Staff was pleasant and the room was clean with the exception of the garbage can under the sink. It still had pizza boxes and garbage from the previous guests in it. The pool was small and a bit chilly for my liking but the other guests seemed to be enjoying it.

I booked the hotel for the pool and the breakfast included. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it all to ourselves. Staff were so friendly and helpful. A Hilton stay typically always means the best all around / but sadly the breakfast was not up to their standard. The eggs and sausage were dry and Luke warm, the hot water for tea was cold / the extra unpaid for this was not worth it at all. I ended up eating out.

We were Very pleasantly surprised! Beautiful, clean, roomy, friendly & courteous staff, great choices for the complimentary breakfast, pet friendly, and a few snack freebies during your stay. Love that "the room" is actually a studio/suite with a nice kitchen. Will most certainly stay again!

Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Even though the property was very full it wasn't noisy in the room. Pool could be bigger, was very crowded and noisy. (It was a holiday weekend) Breakfast was plentiful, and area was clean. Coffee was available 24 hours. Every employee that I encountered was pleasant, and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.

We go a room while on the road late with the family - 5 of us. Picked hotel because of the 9+ rating so paid a bit more than other ones. Came into the suite with very heavy perfume smell, had to air out, the TV did not work, figured it out that it was an unplugged cable. The toilet had a large “poop” in it plus it was on the sides of toilet still. Had less than half a roll of toilet paper. The shower was not cleaned and dirty. Took shower on top of a small towel. There was also only 1 large towel for all of us to dry off with. The kitchen sink then sprayed water out of the back all over the wall. It was late so we slept and left. Told person on duty, said they could not refund because it was hotels.com.. they are suppose to send me points, we will see, just a bad experience.

I have never been to a home 2 suites that was dirty the bath had hair all over the place and the hanging towel had brown spots, it was gross! Also the bed was so hard i could not sleep on it ended up moving to the sofa. Makes me sad cause Home 2 Suites have always been my go to.

Our room was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and nicely decorated, with the exception of the outside edge of the shower. I could see a line of pink mold/residue all along the outer seam. The bed was just ok, a little on the firm side of things and the pillows were lacking. The breakfast was just ok, typical of what you’d expect of a free hote breakfast. The location wasn’t really convenient for the attractions we wanted to see, as most things were 45 minutes to an hour from our location. The hotel did have some nice amenities. We would stay here again if in the area.

The overall room was clean. However, we found a dirty wash cloth in the shower and the staff did not seem to think it was a big deal. They told us that they could not offer any concessions because we booked through a third party. The even suggested that we contact Expedia. They were only willing to give a concession if we signed up for their rewards program. And they never sent anyone to collect the used wash cloth. This was our first and last time staying at this hotel.

Hotel was noisy. Heard next door peoples entire conversations including yelling at crying child after 10pm. When we first arrived the room strongly smelled of cigarette smoke despite being on a non smoking floor. We were fortunate to get a new room and staff was responsive. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were flat. Thermostat on unit says to use the wall device but that has no power. Unable to control air correctly, ranged from temp being 62-74 with either constant hot or cold air. For being what I thought the newest in the area, already wear and tear on room. Things not wiped clean and the bathroom sink left water all over the counter surround. The noise and pillows alone were enough for me to not return.

There are plenty of restaurants close by car. There is a Walmart across the street. The hotel is on a hill so if it is snowy, be safe. The hotel was very nice and the breakfast area and food was perfect. In fact Breakfast WAS included with the stay. (Orbitz should update that fact) The room was big however, there was a clicking on the heating system that gave loud clicks throughout the night. I inquired with the front desk and she said that that is normal and all of the rooms heating systems gave a eco-friendly system update which included the clicking noise. Because the clicking was annoying throughout the night, I would not stay here again which is a shame.

Staff was very kind, helpful, professional. Room was clean. Only real complaint was that you can hear almost everything in the adjoining room. We received new neighbors at midnight that were slamming doors, yelling and blasting music, banging on the door to the adjoining room. This made it impossible to sleep. The front desk was very apologetic both times we called, but all they did was call the other room which didn't help.. The front desk was extremely accommodating when we finally asked to be moved, but we wished that they took action to quiet down the other room so we didn't have to listen to them party for 45 minutes and then finally give up and move rooms at 1am.

Arrived on a busy night traveling from Richmond, Indiana- tired and managing cat (I’m a dog person). Staff was helpful and courteous, provided sheets and additional pillows for pullout sofa bed directly to room. Provided Grub Hub coupon so we were able to order food without delivery charge and a discount. It was late and we were so grateful not to have to eat snacks or fast food burgers again! Room was well appointed and perfect for all our needs. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable, shower well stocked with good water pressure. Having a microwave, full fridge, sink, dishwasher was so helpful and room designed that kitchenette was seamlessly integrated into optimal function.

Peaceful and Welcoming Stay – Highly Recommend! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was amazing—friendly, welcoming, and very patient. The property is absolutely beautiful, and my room was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. A special thank you to Ivena, who went out of her way to help me find a quiet space for Bible journaling. That level of thoughtfulness truly meant a lot and made my stay even more meaningful. The swimming pool was well-maintained and perfect for relaxing. I also loved the fire pit in front of the hotel—it was great for entertaining family. Every staff member I interacted with offered excellent service and made me feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I like the hotel but where facility is its difficult to find. We stopped at Motel 6 1st, then a senior facility before they told us to keep going around the facility. The one sign for facility at Sinor facility the bulb was out.

Our only suggestion would be that they upgrade the breakfast buffet. No orange juice, pretty marginal coffee, frozen breakfast sandwiches and terrible cereal. Lovely staff though, comfy beds, very clean and nice suite!

Property was clean an people were nice. Description said it had a bar and restaurant which it does not an was the main reason i chose this hotel. Would have chosen a different hotel had i know especially for what i paid for 3 days. They also charge a $50 fee per night which wasn't disclosed when i booked.
