All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Amazing stay! Clean, beautiful hotel with an amazing park across the street. Honestly feels vacation like. It is exactly as advertised. The food was delicious also.

The hotel was very clean and well appointed. The description states that the hotel has a bar and restaurant but that is not accurate. The food and bar looks like a lunch counter in the common area off the lobby. You order food at the counter off a menu and someone delivers it to the table you chose to sit at. The bar has taps but they were not working when we were there so all beverages were bottled. The did not have a beverage list so you had to try to see the container from the counter in an under counter refrigerator behind the bar. We ordered breakfast the next morning and it was served cold. The coffee is served in paper cups. I asked the girl to microwave my breakfast because it was cold. She told me they did not have a microwave in their kitchen but she would warm it. She told our plates and warmed them and returned them and mine was still cold. My husbands French toast was warm but my pancakes were still cold. This breakfast was $50 not free. The staff at the food service area was not pleasant. The front desk staff was wonderful. The information indicated that you can walk to Citzens bank park and the sports complex. It is definitely a short 15 minute walk however there is not sidewalk the entire way and you have to walk under 95 where the on and off ramps are without sidewalks or pedestrian crosswalks. It was fine during the day but I would recommend not doing it late in the evening if you attend an afternoon event. The location was quiet for a city.
