Room is extremely clean and spacious and you have big balcony. Kitchen facilities are well equipped nespresso coffee machine is in the room too. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Location wise is not that great if you wish to stay in the central area this is ideal however the. Bus stop is nearby and Two big local supermarkets are walking distance.

Absolutely the best front desk manager we met during the entire three weeks in Greece. Everything was great about the facility and the service, but a little bit distant from Center City and on the edge of commercial activities made it seem a little rough.

Spacious rooms which would make for a comfortable extended stay if one wished. Not hard to secure parking in the area. Staff was friendly.

The Studio Apt at Stay 365 in Heraklion, where we spent 3 overnights, was located close to a bus stop where you could easily reach busses to the Heraklion Archaeological Museum & also Knossos. We could also walk to a nearby grocery store, which was large & carried everything we needed for simple meals. The room itself was wonderful- spacious, comfortable bed, open concept bathroom with 2 sinks, large shower, seperate toilet, small kitchen, & a large living room area. The staff at Stay 365 was very kind & helpful, especially Petros, who was at the reception most of the time during our stay. My husband & I enjoyed our stay & think you will, too.
