I was somewhat disappointed with the Aloft Housekeeping. They always forgot something needed in the room. One day, they left no bottled water; the second day, they did not provide toilet paper; and the third day, they forgot to leave face and hand towels. Of course, the Front Desk was very helpful in solving the issues. The bed was fine, the TV worked ok, and the working desk was good enough to work. Breakfast was okay, but I did not expect a great deal. The people were friendly and helpful. Parking was fine.

The hotel room was not clean; towels and bed sheets were old, used up, and in desperate need of new ones. The lobby was too noisy and full of people getting drunk, which made the support staff really not helpful at all, and as for the complimentary breakfast, it was best skipped.

Front desk staff was both curtious and helpful. Room was clean but walls are thin. I heard the people next door come in at 0100, it woke me up. Room was comfortable and had everything i may need withbthe exception of a mini fridge. Breakfast was better than traditional continental breakfast. Lobby area was clean. Area around the hotel felt safe, i walked around during both daylight and night hours. There is a lot of food options nearby and a lab where you can get a covid-19 test, all within walking diatance.

Overall, a good hotel. Very spacious rooms loved the brewery in the lobby. Great craft beer. I didn’t eat at the restaurant, but I heard it was good. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Only 20 minutes from the airport. I would stay there again.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the property and the morning buffet. I disliked the noise level of the rooms: walls or doors are not sufficiently insulated. I was able to hear my neighbour snoring in the next room, dog barking from other rooms as well

Hotel was nice. I wouldn’t really say that it’s in the touristy district, but Ubers are plentiful, and cheap in Panama. It was $13 and some change back to the airport and like $4 or $5 to Casco Viejo. (Even though it’s probably 17-20 minutes away). Staff was courteous, rooms were good (we even had an ocean view though this is not a beachfront hotel.) And the included breakfast was good.

Hermoso Hotel, limpio y muy callado, área asegura para caminar y diferentes restaurantes en el área, parking garaje con acceso al lobby excelente servicio al cliente. El restaurante del hotel tiene buenas opciones y la comida es rica, peo el desayuno es lo único que no nos gusto ya que siempre repiten lo mismo, necesitan cambiar las opciones del diario. Los taxistas que están en el hotel te ayudan con los tour’s. Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas las camas son muy cómodas. El hotel está cerca de todo en una zona callada en la ciudad. La picina muy linda y limpia l. Definitivamente un hotel en el que no hay que pensar dos veces para volver.

Great staff very helpful and friendly. They need to do better with the breakfast I personally think it could’ve been better. Need to do more croissants as well as I think that’s a favorite for most persons. Rooms were clean but they need to have a shower maybe to pull out or a pipe especially when you have kids and you have to shower them it’s quite hard to do so without getting yourself soaked as well as the childs hair. Better bathroom facilities to accommodate kids/ toddlers are needed. There’s also not any activities for kids to do unlike if you stay at Sheraton next door there’s a kids pool very nice pool area as well and I saw a kids play area there as well which is great.
