We stayed in a lake side room. View was great and the beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

I called 0n THREE occasions to make sure we would have a FRIST FLOOR ROOM!!!! First when I reserved the room IN JANUARY FOR APRIL 25 , then again in March. THEN THE DAY BEFORE !!!!!! At pre check in on line , I requested a first floor room !!! EVERY TIME I WAS ASSURED A FIRST FLOOR ROOM ! So we checked in and they didn't have us in a first floor room. They couldn't accommodate our request at the front desk!!! The coffee maker in our room didn't work !!! No coffee in the check in area !

Rooms are clean, staff is very nice. The bar area has great food and the atmosphere is welcoming! Abby is the best bartender. We stay here twice a year when visiting the finger lakes
