The hotel is nice, the amenities are nice, the washer and dryer in the room is really nice! The only downfall is if you get there late there is no parking, 95% of the parking lot is reserved for permanent residence. So,if you're not lucky, you have to park up the street and pay $10. That should be disclosed!

Moderne Apartments mit super Austattung: Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Trockner im Zimmer. Die Twin Betten waren leider nicht bequem, aber wir mochten die kuscheligen Decken sehr. An der Rezeption gibt es einen kleinen Laden mit Basics, Wasserspender, Kaffeemaschine und einen kleinen Fitnessraum. Gestört hat uns, dass man kein Fenster aufmachen konnte und es dadurch teilweise sehr stickig/feucht im Zimmer wurde (besonders nach dem Waschen). Trotz Klimaanlage, da diese sich regelmäßig abschaltete und nur laut gluckerte - sollte mal gewartet werden. Parkplätze sind nur begrenzt vorhanden, da im gleichen Gebäude und im Nebengebäude Privatwohnungen sind, denen der Großteil der Parkplätze gehört. Ab 18/19h ist alles voll. Die Lage ist etwas abseits von Queenstown, man braucht mit dem Auto 10-15 Minuten bis ins Zentrum. Aber es ist in der Nähe vom Flughafen.

We stayed for one night. The property was clean, and so was the room. Unfortunately there was no parking available and guests were being directed to park in a public parking area for a $10 cost. A nice cafe and little convenience store in the lobby for snacks. Coffee, tea in the room and lots of clean towels. Overall a nice stay.

The hotel was very modern, the room was comfortable and spacious. The parking situation was not ideal. The hotel only has 20 ish parking spaces meaning most guests end up having to pay for parking after already paying a premium for a room. Pretty poor experience considering how far away the hotel is from the town centre.

This is a nice new hotel, close to airport, about 20 minutes from down town. Everthing is great except there is not enough parking. Many guest have to fight over a few available parking spots or pay for parking at near by parking lot. Hotel has rented out most of its parking leaving guests out of luck.

The stay was alright overall. There was a sound coming out of the AC at night even when turned off which was annoying. The tv channels worked for the first 2 nights and then there was no service apparently. The duvet had coffee spills on it. The bathroom was not cleaned properly - there was dirty spots on the walls. There was no proper kitchen. Overall it was an alright stay. Would have liked these things to be better. 6.8/10 for us.

Clean, updated, easy check in and out. The parking lot not being big enough for every guest is the only downside, but we only had to pay for parking one out of three nights even though the hotel was fully booked. We didn’t mind. Staff was friendly and room was made up nicely daily. Awesome to have a washer and separate dryer on an outdoors-heavy trip. Great if you don’t want to stay in the thick of Queenstown but still want the convenience of the city.

The 2 bedroom apartment we got, there was dirt on the floor, the kitchen count was dirty and the bathrooms has hair on the floor. We complained at the front desk requesting to change room but got informed there is only one 2 bedroom apartment in the hotel which we ready have. Got house cleaning to come reclean the place. The same night, the heating was not working. We again had to go down to the front desk to complain about it. Got told the system probably cant take the load. We had an 8 month old baby yet they didnt do nothing about it. Asked to see the manager got told tomorrow morning the manager will get in touch but no communication at all.

This hotel is a fair distance down a hill from the shops and bus so I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with mobility issues. It’s very bland but entirely serviceable for a short stay. My room was not properly clean when I arrived but the cleaning the next day did better. I guess it’s patchy.

One night in a ground-floor, standard room: small, clean, rather poorly furnished but comfortable bed, expensive for what it was. “Mountain View” supplement wasted, as view on ground floor mainly of car park. A second night in a first-floor, mountain-view apartment”: infinitely superior for a modest supplement. Well-equipped kitchenette, lacking only a roll of kitchen towels! Car parking very limited - a real pain if one wants to eat out in the evening, as space availability unlikely on return. The only La Quinta property I’ve stayed at that I would consider revisiting!

We got a standard room with mountain view. There was hardly any view since the window is essentially barred with these huge metal beams that ran diagonally across the windows which significantly blocks any mountain view. The room was very small, it basically fits a king bed and that was it. Soundproofing was bad. I could hear water running down the drain from upstairs, and neighbours opening and closing their doors. TV was very small for current hotel standard and not even a smart TV which doesn't support any sort of phone mirroring or casting. No room to fit a couch or coffee table. There was a bedside table and a round stool really awkwardly positioned in the hallway right outside the bathroom, as there was no other place or room to place them.

This is a very nice looking property, but there were several things that were annoying. The whole light set up was weird. No bedside lamps, the overhead reading lights were very bright and shone straight down into your eyes if you were laying down. Bathroom light switch was on the outside so you had to have the door open to switch on the light. Since the bathroom was in the bedroom you couldn’t do that without it bothering anyone that was in bed. No windows that opened, and no air conditioning in the bedroom area, so if you shut the door from the main area it would be stifling in the bedroom. Not big stuff, but irritating.

Whilst the decor and cleanliness were first rate our room was noisy from running water. Also we had problems accessing WiFi. I believe we were given the wrong code.We both definitely tried the code we were given, on different mobiles, several times. Also we were able to access the WiFi on the TV with the Qcode.

Had a super lovely stay at this hotel. The beds were comfy, the room was modern and had lovely views from outside the property. However I will say “mountain views room” is a little deceiving as the windows in the room were small and had a beam covering them which made it a little difficult to really see out of them. But other than that we had a great stay and it was relatively affordable.

Top notch, brand new hotel, right by the airport. My room included a basic kitchen and washer/dryer(!). Very impressed all around. Parking is limited/competitive so try to arrive earlier if you have to park a car.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The room was immaculate. Check in and out was very easy with online options to make check in faster. Parking may be an issue of the hotel is fully booked. The front desk staff were helpful finding parking alternatives.

We arrived early. Had a great chat with Sally at reception who was extremely helpful. She stored our bags while we went for lunch locally. She also organised late check out the next day as we had to go and pick up a car at the airport. Also Kevin was very helpful on check out and carried some bags to our car Thanks Sally & Kevin

Excellent nice new apartment style Hotel. Walking distance to The Remarkables shopping centre and New World Supermarket as well as 5 minute walk to/from bus stop for easy direct connection to Airport (5 minute trip) and Central Queenstown (about 20 minutes trip). Buses very cheap and regular and fairly frequent up to 18 hours a day but if no car you will rely on them to get to all attractions and Queenstown itself. Initially it appears a bit out on its own (quite a lot of empty land development around it) but more optics than reality as not far to walk to local cafes and shops. In that respect it will not be to everyone’s style due to location but overall suited me very well.

The whole place seems well kept. We got there about 17:45, just in time to get one of the last two parking spots. There is limited parking. The attendant at the front desk was very nice and friendly. She gave us ideas and helped us order a pizza delivery. The was a washer and dryer (and laundry detergent) in our room, but not sure about others. The room was clean and the a/c worker well.

Great location close to the airport and away from the noise of central Queenstown - which is only a 10-15 min drive away. Like other reviews, free parking is at a premium on the hotel grounds and insufficient for the size of the hotel - we knew this prior to booking however. The room itself was basic but was warm and clean. Pillows were very thin and our room had a persistent high pitch sound coming from the wall throughout our 5 nights there. The hotel was suitable for a short term stay but we would likely book elsewhere on our next visit.

Property is located overlooking the mountains. It is a well maintained property with regular housekeeping service. It has a few parking spots reserved for hotel guests. Also, there is a public parking available if you need park overnight (back exit of the building is the shortcut). The property has cafe which also stocks basic groceries.

We stayed for one night. The property was clean, and so was the room. Unfortunately there was no parking available and guests were being directed to park in a public parking area for a $10 cost. A nice cafe and little convenience store in the lobby for snacks. Coffee, tea in the room and lots of clean towels. Overall a nice stay.

This is a pretty new facility located in a far suburb of Queenstown. It is close to the airport and ski resorts. Hotel itself doesn’t have a restaurant and the nearby restaurants are 10 minutes walk away. We received alert in advance about parking spaces are limited but luckily secured one. The room needs more furniture like chairs. Again it is 6 kilometers away from the town.

The room was perfectly functional and had a kitchenette and washer/dryer. We had a view of the next door apartment but that wasn’t a problem as we checked out by 5am. Front desk staff answered our questions (we’d read there was a restaurant there - there isn’t) and booked us a taxi for our early flight.

We stayed for just one night in a basic room. The bed was comfy and the room was fairly spacious. Bathroom was clean, no frills which is what we'd paid for - a place to rest our heads for the night. It's a longish walk to the shops and restaurants but there's a convenient store in the lobby which is self-serve and had meals you can heat up in the provided microwave as well as mini bottles of wine/beer etc. and pastries were provided to buy as well.

The room had a full size washer and dryer in the bathroom which came in handy at this time in our vacation. Laundry soap was provided. Kitchenette was also a blessing. It is a bit away from restaurants and shopping, but if you have a vehicle, no problem. Close to the airport but not walkable. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Would stay here again!

Hotel bien situado cerca del aeropuerto, le falta una cafetería dentro o más cerca , la que tienen es muy pequeña y no hay sitio para tomar un café Te lo tienes que llevar a la habitación. El parking muy justo si llegas más tarde de las 17 no tienes plaza gratuita.
