Holiday Inn Express - Huntsville Space Center by IHG

My room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay.

Everything was great besides the check in Lady was not helpful and I waited 15 minutes because she wanted to chat it up with others instead of doing her job and when asking her if anyone else could help me she was rude - she also didn’t want to follow my request for additional items and charged a holding fee 2 x and kept saying it’s mmm wasn’t there until I showed her my bank app and then proceeded to say she could not give me a key until bank authorizes the hold. Turk 30 minutes to get my room I was registered for and did all the online early check-ins.

We arrived at late night and Nikita at reception was so sweet to assist us with everything. She made us comfortable with her sweet talk and even fulfilled our request of room also. The property also was very clean and well maintained. We had a comfortable night stay and would definitely recommend for anyone to stay here.

Everything was great! Pool not being available yet was disappointing
