In no way does my review reflect the service of the employees at this location. They were are very nice and helpful. Now to this review: our room had no hot water in the shower, fortunately, maintenance came and fixed this. There was only 1 working elevator of the 3 until our 3rd day when they were all broken, which is a problem should you be disabled in any way or have a lot of luggage. The bed was not comfortable at all. I do a lot of traveling and this is probably one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve been on. The location is great, the staff is lovely, and the lobby and sitting area is very nice. The rest needs some TLC immediately.

I will now be visiting this city on a fairly consistent basis and this hotel exceeded expectations. My room was sparkling clean…I bring my own Clorox wipes and Lysol and although I still wiped everything down my wipes were pretty much clean…you can’t dust enough ..that’s not their fault but it was not thick dust it was simply regular residue. The staff was wonderful, check in/out was simple and quick! The restaurant on property had a wonderful cook to order breakfast that was excellent and very affordable. The servers and restaurant staff were amazing and made you feel at home. The amenities in the room were the chefs kiss!! I had a fridge, microwave and keurig I didn’t have to share. My sister hotel had a microwave per floor and she paid more..lol. The shower and water pressure were perfect and the gym and pool were clean and accessible . Everything is so close to this location and Uber-ing was practical and affordable. Lots of dining options within walking distance. I will be a regular at this property when I visit this city.

Do not stay at this Hotel for any reason. They REQUIRE $35+ dollars or $37+ valet service for parking. Hotel has no free parking at all! Hotel bar, along with the rest of the area has price fixing on alcohol drinks. All drinks in the area are $10-12 dollars for ANY drink. Stay away from this area at all costs

Parking should be included. Was an extea $40. Breakfast as well. $15 per person a little steep. Great location. Great staff. Only 1 of 3 elevators was in service. Long waits. Clean well kept room with comfortable bed.

The hotel staff was very helpful. The texting option to contact the front desk and valet was ver useful! Very easy access to the trolley which has a bricktown only and a downtown route. Great view of the ballfield and after game fireworks. Best place to be on the 4th of July. You can watch fireworks for hours!

We checked in Thursday night and when we got into the room to get ready for bed one of the pillow cases had a blood stain on it, so I put it on the floor so we wouldn’t use it!!!

Excellent staff services. Clean . Kind of old hotel vibe but convenient. Close to a lot of restaurants options. Personally did wake up several times due to some noises but could have happened in any hotels. Bed comfortable. Parking cheaper 24$ for 24 hours at a walking distance. Area with some homeless people but did not feel too unsafe even being a woman walking alone. Breakfast was free for me and I would say it was nothing special for the buffet. Definitely glad I didn’t have to pay because the warm options ( eggs , sausages, potatoes and French toast) were not that good.you do have the option to order from the menu. Overall since I was there for business, it was good.

Our stay at your Hotel started out to be a very enjoyable experience. The front desk staff and bartender were very pleasant. When I checked the bill at checkout I had a $800 charge for Valet Parking. We were able to get it removed but my card was charged and was told it would take 3-5 days to get my refund. That is unacceptable. I am traveling and that card is being used on other hotels. I don't have that kind of money for an $800 mistake. I would appreciate some feedback from Hilton for the inconvenience.

A couple of days before check in we had to make a change due to circumstances beyond our control (my son was in an Accident) Veronica was very accommodating and helpful. Upon check in due to the accident we unexpectedly had my grand daughter. We requested an additional blanket and pillow twice butThose items never came to our room as promised. We were there a few days and housekeeping never came in

Great location in Bricktown. Walking distance to many restaurants and brew pubs. Right next to Bricktown Ballpark. Very comfortable and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. I have a view of the ballpark from my room. Parking costs extra.

We are so disappointed. We read online that there was a recliner in the room and so we booked with them. What we didn’t realize is there are two hotels in this hotel and we booked in the wrong one. They couldn’t help us because we booked through a third party. So we spent nine horrible nights there. Other things we weren’t aware of was parking is $37 per day, breakfast was not included in our stay either because we were on the wrong side. We were comped for one breakfast because of compaining( it was horrible, cold and undercooked and very little variety. Definitely not worth the $18 per person we would have been charged for. It was just a very awful experience.

I booked this restaurant because it included breakfast (at the time I booked it). The person in front desk told me she couldn't see that and didn't want to do anything about it. I ended up paying for my breakfast and the lady was rude and was not cooperative. Very disappointed knowing I could have book a cheaper hotel with buffet included.
