Great member of staff at check in, beautiful hotel and very clean. Room spacious and everything we needed. Only minor issue was the light up mirror had no spare plug near it which made using a hairdryer/straighteners tricky. Great central location.

Lovely stay in a king city view room, super quiet with zero noise from the streets and we were on the 1st floor. Really nice breakfast and worth paying the extra inclusion for and the reception staff couldn’t be more helpful and quickly arranged for me an extra pillow on request. The shower was also very nice and could have stayed in there for way too long.

Great hotel. Stayed in many over the years and this is my favourite. Booked a cosy room which I guess is smaller but unless you really need loads of space for some reason it has everything. Room temp great as you can switch the air con off. Shower is high spec too. Great place,
