The floor in Bathroom was dangerous. There was a sign telling to ask for a mat in the bathroom to avoid the slippery floor!! We assumed it was the floor of the shower. Oh no stepping on to the floor Was horrifying. !!!!!! was the wrong flooring for a bath area specified ? you are in for future law suits! Also the handrails in the stairs were painted with very slippery paint. No grip in an emergency ! !

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed the patio seating and small fire place in the evenings. It was great relaxing around the fire. I also enjoyed the coffee machine with coffee pods, cups, sugar etc. In the room. There even was decaf. It was a perfect addition to my evening snack.

There was absolutely no parking spaces available upon our arrival. Had to park along the curb on the side of the hotel and was nervous the whole night wondering if my car would be towed or hit. Made for a horrible nights sleep.

My husband and I sepnt a night here while we were visiting the Fingerlakes. The hotel was very clean, in a great location and rooms are spacious. All of the staff we met were very welcoming. We look forward tonstaying here again in the future.

It felt like the hotel could use a refresh. I noticed dirt around the exterior of the shower/grout and the plastic recycle basket was cheap looking. It was placed in the front of the room and did not feel clean or pleasant although I appreciate the focus on recycling made easy.

Very convenient location for our winery tour around Seneca Lake. We found the hotel room and common space very clean, well equipped, reasonably quiet. Would not hesitate to stay there again on our next journey to Seneca Lake.

Nice room, facilities, etc. My only complaint was the lack of USB outlets in the room. There was one i found on the little alarm clock beside the bed. The room has a proper desk, etc and no USB outlets? The stay was very nice otherwise.

Didn't get much sleep - had a family with children screaming and stomping/running around above us. The other couple we were traveling with were provided a room key to a room which was already occupied. Uncomfortable for them as well as the couple they walked in on... Overall the facilities were nice and the location was conveniently located near points of interest in Geneva.

Great location and price for what we needed. Staff is friendly. The continental breakfast is probably better than other hotels in this category though I got an upset stomach from something I ate at breakfast so we skipped it the remainder of our 3 night stay. Good thing is there are good breakfast spots within walking distance. Only gripe is that the shower head in our room wasn't great or maybe not working properly as only one setting had adequate water pressure but it got the job done, just wasn't a pleasant shower, lol.

We waited for 10 minutes, for the desk clerk to return to the desk? He was in a back room and did not explain his actions! We were in a 1st floor room next to the lobby where guests were partying and loudly carrying on until midnight or so.

Room was good, clean, beds comfortable. Reported fridge not working, received response saying it was checked out while we were away and it was just cycling off and on. Fridge still did not get cold or keep any of our food or water cold. Had to throw out our leftovers from dinner. Reported again to desk while leaving. Breakfast was okay, better than some.

The room was very clean and larger than expected! Even though it was on the first floor by the exit, it was quiet and peaceful. The gentleman at the front desk made you feel very welcome and it was like he was very happy that you were staying with them!

The Fairfield Inn was clean and neat. Our clerk at check in was friendly. After we got to our room, we discovered our in-room refrigerator was not working. I contacted the front desk to ask for someone to look at it, was told someone would be there soon. Never saw anyone. I tried to get the refrigerator working, but only got it cooling sporadically. During my online check in I requested our room to be be cleaned and towels refreshed once during our three day stay. Our waste basket was emptied, but nothing else. I had to ask at the front desk for fresh towels. The breakfast was good and the hotel was comfortable. But I was not happy with the lack of response to our service requests.

Stayed there two separate times in a week. Wonderful hotel - staff was great. My granddaughter inadvertently left her smart watch under her pillow during our first stay. The watch was found by the cleaning staff, and they held it for us to pick up during our 2nd stay. Just a wonderful experience.

Great stay at the Fairfield, nice place and very friendly staff. Finger lakes was gorgeous — one tip to offer: best to stay here with a car, there’s not much within walking distance of the hotel.

All in all the place was clean. The only complaint was the breakfast. I wished they had other breakfast meats beside sausage. Maybe add bacons? And also have other type of milk for coffee not just half and half. Be considerate of people that can’t have dairy.

This hotel is in a great location and was very convenient. The Front desk staff member was very welcoming and supportive when I checked in. The breakfast bar offered a good variety, was well stocked and nearly organized. Amazingly soft sheets. I stayed in a handicap accessible room and I was impressed by the modifications that were in place for people in wheelchairs. Although I do not use a wheelchair, it seemed to me that these supports, longer poles for manipulating the blinds and lower clothing rods in the closet, would be useful.
