The accommodation was ok as we were out most of the time….. clean and comfortable bed but didn’t realise it was 3 star accommodation.

Older place but very nice for a family stay. Kids loved the heated pool even when it was drizzling.

Room was generous size , renovated , well appointed . Very good value for money . Had no personal parking problems , but limited amount of spaces .

It was an older property, kept tidy and clean as it could be. It's very close to the shopping centers, food joints and grocery stores. Free street parking also helps.

The staff greeted me with kindness and were very helpful. The rooms were large and spotlessly clean. I will definitely return, next time I stay in Rotorua. It’s a very convenient place to stay. Plenty of parking, opposite the Gardens and a one block walk from the main street.
