Shower water was very cold. Otherwise, everything was great.

Sure there were a lot of hot tubs but there quite a few that wasn’t working. It seemed like they were in the middle of doing maintenance/ repairs. Do not book the Chalet if you are looking for clean and comfort. The couches were stained, the stairs to the loft is narrow and the walk same walkway was terrifying. You need a wristband to enjoy the “attractions” and you have purchase the breakfast at the reception desk.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms are lacking in pretty much every way. They are in great need of updating. No hand towels. No was cloths. No heating or cooling. No quiet either. The walls are paper thin and the muusic and party atmosphere is not conducive to sleep or rest. If you're looking to relax in the quiet of the mountains, this is not the place for that at all.

I rented out the tree house and we did not get hot water once for any of our showers for the three days we were there. Very very lame. Also, breakfast said it was included in hotels.com and we were charged for breakfast ($8/head no biggie but annoying) Also asked about doing laundry and they quoted me $5 for a load, and they ended up charging me $41 (what a rip off and I hate being lied to.) I guess expected unexpected things here, cheaper to take an uber and get you food needs and laundry outside of the property.
