Just 10$ for a taxi to the hotel and free Shuttle at 5am, 8pm an 1pm back to the airport. The Hotel is old and worn down but for the price its worth it. If you want some kind of luxery this is not your kind of place :)

This property is perfect as a layover rest stop for passengers at PTY Panama Tocumen airport. The room and the amenities are as basic as it gets. They sell water and other drinks by the lobby. Even though it’s walkable, it’s best to get an uber or taxi from the airport to get here. The best part is that from the hotel, they have a free airport shuttle that leaves at 5 am, 8 am, and 1 pm. 🕐

I didn’t like anything about the property. It was terrible. The shower stall was missing a piece of glass. So when you showered, water would splatter out to the bathroom floor. The pool was non useable due to such a low water level. And a nearby dog who was locked outside for the night at their house, barked off and on the whole night.

I really like the airport drop off

It was alienating and no one could speak English. They showed no interest. The pool was in the parking lot

Free shuttle to the airport was awesome.

Es un lugar muy basico, rústico; sin nada de lujos. Televisión no funciona, pero el aire acondicionado funciona perfecto. La cama es cómoda y cumple su función de solo pasar la noche. El personal es muy amable y tienen traslado gratis al aeropuerto 3 veces al dia (8,13 y 17 hs).Un taxi cobra u$s 10 para traslado fuera de esos horarios.

While the property was next to the airport & you could hear planes taking off, it wasn't all that disturbing. Reservations included breakfast (maybe only coffee & toast) but this was not the case (there was a seating area & refrigerated case with sodas, juice & water and a few snacks for sale, food wasn't being served [although menu @ front desk indicated 3 cooked items] as i believe it indicated it was closed for remodeling/construction. The desk staff did store my food in their fridge for a couple of hours & i asked if they had a microwave to heat it, which they did for me. They had TVs in the rooms but i was not able to get a connection to use it. Room was small but comfortable with air-conditioning. It took a while to get hot water in the shower, maybe because it was in the back of the building & further from the water heater...who knows? Convenient (10 min) for early flight to the airport (letting them know me intent to use this the nite before) by their free shuttle @5am (only others posted on front desk @8am & 1pm)

The one good thing about the property is it very close to the airport. They promise a shuttle but it only goes three times a night so we were not able to use the shuttle as promised we had to pay a taxi on the side also no breakfast about $65 for a very mediocre room.

Basic but economical and clean, conveniently located near the Tocumen airport. They also offer free shuttle to the airport. Very light breakfast included (2 toasts and coffee juice)

La limpieza del lugar es escasa y los cuartos tienen muchas cucarachas. No se iguala a la promoción por la plataforma. No recomiendo se quede en el lugar.

La publicación en Xpedia es totalmente opuesta a la realidad. Mala atención, no había toallas disponibles, zancudos y cucarachas, no había cobijas, ventana dañada, etc etc etc.

Noticed several human hairs on the sheets. This place is really close to the airport and I mean the runway. Might as well be parked on the runway. You could hear planes take off as if the jet engines are pointed directly at the windows. I got little sleep.

Unfortunately I did not take time for due diligence as a result of making a quick decision to get out of the city getting close to the airport because of the protest and road blockade. As soon as I went to the room I knew the air was bad. There was several signs of mold. The lock on the door did not work properly. I told the staff that i was diagnosed with a mold toxin illness (CIRS) and I could not stay in the building and asked for a refund. They have a no refund policy. The condition of the Property explains why. I attempted to do a cancelation after checking in and it said I would be billed anyway. I would not recommend this property because I dont believe it is a safe environment with the mold issue.

Despite cleanliness was ok, there was a plague of cockroaches. Additionally there were several issues about infrastructures conditions. Staff were friendly.

The bathroom was old and dirty. The room was old.

Quick overnight stay to catch a 7 20 a.m flight. Beds need better linen as the mattress cover sheet wasn’t able to stay on the mattress. The bed sheet was too small. Air conditioning was adequate. I found a cockroach in my room and I stomped on it.

Bare bones hostel conveniently near airport. Room lighting was dreadful, and things in room were broken, like shower door. Staff were friendly and kind.

What they show in picture isnt reality , a lot of dust Tv not working then u ask the recepción lady about she just said thta ds ot work

We basically booked this place to catch a few hours of sleep on an 11-hour stopover in Panama City. We dropped our bags in the room, did some sight-seeing in the city, came back and slept for about five hours before we headed to the airport. For that purpose and the price we paid then it is fine. We wouldn't stay there a whole night for example because it resembled more a charge-by-the-hour place than a hostel. They said the TV in our room didn't work. The shower door was dislodged and left inside the shower. The air-con is so loud that we had to switch it off and endure the heat, etc. etc.

The location is great. The room was okay, ac works good. Beds a little rough but okay for the price. Shower door was missing a section so we had to use the bath towel to dry the floor. Easy check in & out.

I was not impress with the fact that the AC did not work at first. I had to go downstairs 3x to seek help. Also the TV did not work at all, i was told by the staff at the front desk. Upon leaving the next morning i saw a mice run down the stairs. I think the staff could have showed more hospitality.

It is close to the airport. Airplane noise but its cheap.

Staff were very nice and assisted my mom with everything that she needed while staying there.

people who operate international hotels especially those close to the airport MUST understand three things 1. the most important element of the transaction is the customer. 2. The customer is travelling therefore under severe stress. 3. most customers will be people who do not speak Spanish. I was only really going to be at that place for 1.5 days but since I did not want to be floating around Tocumen for 7 hours, after vacating the room at 12 PM, I paid for 2 days. the hotel is located in a very shady area, and there are NO amenities on the premises food, alcoholic beverages, not even coffee. the meager supply of cool drinks they had were extremely limited, so whatever you need you would have to order it from outside and since you don't speak Spanish, good luck to you. except for this one man on the morning shift none of the other people on any shift spoke English. the room they gave me had no refrigerator, it had only one poor light in the entire room and the TV was not working in that room when I asked the misfit manager about it, all he told me is that it was not working, but later that evening meeting an American from Oregon who went out to dinner and a drink with me, his room had TV. and the TV in the lobby was working. i am an investor seeking to invest US$300,000 in Panama and this really bad experience happily was not in keeping with what I found elsewhere in Panama, if it were, I would not invest a cent in that country.

The service was terrible. Not even a cup of coffee was given to their guests. You should remove these type of place from your list

To enter the property there is a large gate that my driver had to bang on and honk to get the attention of staff who seemed preoccupied. It was convenient for one quick overnight stay of approx 6 hours waiting for a flight

I always stay here at this hotel. Its not 5 star but its convenient affordable and close to the airport. The staff are so sweet especially the beautiful lady with the green eyes at the front desk. She always ensures that im comfortable and I understand whats being said in Spanish. The rooms and bathrooms are really nice but if you look from the outside you would have no idea. The wifi works perfectly and the bathroom are built like modern homes.The only suggestion I would give the property manager is to clean the outside of the compound and paint because closed minded people would turn away. Other than that, I will be back very soon. I always stop at this place when visiting panama even if its for a day because I travel for work.

It got the job done for the price, for an overnight layover close to the airport. That is if you are just looking for a place to crash for one night. Staff were helpful and courteous which is probably the property's best asset.

Expedia description says there is a bar and restaurant which is a total fallacy. To list this property on Expedia is detrimental to your reputation. Says tour and ticket assistance, well, only if you speak the local language, no English. And a grumpy receptionist that did not even try to help us. It says provides towels, yes, one smaller bath towel per person, no washcloths or hand towels.The shower had no showerhead, only a pipe coming out of the wall, and no hot water. There was a soap wrapper on the floor of the shower, housekeeping must have missed that. Free transfer to airport? Yes, only 3 times available, so I was up at 4am to take the 5am transfer.It is less than 15 minutes to the airport, so I was plenty early for my 9:25 flight, WAY early. The sheets were clean, but no mattress pads on the beds. No closet or even a suitcase stand, not even wall hooks to hang up a few things.A sketchy neighborhood, we two ladies walked 10 minutes or so to find a little convenience store and cafe/bar. We were able to communicate enough to order some food, which was good. We tried to order a Margarita, waitress did not know what that word meant, so we said tequila. We ordered that and Jose Cuervo was delivered, which was fine.It was daylight and we were fine but certainly not the promised on site services.

Fine for a layover. Super close to PTY. Not the cleanest but powerful AC. I had like 4 mosquitos in my room but didn't have to worry about traffic the next morning.

It’s just what it is; a place to spend a few hours layover. Clean enough, aircondition, wifi, but in a terrible neighborhood, so bring your own water, food, etc.… You don’t want to stroll around there!

It is very convenient for one night stay You can order food and it is delivered to your room from few restaurants around the hotel
