Hotel Raffaello Prague

Hotel is in a great location. Tram and metro stop is very close by. Square is in walking distance. Great bars and restaurants nearby as well. Hotel is a bit dated but had everything you need. Bed was comfy, fridge in the room and shower was great. We had a balcony room, oversaw the courtyard. There is a bar behind the hotel but they stop people from sitting outside at a decent time and you can’t hear them in your room. Breakfast was good each morning.

Fully equipped, very nice room, located at main street, however could get a bit noisy with cars at night. Toiletries and fan is provided, really good breakfast definitely worth the money for the breakfast. Room service is good. Check in reception at other hotel which is 2 mins walk away. Can’t ring reception but could WhatsApp, also provide luggage storage service. Close to tram station.

Entry and entry way awkward

On the positive side, the price is reasonable, the room is spacious, and the check-out process is very convenient — you simply click the link in the confirmation email.

Needs improved soundproofing! Staff were very pleasant and apologetic in the end. Room was clean and warm, breakfast was unremarkable but decent. Water pressure in the shower was excellent and there was a kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Mattress was firm but comfortable. However, the bedframe was old and incredibly noisy, and the noise from the large road out front was very loud and incessant through the night. Earplugs (provided for free from front desk, so clearly not a one off) helped on the second night, but opted to change hotel for the third. Get a balcony room facing onto the garden and you're probably fine. Ground floor room facing the road is not recommended.

It is really close to Museum, and directly located at I:P. Pavlova metro station and a major tram hub as well. But this comes with a price - I stayed 2nd floor and the major street below is very busy and you'll hear it. I was aware that this hotel looks a bit old, but that is fine for me. I had a kettle in the room, but had to place the unit on the ground to find a place to plug it in!

Prachtige locatie. Maar, een nachtmerrie voor het parkeren van de auto. Voor deze locatie moet je niet met de auto komen. Blauwe en parse zone systeem in praag is raar voor ons uit holland.

Clean place, nice room

Para un viaje en donde no estarás metido en la habitación, esta perfecto, por el precio y la ubicación. La habitación esta bonita pero el baño y sobre todo la regadera, es muy pequeña, será un problema para la gente grande y alta. Lo único malo fue que cuando supuestamente hacían la limpieza, solo hacían la cama, no cambiaban los vasos sucios ni lavaron el baño. El desayuno estuvo perfecto.

Minha experiência nesta acomodação foi extremamente decepcionante e não condiz com a classificação de 4 estrelas. O primeiro ponto de insatisfação foi a logística do check-in, que exigiu o deslocamento até um local diferente do prédio principal. A ausência de uma recepção ou de qualquer funcionário no local da hospedagem é um problema grave, pois inviabiliza a comunicação imediata para resolver questões urgentes. O serviço de limpeza foi consistentemente insatisfatório. Em um dos dias, ao retornarmos, encontramos o quarto com as janelas abertas, o que é uma falha inaceitável, devido à baixa temperatura externa (cerca de -5°C), o quarto estava extremamente frio. Além disso, a equipe de limpeza não repôs as toalhas de banho, forçando-me a me dirigir ao hotel de check-in, tarde da noite, para solicitar toalhas e um tapete de banheiro. A situação se repetiu no último dia, quando a limpeza foi totalmente negligenciada. O lixo não foi retirado a cama não foi arrumada e o papel higiênico não foi reposto no banheiro. Em resumo, a má qualidade do serviço de limpeza e a falta de suporte no local tornam a experiência lamentável. Pelos problemas apresentados, não recomendo esta acomodação, que claramente não atende aos padrões esperados de um estabelecimento de 4 estrelas.

Decent hotel. Good value for money. Lack of front desk staff and issue as you have to go to a sister hotel for support. Overall, a good hotel..cleaning staff are excellent and polite. Fans provided in each room for extra comfort.

Room was basic, a good size, clean, and tended to every day. The breakfast was a good way to start the day...plenty of selection and freshly maintained. The hotel is convenient to the train station and historic city center -- both about 15 min walk.

Eine Metro und Straßenbahn - Haltestelle liegt weniger als 50 m entfernt an der Kreuzung der nächsten Querstraße. Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt, unser Check-In und Check-Out erfolgte in einem anderen Hotel (etwa 70 m entfernt) an der gleichen Straße. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Beim Frühstück wurde das Buffet ständig wieder aufgefüllt, das Buffet war reichhaltig. Wir waren als Paar (60+) für zwei Tage in dem Hotel.

There king size bed was two single mattresses

The lighting in the room was very dim, almost non visibility. There was no double bed room available, it was 2 single beds combines, if you are a couple, then it's very bad. This hotel it 3/5 at best.

We stayed in room 103 which is facing the street. The noise was unbearable which led to 3 sleepeless nights. This could have been to poor sound insulation in the room. Now I have experienced how is it like sleeping in the street.

Lage praktisch, nahe U- und Straßenbahn. Zimmer sehr geräumig. Gute Schallisolierung in der kühlen Jahreszeit, wenn die Fenster geschlossen sein können. Frühstück gut.

The food was very fresh, healthy and tasty 😋. The people were very frindly, nice and multi lingual.

Lovely staff and the breakfast was nice. Easy to access and the room was great. only thing was that the wardrobe and safe would rattle a lot each time we walked in the room or if a car went past which was very loud at times. other than that it was a lovely stay at a great price

This hotel claim to be a 4-star hotel, and it was a disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I found that the reception was nonexistent and had to go to another hotel at different location to check in and get my keycard. The main door was often left open during the day, and in the evening, the door code didn’t work, setting off the alarm without anyone coming to check on it. This hotel lacks basic amenities like a reception, bar, or restaurant, making it feel more like a hostel than a 4-star establishment. As a single woman traveler, I found it uncomfortable and unsettling. I don't recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

Great location . Just no reception

Hotel has a part time front desk (9am-9pm) it’s reasonably well maintained. Though the door frame of one of our rooms was falling apart I found the €10 for breakfast too much for what it is specially considering the availability of better choices in the vicinity. Hotel is next door to an underground station and several trams to travel around. Also about 30 min walk from town centre.

It was reasonably priced, and a good hotel if need a clean bed and bathroom. The breakfast buffet was ok, but the staff were helpful. The area is pretty handy as you're literally round the corner from the Metro (IP Pavlova stop) and within walking distance from the national museum and Wenaslas Square.

Chambre spacieuse. Réception se fait depuis un hotel voisin. Au 3ème étage, les bruits de ville, les sirènes sont perceptibles. La première nuit surprenante , mais on s'habitue. A 15 min de marche des premières attractions. Tres correct.

Väldigt bra läge med närhet till kollektivtrafik. Funkar kanon att gå till centrum på ca 20 min. Helt ok rum, sängarna va sköna. Lite småslitet men inte så att det störde helheten. Frukost var bra med tanke på priset.
