This is a 4 star location but not a 4 star hotel. The staff was very nice. The rooftop was only open for breakfast. Would have been nice for coctails in the evening. Perfect view of the Acropolis.

The rooftop patio has an exceptional view of the Parthenon, and having our morning breakfast there was a real treat! However, we found that evening drinks on the rooftop was more expensive than most other places - it was 17 EUR for a beer and glass of wine.

very central location with walking distance to many shops and restaurants in a busy commercial area. many good cafes and restaurants are within a walkable distance. Convenient access to all services like shopping, taxi's always in front of the hotel, etc. No Gym / health centre in the hotel is the only possible critique - and only a small critique - given other hotels of the price.

Nice, friendly staff. Always available to help. Nice convenient location a stones throw away from syntagma. Breathtaking view of the Acropolis from the rooftop. It was a shame the open area was closed due to refurbishment. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice. The family room even though it had a lot of space but wasn’t designed well and felt a bit cramped because of the narrow nature of it. The great thing about the room was that the TV had Netflix and YouTube where you could use your account which was a real plus considering if you have kids. The rooms were quite cosy and the temperature control worked well. Our room had a balcony but no chairs and the railing meant that it was not safe for kids to be out in the balcony. I would have also preferred a small fitness area considering it is a four star hotel but I knew that before making the booking In summary, I would definetly recommend this hotel for family travel and to be in close vicinity to restaurants and attractions.

The hotel was fine, clean, quiet and staff was helpful and friendly. Don’t waste your money on a room with acropolis view or balcony. The hotel rooms sit too low, and so the view is much more of unattractive rooftops and buildings. The best thing about this hotel was the buffet breakfast served on the roof with an amazing view of the acropolis (the roof is high enough to miss looking over the other buildings). Food was delicious and very varied. The worst thing about the hotel was the lack of a restaurant for dinner. They have the beautiful rooftop area where the breakfast is served, but they only serve drinks and snacks (which they say on the menu are frozen and heated) in the evening. After a long day of touring I would have liked to get a real meal without leaving the hotel. But all in all I recommend the hotel.

Hotel is in an excellent location, close to Metro and the best areas for shopping and eating and entertainment. Our sheets and towels were changed every day, the room was comfortable and a good size. Overall a great place to stay and enjoy the best of Athens.

They don't pay atention in the bathroom bath mat, i told them to remove it ..didnt care i put it again.. it was terrible no clean of the other visitors, i had to take it an put it outside my door room . Bed ok in sheets but if you stay chech the other side of the mat of the bathroom before use it... i cant explain the bad clean it was i wish i can put a picture becase i took it so they can change it looking the picture but they didnt care.. they just put it again so dirty...terrible

Has a nice lobby. Walkable and close to shops and restaurants. Bathroom has ample toiletries. Easy to check in but staff who took us to our room and brought our luggages was a bit entitled to get a tip. Beddings had a couple of stains and the bed scarf was unacceptably dirty with stains and hair. Room not sound proof. You could hear the noise from the street. Breakfast buffet restaurant had good food and stunning view of the Acropolis.

A very nice hotel in the center of all tourist activities with many restaurants and shops. The room was very small but very clean. We were given a room that faces a side street so it was quiet. The bathroom is plain and could be better with better lighting, but it is very clean. There are many electrical outlets for charging your various chargers. All the employees we dealt with were very helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay there.

Das Fenster im Zimmer war leider mit einer Folie verdunkelt und es gab kein Tageslicht. Man konnte zwar das Fenster kippen, aber nicht öffnen. Dabei konnte man knapp an eine Wand sehen. Der Silver-Vorteil wurde nicht berücksichtigt, obwohl dies beim Einchecken erwähnt wurde. Leider habe ich dies zu spät bemerkt.

First of all I would like to start with one positive thing about this hotel is the Acropolis view we got during our breakfast. But the bed room we got was so cramped up and even the powder room was tiny too. No space to walk between the bed. There was no dresser to put out things. There was a mirror that is in front of the sofa bed , so we could not use it as it was not enough space to stand in between. The room was too narrow. I was surprised to see how this hotel was a 5 star hotel. Bathroom or in the bed room there were no hooks to hang bathrobes, jackets etc. The room had thin walls and we booked a family room and they provided us only 1 earbud for all 4 of us to escape the noise outside coming out from night clubs. Next problem area is the bathroom. Whenever we took a shower the water splashed to the dry area of the floor, because of the design flaw. That was a huge slippery situation while getting in and out of the shower area. Also they only had a handheld shower , so you have to have one hand to hold the shower head to take a bath, No top shower head.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Next to the hotel are some bars that played very loud music until 3am every night. As a result we had 4 nights of bad sleep even though our room was located on the 6th floor.

I enjoyed my five-day stay at this hotel. It has a great location, excellent cleanliness, a beautiful rooftop with a wonderful view of the Acropolis, a nice buffet breakfast, and kind front desk staff. However, I wish the front desk staff had accommodated my request to reserve a taxi to the airport for the next morning. The night before I checked out, I asked two staff members at the front desk to make the reservation. They told me it wasn't necessary and that I could simply ask in the morning, as taxis usually arrive within 10 to 15 minutes. Unfortunately, due to a metro strike, it took more than an hour for a taxi to arrive, and I missed my 10:30 AM flight to Santorini. I had to purchase a new ticket for the afternoon flight. The front desk should have been fully aware of the ongoing metro strike and guided foreign guests more thoughtfully.

Very walkable location for all that matters to me: food, transportation, shopping, points of interest, and value for the accommodation quality. Beware hotel does not accept holding your luggage overnight so if you plan to stay there, check out to go out of town for a few days and bring only part of your luggage, then check in again, you will need to find a luggage storage facility.

Hotel was just okay.. I stayed for one night since I had to catch my flight early morning, and service could have been better. The receptionist was not welcoming, and it seemed like they pick and choose to see who they want to give a smile or a dull look at (I obviously got the “what do you need?” look). For the price I paid, this hotel was just whatever.

The location was very convenient. 5-15 minutes walk to many attractions. Tons of restaurants around. The acropolis view was amazing. I left the curtains open at night just to see the acropolis while falling asleep. The room was clean. The front desk staff were nice but the housekeeper was a little pushy. When the housekeeper saw me in the hallway she followed me to my room and kept asking if I needed housekeeping even though I put do not disturb on the door. I explained that I didn’t not need housekeeping because I came back to my room during the day frequently. So I think if you don’t need housekeeping, better to mention it to the front desk.
