Friends & I had a great time at this hotel. Breakfast was good! Pool was small but refreshing. Some of our rooms were warmer than others, although thermostats set at same temps, beds we’re comfortable, with linens changed daily. Staff was very helpful & pleasant!

The stay was average, breakfast was good and we had an excellent male server forgot his name, but room did have mini fridge or microwave which is unusual from hotels in states. Pool was super small it can accommodate 8 people maybe, building looked old and bathrooms could use renovation

The hotel was clean overall, but the paint in the rooms was very poorly done which made the rooms seem cheap and unclean. The carpet in the hall way seemed very old and smelled funky. Overall my stay was very good but I would recommend them to look at these details

Buena atención de recepción y de limpieza. En restaurante no todos los meseros son amables, incluso en ocasiones te presionan para poder recoger el buffette. Los pasillos de habitaciones están descuidados, sin aire acondicionado, con mucho calor e incluso los pasillos son húmedos y con mal olor. Incluso las puertas de las habitaciones están con pintura despostillada y oxidadas, o por lo menos en el piso 9 así fué. Por dentro las habitaciones limpias, con aire acondicionado funcionando. Cama limpia, cómoda, almohadas cómodas. La habitación cumple la función para descansar. Baño limpio y funcional.

I had an excellent extended stay at this hotel and couldn’t speak more highly of it! The front desk and housekeeping staff were exceptionally courteous and accommodating throughout my entire stay; my room was very spacious, clean, and extremely well-designed for work and rest; the hotel featured a wonderful variety of comfortable workspaces in its common areas; the WiFi was very reliable; and there was always an elevator car available to get me where I needed to go. The restaurant and bar located just off the main lobby offered a great dining option for the days I didn’t feel like going out for food – the perfect complement to the bevy of eateries located within manageable walking distance of the lot. In addition to offering easy access to the city’s financial district, this Holiday Inn also offers easy access to Obarrio – a bustling neighborhood situated just north of the financial district where visitors can soak in some of the city’s local energy. It’s also just a short car-ride away from Multiplaza Panamá – one of the largest, most contemporary shopping malls in the region. Based on all of that and much, much more, I would definitely stay here again.

The room was ok, however there was very inconvenient to use the restroom as it uses the same sliding door as the closet. I got hit on the head as my son was coming out and I was doing something in the closet. The carpet in the hallway smells very old. Linen are not change daily. Probably wouldn’t stay there again

Séjour malheureusement décevant. Le point le plus problématique reste le bruit des ascenseurs : des bips très forts et répétés, audibles chaque nuit même depuis le 7ᵉ étage, alors que les ascenseurs s’arrêtent plusieurs étages plus bas. À la réception, on nous a confirmé que le problème était déjà connu, mais aucune solution durable ne semble avoir été mise en place. La chambre était très humide, avec une forte odeur persistante malgré la climatisation (qui, elle, est facile à régler). À notre arrivée, le sol était collant, signe d’un nettoyage insuffisant. Lorsqu’on nous a proposé de changer de chambre, celle-ci se situait dans un étage non rénové : moquette au sol, traces de moisissure sur certaines portes et au plafond du couloir. Nous avons préféré rester dans notre chambre malgré le bruit. Entre les nuisances sonores et l’état général de certaines parties de l’hôtel, nous ne recommanderions pas cet établissement.

My wife and I stayed at this property.It was awesome.Our room stayed clean.Shoutout to the Housekeeping staff.We felt at home and slept well as a result.Waitress Yohanna was great.She got to know my favorite tea quickly.The other two ladies in the dinning room was good as well.Front desk team was amazing. Check In and Check Out was very fast.Keep up the good work to the entire staff of Holiday Inn Panama,Financial District.I will recommend others and I will certainly return .

Pasillos sucios y deteriorados. Al igual que las puertas de las habitaciones. Lo peor fue que me hospede dos noches, en el check inn no me regresaron mi pasaporte y a pesar de que dure dos noches, tampoco me contactaron para devolver. Tuve que pagar dos taxis adicionales porque llegue al aeropuerto sin el pasaporte y casi perdía mi vuelo.

Llegamos con un grupo grande de personas. Solo a mi me quisieron cobrar el early check in. El señor de recepción con una actitud un poco hostil y sin paciencia. Yo fui la que recomendó a toda mi familia de 26 personas ir a este hotel porque me pareció muy bueno hace dos años que fui. Esta vez no vi agua en el dormitorio. No se si regrese otra vez. La actitud de la persona de recepción fue decepcionante.

This has been our go to place for years. However the last several times we have had to either have maintenance come and fix the AC, or move to a new room because the AC was not working correctly. Also, its impossible to order toom service. The restaurant menu is nowhere to be found online, there is no copy in the room or even a online code to find it. And when you call room service nobody answers, ever! So you have to go down to the restaurant yourself to place your order, then go back to your room and wait. When i brought this to the attention of the staff they said they were too busy to answer the phone. I own a restaurant, they were not too busy to answer the phone. Time to find a new favorite hotel to stay in. Oh well.

Large & modern Holiday Inn property situated in Panama City´s finance district, but only a short walk from the coast and other city attractions. The onsite restaurant menu is limited but there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Good location for both business and tourism.
