryer and the operational hours are not convenient for those who will be out and about most of the day. Hotel hallway has no A/C. Hotel is right across from a 7 Eleven Store.

Great hotel in good location. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Nice to have Western style accommodations and indoor parking (5,000 won daily). Self laundry available with detergent provided for free. Highly recommend!

1 block away from Haeundae Beach. Room had fantastic unobstructed view of Beach. Air conditioning worked well. Has free self service laundry. Good breakfast. TV was too complicated to use. Front desk staff did not speak English well.

Great hotel not far from the beach and lots of amenities. Walkable to lots of convenience stores, transit and the Haeundae night market. The rooms are spacious and clean and the front staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

This property is absolutely NOT a 4-star property. This hotel is in direcneed of an update/refresh. There was severe dust build up on the bathroom fixtures in my room...the glass shower doors were not clean. One of rwo big towels left for me was not clean and had a hand-sewn repair in two areas. The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke, despite being a non smoking hotel. The main floor smells damp and moldy. Note: This feedback was also shared directly with Ocean Suites.

여러 명의 성인이 넓은 숙소를 이용하고자 한다면, 가성비 좋은 숙소라고 생각됩니다. 처음 입실했을 때는 방에서 냄새가 나는 것 같았으나 공기 청정기, 에어컨 등을 30분 이상 가동하니 쾌적하게 바뀌었습니다. 창문이 2면에 있는데, 창으로 멀리 바다를 일부 볼 수 있습니다. 호텔 근처에 맛집들이 있습니다. 주변이 새롭게 공사하거나 공사를 준비하는 곳이 많은 것 같습니다.

Really cozy bed, huge bathroom area woth toilet, sink and shower all seperated from one another. The only thing I would say needs a look at is the room was very humid, however to have the aircon on whilst you sleep lights up the whole room, so you have to choose between sleeping sweating or not sleeping in a comfortable temperature lol!

The room design is awful. No walls or door to the bathroom. People can see into the bathroom from the entrance door. All walls are mirrored so there is no way to avoid seeing your twin room mate coming out of the shower. Not suitable even for married people let alone friends sharing a twin room. Breakfast was inedible. Still frozen and not cooked on the premises. Barely warmed and everything is plastic food / ultra processed and even the milk is UHT and not real. Awful. We could not face breakfast on 2 of the 3 days.

Great location, close enough to the beach but far away from the busy parts. Very clean facility, room was large although lighting not the best , very dark. Area outside could get noisy early in the morning. Breakfast good, 4 choices to pick from.

It's about a 10-15min walk to the main beach. We found the bathroom style a bit awkward especially if you're travelling with friends or even with family. The shower room is a bit see-through and from its angle, you can kind of see the person showering from when you're in the bed. Plus, there's no hooks at all so you're gonna have to come out naked to dry up and get dressed. There was NO door or curtain separating the bathroom to the rest of the room so you're all exposed. The hotel and everything else were nice though but will probably not stay again just because of the whole bathroom setup.

The staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, and they graciously allowed me to store my luggage until my room was ready, which I truly appreciated. I also enjoyed breakfast almost every morning — the team behind the counter were consistently pleasant, attentive, and welcoming. I would especially like to acknowledge one housekeeping staff member, an older lady who cleaned my room. She was always cheerful, kind, and went out of her way to be helpful. As an adoptee visiting my homeland, this trip has been deeply emotional, and her warmth and sincerity brought me a sense of comfort and belonging that I will not forget. Although I didn’t get the chance to learn her name, I am deeply thankful for her genuine kindness and the positive impact she had on my stay.

Noting that I was an Expedia VIP, the hotel had given us a free upgrade. There was a welcome drink offered to us too. The rooms were beautifully furnished and spacious, the TV had a full range of Korean and international programmes. I liked the design of the wardrobe especially. Mattress was tad too soft for me but the rest of the family enjoyed it. Great location with lots of eateries and convenience stalls nearby. And just a few minutes walk to the shops, beach and main Haeundae market area. Public buses available to bring you everywhere else. The aircon was a little hard to understand - we switched it on but it felt stuffy. Maybe we didn't understand how to use it. It would be nice if there was a bidet. :) But overall had a great stay. Thank you!!

My two-night stay was excellent! My husband and I enjoyed the Presidential Suite package with Room Service multi-course breakfast each morning. The room was spacious, clean and well-appointed.The staff were exceptionally friendly and super helpful! Very pleased and would highly recommend!

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They extended the laundry room hours just for us so that we could finish drying our clothes. They also helped to order food for us. A lot of the food apps in Korea require a local number to be able to place an order. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

I stayed at Best Louis Hamilton Hotel for 7 nights and it was perfect. Very good service. Clean the room every day and provide everything that you need at the hotel. It's very clean and in a very convenient location in Heundae. Bus service is not too far away from the hotel. The beach is very close by. The staff was very polite and offered you assistance at any need. I highly recommend this hotel. Really worth more than the price you pay for it.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The room was a little dated, carpet has lots of stains and the wallpaper was peeling away in a corner but the facilities and bed very clean and comfortable. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach. The only drawback was no soundproofing from outside. Although not a very busy road, the occasional car horn or loud passer-by did wake me at different times after midnight. Had to buy ear plugs.

Really great overall. Staff are polite and friendly. Room is spacious, shower has hot water, room has a heater that you can toggle on/off or set to your desired temperature, and the location is near the main Haeundae area (short 5-10min walk). Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Best Louis Hamilton Hotel is located very close to Haeundae beach and Market, and also a few minutes away from the bus stops. Close to all restaurants and Busan X The Sky, as well as the Blue Line Park. The room is also very clean and neat, and the bed is comfortable to sleep in. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Busan ❤️

Maybe this location is much better in summer due to its short distance to the beach. If not summer then it’s not worth it. Staff was helpful, room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is a choice of three meals, no buffet. Neighborhood has quite some shady businesses. Metro station is reachable by foot but not necessarily with luggage. Late checkout costs extra.

Lage ist prima, gegenüber kann man einkaufen und man ist schnell am Strand, an der Bus oder Metrostation. Das Personal war immer freundlich und bemüht, die Zimmer sind sauber. Frühstück gibt es im Keller (aber nett gemacht), man kann leider nur aus vier Gerichten auswählen, für Vegetarier war es schwierig.

First impressions: nice reception area, check in was straight forward and fast, staff helpful with all queries. Room: A good size, clean modern functional bathroom, very comfortable bed, fridge, kettle and free water. Breakfast: a choice of western or Asian dishes Location: a 5 minute walk to the beach 10 minutes from the line 2 subway station.
