No Parking . Had to use Valet. Not easy to reach Valet area because of congestion. Not easy to retrieve car because all other residents use Valet so you need give staff time to get your car.

Its a fine option for staying downtown - but a bit tired for a four star hotel. Just needs an upgrade of the rooms etc. Gym is nice.

The location is great if you are attending a Reds or Bengals game. There is no self park option as listed, valet only. Our room was not ready at check in, so getting our car back directly after valet parking was a hassle. Room and hotel were very clean. Our view was a concrete block building next door, we couldn’t tell if it was sunny/ cloudy.

The only negative to the stay was the wait for elevators. Only 3 of 6 were in service and they were constantly in use by the wedding that was there or the kids going into elevator and hitting button for every floor

Valet parking is the only choice for parking and it’s $48/night. Literally go with any other hotel in the area for a cheaper price. That being said, the hotel was outdated and dirty. Bathroom shower had mold in it. It took the water 5 minutes to get hot. The view is a side of a building. Just pass.

The elevator wasn't working when we arrived, so we got to use the freight elevator. Our guide was informative and attentive and shared a lot of history about the property while we waited for the elevator (for a long time). The room was lovely. The view was not. We were on the 5th floor and our room window opened to the air conditioning. It was ugly. We kept the drapes closed. The team was very professional and friendly. The bar was nice but understaffed - we came in for a drink after our concert. There was also a Reds game and a big wedding party. We felt awful for the staff - they really needed more help.

The room smelled stale. There were several areas where dust was visible. When checking out and getting our vehicle back from valet they didn't write down our number which lead to us standing outside waiting for 45 mins. They removed the charge from our bill but for a 4 star hotel I was quite disappointed!

This place was incredibly mediocre and honestly disappointing. I’ve stayed here before and remember it being great a couple of years ago. However, this time around the room was dirty and you could tell it was run down. We got there a the elevators were broke which was fine but annoying. Then, the room looked like no one had cleaned it - dusty, crusty shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom and dirty looking shower. This place isn’t cheap for what it is which was simply a let down. Not sure I’d stay here again.

Overall good stay the convenience of the location is a huge plus. Check in was quick and easy and luckily we were able to check in much earlier than I thought we could. The only negative is that the bathroom shower was moldy and the shower door was slightly damaged.

15th Floor room musty smell, 2 bugs in bathroom, soap foam from last guest and STRONG smell of mildew. Should not be a 4 star rated. Very disappointed. Musty smell immediately on 15th floor when elevator doors opened. Worse upon entering room. A/C was already on high (loud) when I checked in before game and hoped air quality would be better when I returned, was not. I switched A/C to Auto so I could sleep. Bed was very comfortable, but after waking up in morning and finding 2 bugs in bathroom and strong mildew smell/shower not cleaned, I opted not to use and headed home. Never had this problem at any other hotel in this price range. Most hotel bathrooms smell of disinfectant, this one only of mildew. Definitely not worth proximity to ballpark.

The staff was nice. The common areas we’re also clean and nice to look at. However, that’s where it ends for me. The room that I was given was dark. None of the lights worked so I was literally getting dressed in the dark maintenance came in “fixed “the issue the lights were still dim, most of the electrical outlets also did not work

The room was more spacious and comfortable than I expected. Although the view from the window wasn’t great due to its downtown location, it was nice to have a riverside trail nearby, which made good use of my time.

Beautiful hotel in great location. Standard 2 queen room felt more roomy and airy than most hotel rooms. Beds are very comfortable. Staff were polite. Parking is pricey, but valet service was speedy even on what seemed to be a particularly busy weekend with several weddings, a football game and UC Parents weekend. Would definitely stay again.

The shower door did not close all the way so it was a huge gap letting cold air in while you’re trying to take a hot shower, and also leaving water all over the floor. I told the front desk and was told someone would go in a fix it while we were out only to come back and it was not fixed. Notified the front desk once again and was told we could use a room close by to shower in. For the price I paid for the room I would think that everything would be working properly. It was my first time staying there and that made me second guess choosing this hotel over a cheaper one.

It's a pretty nice hotel. The staff was great and always friendly. The only downside is that it's pretty loud with the noise from the street. I didnt have a problem sleeping but my fiancée is a light sleeper and she had problems the whole trip. We would definitely stay there again though but maybe on a higher floor than the 6th.

Room 1424 NO HEAT! They delivered a space heater to us at 11:30 pm on Saturday to keep us warm. There was no hot water that night to shower with. The next morning the shower was warm, not hot, and barely trickled out the shower head.

Our room was spacious and clean and the bathroom had a comfortable layout with shampoos and body wash inside the shower. Though it was noisy at night due to the street noise of loud motorcycles, cars, and trucks going by since our room was on the street side. If there is anyway to lessen the noise from the street, the hotel should do it.

We were there for a game and in a hurry. They didn’t have our room available at checkin time and said they were fully booked. They knew that in advance and should have planned for that. Also, they told us we’d be put in a line for a room but then people were walking up and getting rooms before us when they were waiting less time. They had no system and were just doing whatever they wanted. We were late to our game with nothing but coldness and attitude from them.

It was quite disappointing when we tried to check in at 4:00pm and was told that our room wasn’t ready and no one could give a time estimate due to a full hotel the night before. This is not our issue, but we were the ones being affected. I can honestly say, I’ve never had this issue at a hotel. For the amount of money we spent, I would expect to get the full use for our stay. However, the ladies upfront were doing the best they could with the cards they were dealt with. I’m not sure if it was a management/scheduling issue.

The person at the reception desk seemed completely disinterested in his job, as if he was being bothered by the fact that we were checking in (granted, we were checking in after 11 p.m., but I would expect a more welcoming check-in after a flight). The room needed a little bit of a facelift. There was also construction going on across the street at night making it impossible to sleep.

The actual hotel part was pretty good, the creamer for the coffee was curdled so wasted my coffee. Someone was knocking on our door at 9am to see if we had left yet. not cool. we went to the restaurant before our event and ask would we be able to get dinner when we returned at 11:30pm and they said we could eat until 1am. Sadly when we arrived, they said it would be a 30-minute wait. After 30 minutes they said the kitchen was shut down or not serving food for 30 minutes. after that they we done serving. we went without dinner that night. we are both 62 years old on medicine and can't take that medicine without eating. we will never be back.

The front desk was amazing as they held our luggage for both days, early arrival and late departure. Valet was friendly and prompt. Room was clean and my wife loved the comfort of the bed! If we return to downtown Cincinnati we will prefer to stay at your hotel in the future. Would love to know if you have any Reds or Bengal packages and we might be coming back soon. Thanks again to everyone on your staff to make sure we had a great weekend!!!

The Renaissance hotel oversold their hotel and asked 3 of our travelers to find another hotel and they couldn't help because we booked through Orbitz, that's unacceptable and unprofessional on their part. Orbitz did help me refund and stayed on the phone while I found another hotel so I appreciate Orbitz for that.

We loved this hotel! Check in was a breeze! The staff were so nice and helpful. The bar was great and the food was really good. We had steak and a burger both were delicious! Check out was so easy! The Bengals stadium is within walking distance. Just a great stay overall! Would recommend to all!

Our stay was ok, but for the price we paid per night I expected better. The walls are VERY thin and it was VERY noisy! We were awake most of the night because of a dog barking on our floor and of course “downtown city life”. The lighting in our room was not very good and it was hard to ready in the bathroom Because it was difficult to get good lighting. We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was not good. We both had an omelette and they were not even done. The ham was cold and cheese was not even melted inside the eggs.
