Very nice hotel. Would stay again but definitely need to note pool is pint size. It was just myself and 2 sons and another small family and it was extremely crowded. We left soon after they arrived since it was uncomfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Plenty of variety for my little ones. Planned on using the gym but there wasn’t much in there either. Overall, I’d stay again because it was clean, comfy and served its purpose.

A few maintenance issues in the great facility, our room was fine. Only complaint I have is the sheets were bad news--didn't have any elastic left and were not big enough for the mattress. I did report the maintenance issues with common areas. We used the fitness room, could use some additional free weights as most had walked off somewhere. Otherwise it was fine. Breakfast was great, hot choices and fresh fruit, yea!

The staff was beyond friendly and I cannot speak highly enough about them. However, the hotel is just so old and outdated and almost has like a permanent dirtiness to it from years and years of use. Additionally, I came because this hotel has chargers and they’re chargers were broken when I stayed and apparently had been for awhile. Lovely staff but because of everything else I would never even think twice about staying here again

We came in from New Orleans Louisiana for my birthday and I really did enjoy my stay there. It was one minor problem that the shower kinda had hair. It was clean, but it had hair in the shower. Other than that. Everything was very nice. Continental breakfast was perfect. The pool was very relaxing and the atmosphere of the hotel in the staff looks great

Initially the TV was not connected to internet so maintenance had to stop by to fix. AC was noisy and set to fan always on. I had to adjust and even then every time it came on it would wake me. Needless to say I did not get a good nights sleep.

It was an amazing stay! We loved the room accommodations and the breakfast items. Our only criticism would be the location; while it is convenient to get to downtown Austin from the highway, the constant noise at night makes it extremely difficult to sleep. However, the staff were so nice, the accommodations were plentiful, the elevators were nice, and the breakfast was lovely!

Initially, did not assign the reserved room claiming the hotel was overbooked and provided many other baseless excuses. We had made the reservation more then 4 months in advance. After several complaints and talking to another member of the hotel staff later in the night, we got a room change to the one we had originally reserved.

A lot of noise the room above our room. No coffee and rarely any oatmeal for breakfast. Any hotel that I have stayed including the one after they hold the deposit. The manager mentioned it was a charge not the deposit for what I saw returnable fee on the receipt provided by the employee. If overcharging is the way they operate reconsider staying here.

I arrived at the hotel for a late checkin after a late flight. Upon arrival, there was not anyone at the front to check me in. After searching the hotel for an employee for close to an hour, I decided to leave and find another hotel. While leaving the parking lot, the Fairfield employee ran up to my car stating that he was having to take care of the adjacent hotel as well and begged me to stay. I ended up staying and had a good nights sleep. I emailed to manager about my checkin situation and I have yet to receive a response. The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The receptionist dude allowed some guy to come in and start talking to him in the middle of me trying to get my room key and ask some questions and then after about 45 seconds of saying hey I was here. Can you finish helping me he been decided to Let me finish getting my room.

The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Everything was in good repair. The temperature was right. The breakfast was great with a variety of tasty items and a dining area that was kept clean. The guy who checked us in was friendly and helpful. He was well above average as a night clerk. Location is good for getting anywhere in the Austin/Round Rock area. Well run establishment.

The location was oddly placed in a parking lot with other hotels and also almost under a highway, so not walkable at all. Other than that we loved it. Breakfast was good. We got the very first room on the first floor, which was incredibly convenient. There was a LOT of construction on the roads surrounding the hotel, so the traffic was atrocious.

The only issue we had was with the staff & food during the hotels breakfast time. Fruit was all old and gobe bad. Bananas were black, apples were squidhy and going bad, waffle maker kept sticking. No one was able to eat waffles. More than one guest complained to cook/staff. She was rude, and just ignored everyone. But other tham that, the front desk was nice, our room was pleasant, and stay was comfortable.
