Inexpensive and great if all you are going to do is stay a night. Includes a basic breakfast and is in a great location close to the Colonial Zone, the malecon and a few major roads. Rooms are very basic, with some level of disrepair which is typical of less expensive hotels in the DR. But it was clean. Parking is right next to the hotel and fairly secure. We will stay here again.

My experience at this hotel was disappointing. From the moment I arrived, I noticed that the common areas were dusty and poorly maintained. When I entered the room, there was a strong musty smell, mold on the walls, and even cobwebs in the corners. The worst part was the bathroom—it had leaks, and water was dripping from the ceiling, apparently from the bathroom in the room above. Additionally, the pool was dirty and neglected, making it unusable. The kitchen was also very unhygienic, which made me question the safety of the food. Overall, the lack of maintenance and cleanliness made my stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel.

Water didn't work well. Had to wait to get water. Wifi was spotty.

People are nice but the water sometimes slow and no hot water. a lot of roaches and mosquitoes in the room we had to spray them. Swimming pools water pump underneath doesnt work in order to make the pool clean. The only good thing is it is close to some places like the cathedral, the nacional palace of the president and some restaurants.

Let’s start of by saying that I rented a room for two people and they gave me the smallest room in the hotel , you can’t barely walk in the room the bathroom was literally like arm reach from the bed . the room door had a a crack on it , when i notified the front desk they didn’t do anything about it so basically anyone can look in my room . Second you will get the same breakfast everyday , cold ham and cheese sandwich and if you get there early enought you’ll get damn scrambled eggs . the coffee is really small and if you want more there is a charge . I asked for sunny side eggs and they told me there was an extra charge and when i told them it was the same thing as if they making scramble eggs and they literally told me no unless i paid extra . IF YOU STAY HUNGRY YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR A PLATE . When they cleaned my room they took my cover and they never gave it back to me , when i when to the front desk to ask for it they gave me an extra blanket, I told them i didn’t want a blanket i want the covers and they told me that the hotel was full and they didn’t have one for me . that was annoying. the wifi is horrible. The only nice thing they have there is the pool which is in a heart shape . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE .

The hotel is very dirty, dirty water fell into your head when you bathed, they gave me a room without air conditioning, they did not clean the room.

La higuiene es un poco cuestionable hay cucarachitas pequeñas entre otras.

Muy buena la ubicación pero terrible la atención del personal el ruido del aire acondicionado no me dejó dormir y la cama matrimonial es una cama tamaño full mi espso y yo dormimos como sardinas y con temor a caernos de la cama si nos moviamos dormidos, el baño tenia goteras que te caen cuando estas sentado en el inodoro. Un desastre todo en una sola noche.

Es el lugar mas sucio e incómodo que he dormido. El ministerio de Salud Publica de la República Dominicana, deberia cerrar ese lugar, las condiciones de las habitaciones son insolubles.

The staff provide average service, but the condition of the hotel was not great: the room was 3 out of 10, the bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was filthy, there was not room service to clean the room and do the bed, the pool was 3 out 10.

This property is terrible it needs major repairs, their rooms are not well maintained nor clean, their bathroom needs major reconstruction their equipment is very dirty and old

We had a family trip!! The whole experience was terrible.. we booked 6 rooms.. and definitely we never will make the same mistake.. I rather to pay more and feel better… cockroaches in the rooms, the bathrooms were dirty… poor hygiene… two of the keys were broken and fixed with clear tape.. poor customer service and poor hospitality from the staff.. the only good thing they had it was the parking lot..

Very good location near zonal la colonial many things eround but the hotel is run-down not very clean visual mold all over-the-top too many broken down items inside the establishment renovation needed but tge staffs very friendly and helpful uf help needed.

Difícil conciliar el sueño. Mucho ruido exterior de los aparatos de aire acondicionado. Huéspedes muy ruidosos con música, cánticos y gritos a altas horas de la madrugada y durante toda la noche. El personal es escueto y rácano en palabras. No explican ni hablan. Las habitaciones no se hacen a diario y no disponen de caja fuerte ni ventilación suficiente, ni siquiera la ventana que daba a un hueco interior de ventilación cerraba correctamente.

Horrible experience staff was extremely rude. Didn’t see housekeeping once you have to ask for the service. Asked for new towels and never received it and the list goes on. Very unfortunate to have experienced such a poor service

I booked a one-night stay at this hotel, but by midnight, there was a major electrical issue. The elevator filled the hallway with smoke and began operating erratically, opening and closing while the power flickered. I grabbed my belongings and left the fourth floor room I was in as quickly as possible. Eventually, the lights went out completely, and smoke filled all the floors. All of us guests requested a refund, but the manager refused, leading to a situation where some guests were ready to fight. The manager raised his voice and displayed a complete lack of professionalism towards the guests. He even told me at 3 a.m. that I had already enjoyed my stay. I had booked through Expedia, which tried to contact the hotel to approve the refund, but the hotel never responded. Now, Expedia says I won't get a refund. Even the firefighters had to come to assist a handicapped guest trapped in his room on the upper floors. I left the place around 4 a.m., never having slept because the situation was that dangerous.

When I arrived at the front desk there were that gentleman from Venezuela, he said his name was Miguel, but another coworker said his name is bili. He was rude, disrespectful to me and some one who went there with me. I told him I needed a room with clean as my sinus was killing me, he sent me to a room with mold

Mal desayuno. Pésimo servicio de la cocinera, bien ruda con los clientes al pedir desayuno. Ducha sin agua. Me quedé sin agua con espuma en mi pelo. No tuvimos toallas hasta el día siguiente. Mal estado de la habitación en general. Nunca regresaría a hospedarme en hotel renacer.

Pleasant staff and cooperative. Have visited numerous times. They should give up on trying to establish a Restaurant. Breakfast is dreadful. They should keep the cafeteria near the pool for beer, etc. and light food. Security is good, feel safe and is in a great area. Carlos the manager runs a tight ship.

En general muy deficiente. El personal muy descuidado y poco amables. En la piscina dejan entrar a todo el mundo si pagan. Son muy permisivos con el ruido de los clientes. El hotel está en un estado de deterioro general.En los dos días que estuve no hubo agua caliente. No tiene servicio de habitaciones. El restaurante es absolutamente pésimo. Sin variedad y falto de limpieza. En la piscina el.agua no estaba tratada correctamente y hacía tiempo que no se pasaba el limpiafondos. Sólo encontré amabilidad y eficacia en la chica que limpió mi habitación. Hotel realmente mal dirigido.

A la verdad que no me gustó las personas que hacen el desayuno son descorteses y la cocina parece un chiquero cuando miras adentro, las camas son super malas y no te dan frasada para arroparte solo una simple sabanita.
