It was a great location and the pool was a bit chilly. We were hoping for a hot tub but didnt know until i got there there wasnt one. The beds were very firm. Overall a good stay

Great parking. Convenient location. Excellent laundry and gym. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. TV accepted the Roku, so we didn’t miss any baseball games. Appreciated the good size refrigerator and microwave in room. Daily Breakfast tasty, great cinnamon buns. Dining and lobby areas were clean and very pleasant. We spent about an hour visiting family in the lobby. I would use this hotel again and recommend it to others.

The room was extremely comfortable. No pets and no smoking kept everything fresh and clean. The breakfast and the ladies who prepared it were great! They made you feel like family. We were on vacation so can’t speak of the business area.

Stayed for one night - room was outdated and freezing and took a while to warm up. Beds were comfortable but the room had a musty old cigarette smell that wasn’t overwhelming but also not pleasant. Breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a good location but I feel it was overpriced for what it is.

When we arrived to our room our sheets were dirty. Obviously soiled! We asked the front staff if someone could change our sheets, and we were told no housekeeping was available and they could provide us with new bedding to change ourselves. Not ideal after driving all day. I did ask if we could then change rooms and the staff was very accommodating to my request. The new room was adequately cleaned. Staff was nice. Location is close to many things.

We had to change rooms due to dripping faucet. I wasn’t upset just a little frustrated. The person acted as if I was inconveniencing them. Our second room was not cleaned well and the chair was broken. I could also feel the springs from the bed. This hotel it not worth $198. It would just be a waste of money. I did let the staff know of the the issues with the second room and was told “Okay”. I checked out and left.

Hotel was exceptionally clean. Front desk staff and breakfast attendants were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the housekeeping department service. The third day I was there housekeeping did not show up at all. I left the room at 11:00 and made sure the do not disturb sign was not on the door. When I returned at 6:00pm, no one had replaced towels, made bed or emptied trash. Was very disappointed. Overall the hotel was very nice and would stay here again. Hopefully I would not encounter the same problems with the housekeeping department.

The staff went above and beyond from the moment I checked in. We were there for my mom’s 90th birthday to do some antique shopping and thrifting. Everyone was so sweet and kind to us. They told us about nice places to shop. The breakfast was great, the room was spacious and spotless. I’ve stayed at many hotels in my travels and it’s in the top three hotels for the facility but the staff is number one! I wish I could give them higher than a 5 ⭐️!

I didn’t get the size bed that I paid for. When I called down to the front desk the lady lied to me and said they were queens, but in the morning when I checked out they confirmed to me that they were doubles. I said I paid for queens and the only thing they said was “sorry about that”. They didn’t offer to fix anything for me. The ladies at the breakfast however were wonderful!

We’ve traveled here 3 times in the last 3 years and the same friendly gentleman has checked us in each time. When traveling out of town it nice to see someone familiar and nice. Also not forgetting that the rooms are always clean and the facility is quiet.

Booked a late room Early Saturday eve ( while travelling). Wonderful front desk staff, fast check in, reasonable rates & room WAS VERY CLEAN! VERY impressive breakfast that included at leaat 10 items! Pancakes, biscuits with sausage gravy, eggs, bacon, fruit, pasteries, and more!
