We enjoyed our weekend at the hotel. Parking in the garage actually worked out easier than we thought it would-elevators made it quick. Hotel is walkable to several nearby highly regarded restaurants such as dominion south which we highly recommend-trust me you will need to walk after eating here. Publix right next door was convenient and there is a great Mexican quick serve place in the immediate area as well. Downtown is about a 15 minute drive from most major attraction areas and the roads are easy to navigate and weren’t very crowded. Breakfast at the hotel was a little disappointing as they didn’t restock the items as they should have. Overall we were pleased with the stay

Everything about our stay went smoothly, from check-in to check-out. Couldn't recommend this place more! The staff was extremely friendly, the room was huge and super accommodating (we had a suite), parking was easy, the pool was clean and refreshing, and there's plenty in walking distance!

Beautiful property and very clean room. Comfy bed. Grateful for a thermostat that went to 63°! The shower looked to have a little bit of mold around the ceiling. Fitness room was okay. Older weights and machines other than their Peloton. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating!

Nice big suite. Much quieter than I expected being 2 blocks from the hospital. Breakfast was better than average. Parking not so great as they don't have enough parking on the ground level of the parking garage to accommodate one car per room. I'll stay here again.

The staff was very friendly & welcoming! The first room they gave us was dirty and had an odor. They gladly switched us to another room which was a little cleaner but still had a weird odor. We went to the Publix across the street and bought Lysol to get rid of the smell. The bathroom wasn’t very clean but we dealt with it. Honestly, Hilton hotels have been lacking in quality lately.

We had an excellent visit in Huntsville, Alabama. Homewood Suites felt like home. Room was well appointed, clean and provided great kitchen amenities. The hotel needed updated amenities. There was only 2 usbs in the entire room. There was a un necessary ceiling fan which seemed out of place. There are no plugs near either side of the bed for charging your phone. The TV seem awkwardly placed. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were either really flat or overstuffed. Needs some updates. The breakfast was okay. Nice atmosphere in common areas, and clean. Friendly staff.

I stayed for business. It was conveniently located. The room was nice and the hotel quiet. My only concern was there was not a streaming option on the television. Other places i've stayed have allowed me to sign into Netflix or other streaming services. Other than that, the stay was perfect!

Spacious King bed suite w a plush sofa bed. This was a great overnight stop on our road trip. Room was clean with a separate kitchen with stove, full size fridge and even a dishwasher. Ample storage and lots of lighting. Parking is included which is a for staying in downtown Huntsville. Quiet area even though there is construction everywhere. My only nit-picking preference is if the bathroom vanity mirror light was on a separate switch from the vanity ceiling and wall lights. We will def. stay here again if we are in the area.

I commend the front desk staff on their patience and hospitality, as I witnessed a number of occasions where they were short staffed, but tried their best to handle every concern. At check in, we received a room key. Upon entering the room, we discovered that there was already someone there. That room belonged to someone else!!! Ultimately, The hotel overbooked and we did NOT have a room. The staff hid in the room behind the couch term for over 45 min claiming to be searching for another accommodation for us. After over 45 min of being avoided, we drove away and had to pay for another room at another hotel. The staff at your hotel was unprofessional, dressed slouchy, and had not attempted to groom themselves before showing up to work.

I stayed here for 6 nights to visit family w/my 15 yr old son. SO pleased with my choice to stay at this Hilton. Happy w/ room & amenities but even more so with front desk staff. Alissa was amazing & so helpful. I would definitely stay here again when down South!

Love this stay! Beds were great- Zero noise- - you can keep the room as cold and dark or light an airy as you want- we had a suite on 4th floor- full kitchen- but the complimentary breakfast was excellent- staff was very friendly and helpful- everything was clean and wonderful! Great Location - walk to Ruth Chris Steak House in 2 minutes!

Amazing stay my 2nd time staying there. It was close to the hospital/ clinic I needed to be at early in the morning. Public and excellent restaurants with in walking distance, I would highly recommend this hotel stay to everyone who is traveling.

The suite was large and very clean. The breakfast was excellent and all the staff that I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very convenient location downtown with restaurants and a grocery store nearby. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Huntsville.

It was fine for an overnight stay. The hotel was seemingly clean but needs a lot of updating. Our doors in the room were crooked & had difficulty getting them to close. The TV's left a lot to be desired, very few channels & those that did come in were not clear. My 16 year old son used the sleeper sofa & said the floor was probably more comfortable. 3 out of the 4 of us ate the breakfast & all 3 were sick feeling the rest of the day. The neighborhood was nice & staff were friendly. I just wouldnt want to stay there for more than 1 night unless improvements happen.

Huge suite with nice amenities. Breakfast would have been a B or B+ but they ran out of eggs and the tortilla wrap with hamburger and sausage not so palatable. Not too far from the main downtown but also decent restaurants just around the corner.
