Pool advertises heated 80 year round. The pool was absolutely freezing and kids could only stay in limited time. Definitely sketchy people walking around everywhere and roaches galore.

Pets are welcomed and one thing that I found really cool is the fact that they have a little dog park, i.e. a fenced in area for your dogs to run around in and even has benches for you to sit while they handle their business.

It’s nothing like the pics they display on Expedia. The listing said 2 bedroom it’s not a 2 bedroom there is a bed in the middle of living room and one upstairs in an open loft, the smell was horrible. There was a closet full of trash and flies were there. There was no remotes for both tvs. Maintenance came and brought remotes but tv don’t even work no cable. The management was nice and accommodating but it was a horrible experience as it was very uncomfortable and not pleasant at all.

I checked out after the first hour and half of checking in. I noticed 2 roaches one of which was on my bed. No way would i stay the night there. I contacted property and no solution or refund. I contacted hotel.com and no solution or refund. I checked into another hotel for the night.

Do not stay at this location! Check in at the front desk is only available 4-5:30pm. I believe they do this so they don’t have to come face to face with disgusted customers. We had 5 rooms booked (three of which were 6 bedroom occupants.) Mowt rooms had no bedding, bugs and cockroaches scattered when the e opened the doors, the hallway of two rooms was matted with dog fur, towels had hairs, bathrooms were dirty and room floors were filthy. The pictures online ate a completely false representation of what this facility looks like. Management was difficult to impossible to work with. We were promised a refund when we couldn’t stay there and are now fighting to receive that refund.

The room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. There were dirty wash rags in the shower. There was a dirty plate in the kitchen cabinet. There was leftover food in the refrigerator. There was only two towels when I had three people and I booked a room for three people, I called the number And the lady said that she would send down towels. There were no pillowcases on the pillows. She said she would send those down. We never saw anyone. It was absolutely a disgusting room and I will never stay at this facility again.

First off...the smell was awful!!! The floor was dirty and sticky. Everuthing was very dated, damaged and filthy. Right outside the door there was human waste. We stayed no longer than 5 min but was refused a refund.

Absolutely disgusting! Do not stay here. There was at least 8 piles of poop by the door and not all were from animals. The room smelled like the outside looked. Horrible communication. Terrible terrible terrible. We left and gladly payed more for a better place!!!!

It was horrible, stank of smoke caused asthma issues, both electrical and plumbing werent working well, a shower was broken, outlets didnt work, closet doors and restroom doors were hanging broken, there were stains everywhere (walls, restrooms, lamps, etc.), communication was difficult, we waited 1.5 hrs to even enter room, and we saw roaches, there was also trash right outside, ac didn't work either.

The property was the most cleanest place I have ever seen. Dirty sheets, roaches on the wall, dead roaches on the corner of the kitchen, the entire place smelled of smoke, the bed itself was disguising big blood stains on the bed I have pictures of the entire stay. I had to not only purchase cleaning products but the staff provided some equipment after 2half hours of request for me to clean the entire place from top to bottom I’m requesting my money back the property itself advise I had to speak with Expedia because I book thru them

If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and you don’t mind stale smells, scratched up furniture, mouse droppings and roach eggs, a loud ice maker and sketchy men walking around with their hands in their pants then you found the right place. If I was traveling without my husband I wouldn’t have stayed. I called the staff and complained but when she showed up and I told her about my concerns. She just asked was that it? I guess that was all normal for them. Not at all as nice as the pictures describe. It was old and outdated, like a ghetto apartment complex.

The pictures are very deceiving. Many things were broken upon arrival. And it is far from renovated. I felt like the area and safety protocols were not that safe. However, the bed and sheets were clean and I didn’t see any bugs.

I like the pre check-in aspect of the stay, however, the room we were assigned to had issues with the door lock. The code we were given did not open the door and we had to have maintenance or security come let us in at arrival (10:30 pm) and any other time we left and returned over our 2 day stay. The room had multiple dead cockroaches on the floors and in the pull out couch bed that my son slept on (after we changed the bedding). The space was a good size and the room was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We felt unsafe at night and I wasn’t able to sleep much because of the noisy neighbors smoking, talking and drinking next door. Amenities were nice like having your own kitchen and there were extra plates and utensils. But you can tell doors were dated and a little damaged. There was a little smoke smell when we opened the door to enter the room.

Unit was in process of being remodeled but furniture was old and chairs had stains on them. There was carpet on the stairs that had stains on it. Unit sleeps six but there were no bowls and only 3 spoons. No coffee maker or can opener. Cable was not setup. The staff was nice and when I asked we got some bowls and a coffee maker. I think they are trying to improve the property but still rough around the edges. Not the best area but had no issues with noise or safety.

I’m not gon hold you if it wasn’t for the roaches and the smell it would be a solid stay. The room has a kitchen, dishwasher, fridge and microwave all pluses. But yeah them roaches and that smell. As well as the nosiest guests I could have imagined across the hall from us - literally sounded like they were having a party. If it wasn’t for those things I’d give it a solid 3.5 maybe 4 outta 5. The WiFi works great as well. But yeah the place could just use a deep cleaning all around.

allot of traffic noise and place. Its a old property which they are starting to fix. Patio Door wouldn't lock so they have a lock slide option at bottom of door. Room was clean enough. But personally I would not stay there again

The property was more occupied by residents instead of visitors which I wasn't aware of yntil I reached the property. I had no iron. I called for one at 11am. At 3pm I called Expidia who was told the iron would be sent right away. I NEVER RECEIVED THE IRON!!! Returned to my room on 2/19/2025 at 6:30 and wasn't able to get in. Went to the front to find the desk clerk leaving so she ignored me buzzing. Called the number to find the office closed at 5:30pm. Went back and the lock code woeked. I slept with the chair under the door and my door lock purchased from AMAZON. Luckily I cime prepared to clean myself. There was dried food on the microwave buttons, dried food in the sink, dried food on the kitchen table, the kitchen table and chairs need to be replaced. THERE IS BLOOD ON THE WALLS. Which I DID NOT TOUCH. I will not return to this location, 3 out of 10 I wouldn't recommend.

Office didn’t have record of our registration so we had to wait for them to find it and get us a room. The grounds were a little trashed and the tv in our room didn’t work. You can’t adjust the air and there isn’t any fans so it was stuffy for a bit. If you just need a bed for a night and don’t mind a lower level hotel then it was passable for a night.

Check in is very confusing, the staff was difficult to understand, she spoke with a mouthful of chips, ice, I'm not sure what she was crunching on while speaking, the front lobby was very disappointing, not inviting at all, did not appear clean or cleaned for awhile,there was a door off the hinges leaning on a random wall, large refrigerator in the side of the room.... However, I was more pleased with the room, it was clean, no roaches noticed.

Well since they are going to be this way and not refund you after a terrible experience here we go…. I already filed a claim for my stay and I didn’t get any response or help. This issue is not being taken serious and it is extremely serious. I still have an itchy rash from sleeping in that bed and my eye was red all day. It was unhealthy to be in that room. The pillow stunk and were stained, it smelt like feces by the headboard and pillows, the whole room had roaches coming out from behind the doors, everything was dirty. The room had an extreme strong odor walking in and there was homeless people camping outside the door shooting up drugs…. I felt like i Was living in a slum and none of the online advertisements even come close to how it is in reality. I almost didn’t stay as it didn’t feel safe, people were making noise all night outside my door all night I will not be coming back again and I am taking this serious. I have photos and videos of everything.

Because we booked later in the evening we called the hotel prior and asked about hotel hours someone spoke to us and Said we could be in between 10-12 we arrived at12 and we're told it would be ready between 3-4 The front desk was nice however is in the back office is definitely not. We were given the room about 1.5 hours later. My spouse and I were being intimate and someone with the door code walked in on us. That was very traumatizing and surprising. The TV never worked and none ever came up to fix it. The next morning the line again was huge as it was to check in. After being in line for a while I asked them if they could at least accommodate us with some time to make up for the time they didn't give us. She said she could give us 30 minutes which h then would be 11. I accepted since that was the only offer I wish they would have reemburse our money when the room wasn't ready we spent 4 hours in acar waiting. Then it took then so long to let me back in the room that it was almost 11 anyway. We moved some stuff out of the room and it was locked so we were not able to to get our food out of the fridge which we spent money on. Even the food that was in the pot was left behind because we were locked out. This place was rude. Very beautiful very nice unfortunately I feel they say whatever they think you want to hear even if they can't deliver what they promise We both had allergies because the room was completely filled with cat urine and cat spray. Roaches too.

Then it took then so long to let me back in the room that it was almost 11 anyway. We moved some stuff out of the room and it was locked so we were not able to to get our food out of the fridge which we spent money on. Even the food that was in the pot was left behind because we were locked out. This place was rude. Very beautiful very nice unfortunately I feel they say whatever they think you want to hear even if they can't deliver what they promise We both had allergies because the room was completely filled with cat urine and cat spray. Roaches too.

Well I kinda questioning the stay wasnt to sure bout the area. But after the first and second stay its been great this is the only place that makes it very easy to check in and out and if you need to extend your stay its the greatest of all so fast and convenient for you to do. I would gladly recommend this place for any type of stay.

The area was not in a great location. Right next to this all inclusive living were a lot of homeless and not lighted properly. Those already staying there were not friendly at all.

Everything would’ve been all right, but it took me. I didn’t get into my room till like by 1:30 that morning because the passcode was wrong and I got in there was roaches. There was no lightbulbs in the night lamp by the nightstand. I was very unpleased with the way the property was my room was in the process of me get into my room at 1:30 in the morning
