Still waiting to hear back from the owner 2 months after regarding a refund. Did not stay as was more like a hostel. Felt unsafe and dirty. AVOID

The staff were the star of the show, on every interaction we had with them the were friendly and couldn't be more helpful. If you are doing Hadrians Wall Walk, this is the place to stay in Wylam / Heddon on the Wall.

Lovely location,food was excellent,very helpful and friendly staff,they made you feel welcome,catered for dogs very well, recommended to anyone to have a break at this place ,well worth the money

We had a great time & were made so welcome . The lady who looked after us was so kind & very caring to make sure our dog felt welcome & went above & beyond we felt . We will definitely stay here again
