A great stay overall. Check in was easy and fast, they put a hold on your card for the $150 for incidentals so make sure to have one to cover that. Our room was very spacious and thats why I booked it especially. Beds were a tad hard, pillows were good. Pool was OK, I also booked this hotel because of the kiddie pool, the water was warm but the sprinkler didn't work, my grandgirl was disappointed. Other pool was pretty small, there was a lot of kids so it was very loud in that small space. Breakfast was hot, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, 3 different kinds of sausages, biscuits and gravy as well. Loved it!

The desk personnel were friendly and accommodating. There were only two towels in a room sleeping four. The area food was served needed to be air conditioned. It was a sweat shop. TV was not user friendly. The baggage cart needs to be replaced and maintained. You could here the people walking back and forth in the room above you. The East entry door needs to be replaced. Need more towels in the pool. I would consider this to be an average facility for a Holiday Inn Express.

We arrived late due to our flight. Room smelled good and looked clean. I was impressed. Loved the layout of the room. We went to bed. Next morning, I went to use shower for first time and noticed hair on the floor by the tub that was not ours. My husband is bald and my hair is blond/curly. I cleaned up the floor. The next day I noticed there was mold on HVAC slats. I cleaned that up also. I didn’t bother to report to hotel staff. I did enjoy using the Gym and Pool. I was happy that there were towels in both areas. The hand sanitizers were empty during my stay. Breakfast was ok and complimentary. The staff that worked during our stay were excellent. I was also happy with the price of the hotel. I would stay here again but will notify management of mold or any other issues.

I love that they turned the jacuzzi into a smaller pool for kids. The hotel is very clean great customer service and over all very relaxing and comfortable. Definitely my go to.

What ever alarm that went off around midnight and stayed on ALL night was quite annoying. Staff told us they couldn’t locate the source of the alarm. At the same time our in room fire alarm flashed green all night as well.

The room could've have been cleaner . It's was curly hair on top of the bathroom ceiling as if someone just finished blow drying their hair . The bathroom was not the cleanest as the shower does not look like it has been cleaned upon arrival. Spiderwebs throughout the room. The refrigerator was not clean thoroughly as it was crumbs throughout the freezer . Floor was not vacuumed & it was a crack in the window that was being held with duck tape

The hotel is under construction. Lobby dirty, room dirty, floors not vacuumed, bathroom not clean, stains on furniture and grease spots on desk and all wood furniture, mirrors all smeared. Lastly, the hotel does not have towels. Had to wait to shower until towels arrived. This is sad to say the least. Otherwise, great location.

we checked in and the shower had soap and hair from a previous guest housekeeping came but didn’t remove the soap. Towels had hair on them and when asked for new towels the front desk clerk didn’t want to exchange them. I would never stay at another holiday day inn ever!!

First this place is under construction. NO WHERE did it say it was being renovated. I would have never booked a room here. The lobby smelled like smoke and was a mess. The female workers at the check in had loud music on and were very loudly laughing and talking. They checked us in and we went to the room. Th toilet seat had dried urine all over it. The tiles in the bathroom were dirty. There was dry wall dust over everything. Didnt say anything, because they could care less by how they acted during check in. Beds ok. Floor ok. Thermostat was broken. At 7AM very loud music was being played outside and down the hall. Workers were yelling down the hallway at each other WTH!! So rude, ignorant. They could careless of guests who checked in late last night. Breakfast was typical and eggs were cool and overcooked. Never would I ever stay here again. If this wasn't a no refund on hotels.com, we would have left and stayed elsewhere. I feel we were cheated and misled. Nowhere did it say they were under construction. Could not wait to leave.

Overall stay was comfortable besides the remodeling going on up on 3rd floor. Nice staff , very friendly, acknowledged us everytime we crossed paths . The free breakfast was tasteful. The only downfall was the sink in the bathroom to forever to drain out and there wasn’t a tv guide in the room or on the tv to know what channels were available to watch. Comfortable bed made a good nights sleep very pleasant

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and was even bigger than expected. The only thing I didn’t like was that the chain latch lock on the door didn’t have anything to latch onto & the deadbolt wouldn’t stay locked. I’d definitely go back for another stay however.

Rooms looks nice as they have been renovated, however the next door room had a large and loud raucous party that lasted all night even after security was called. and considering the neighborhood we didn’t want to complain too much just in case.

The hotel was quiet and the rooms were spacious. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was decent, parking was easy and seemed like a convenient location. Staff was always friendly! Minor wear and tear around the hotel (dings in the walls, paint chips, bathroom fixtures loose) with some TLC this place would be great! We had a nice stay overall.

The good: The woman who checked us in was wonderful. Went way beyond good customer service. Our room was clean and newly remodeled and large. They opened breakfast early for us because our large group had to be out of the hotel when breakfast was suppose to start. Nice restaurants nearby and close to the highway. The not so good: In our hallway, a guest checked into her room and there was other people’s stuff in the room. Made me a little concerned that when we left the room, someone else might be accidentally checked in to our room. The hotel seemed near full and the other guests were noisy. I would not have been happy if I had young kids with me that I was trying to get to sleep. Building is under construction so elevator had plywood for walls with a sign on the front that said something like : “Not for guest use” but was often the elevator that came when you pushed the button. A little bit of loud highway/car noise around 11 pm.

After checking in we left for dinner and received a phone call from the hotel that there was a "problem with our room and they were moving our suitcase out so it would not get damaged" when we return we would be given a new room. When we returned, they had the suitcase but not other items that we had in the room. when asking the staff we were told they would need to contact he manager to find out what to do. As one item was a daily medication that was needed, we went to the room on the off chance our key cards still worked. When there found another group in our room. They stated that when they checked in they found our suitcase and brought it to the front desk. there was no problem with the room and the staff did not remove the suitcase to avoid damage as stated to us. the other family graciously helped locate he items we had in the room. we complained about the situtation to the staff with no resolution as this time

Wow! The staff here was by far the best experience we have had in any hotel by far! Friendly, happy, interactive and down to earth! Even gave a lil bday surprise to my grandson who turned 2 that day! We were staying to go to the zoo. Great people!

I reserved this hotel for 5 nights. When I arrived the first night, they told me they gave away my room and there were no rooms available. When I went to get a refund they tried to charge me for 1 night even though they made me scramble at night after a long day of travel to find another hotel.

We were in Milwaukee for a funeral. Hotel was in a great location. Easy access to places we needed to be at. Excellent service at the front desk. Very nice gentlemen. Very professional. Dressed nice. Holiday couldn't ask for a better representive of their hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows where what we like.

Bad area of town, poorly maintained. Only one ice machine works. The A/C in my room only kind of worked and was very loud. Mentioned it to staff, nothing was done. Decent breakfast. Wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel was quiet and the rooms were spacious. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was decent, parking was easy and seemed like a convenient location. Staff was always friendly! Minor wear and tear around the hotel (dings in the walls, paint chips, bathroom fixtures loose) with some TLC this place would be great! We had a nice stay overall.

Terrible service. Took 2 days to get soap filled by bathroom sink. Had to go to desk daily to get clean towels and coffee pods. Cook did not show up for breakfast one day. Checked in after 3 and went to room which was not ready. Overall a very bad experience.

We were in Milwaukee visiting family and celebrating our anniversary. Only thing i didnt care for was the deposit of 250. Its more than the Potawatomi. I can understand if it was someone understand the age of 21 staying. But not at age 48. Plus no pancakes both days. Machine was broken.

In general the hotel was nice and the room was clean. The only complaints we had is that the 'hot' water was only luke warm for the shower and then on Saturday morning the breakfast(which started at 7) and we got down around 730 didn't have eggs or pork sausage out. They came shortly after that but it wasn't ready and then there were no cinnamon rolls which is a highlight of these breakfasts. Were told that the breakfast had been good during the week from other guests we talked to,

Pros: delicious hot breakfast, spacious room, courteous people, lots of light in the room, two shower heads on opposite wall, Con: the shower curtain was too short and shower head spread too far out making water everywhere on the bathroom floor so we have to put an extra towel on the floor to stop spreading further out, the floor looked and feels dirty, no complimentary water in room Overall good stay and good price.

Room looked updated and was generally clean. Details like the bed skirt, corners, clock radio, air conditioning unit needed a good amount of additional cleaning. Bed sheets, towels, shower, floors, refrigerator, Keurig were all very well kept. Elevator had lots of smears on the stainless steel but the breakfast area was very nice and the food was good, hot, and plentiful.
