Nice rooms and accommodations. Great to have laundry services, unfortunately, we were unable to use them as needed because one guest had taken all but two of the dryers for hours with only 3-4 items in each. When she finally returned to collect her stuff, we were able to finish drying our clothes.

Treadmill didn't work in exercise room, otherwise a fine stay!

We have stayed at this property many times and will usually choose to stay here when we are staying for more than one night. We love being able to cook and not have to eat out. The kids get a little bored since there is no pool but we still enjoy the peacefulness of the property.

Room was clean. Everything worked well. We were able to get our laundry done without expense.

This is by far one of the nicest places I' ve stayed on my yearly summer roundtrip drives from Oregon to Minnesota. Loved the flexibility of having a kitchen option unit, the pleasant workout room, guest laundry. Friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable, very clean, reasonably priced, Will try planning my drives so I can stay here again! PS was surprised to see dogs= pet friendly!

Just stayed here for the first time a week ago. Very much liked my stay then, and happy to repeat the experience when the opportunity arose. Same friendly check-in with Amber, and same experience with a clean, quiet, well-run property. Safe, easy parking. Great place to stay for one or several nights.

I love the fact that when there is no person at the desk after 10 PM, then the security guard that they have there make sure that the facilities locked and now on the way in is using your key that’s great

Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Hotel is well located and quiet. We stayed for one night part way through our road trip and it was great to have access to free laundry facilities.

Great staff when checking in. Very clean everywhere. Free use of washers and dryers. Room shower was great.

There were a couple of problems with cleanliness. The only waste basket was wedged in the corner of the bathroom by the toilet and it had not been emptied. Another, larger waste basket is badly needed in the kitchen area or at least the nearby sleeping area. Otherwise, the room was very nice. It was spacious, in great condition and very clean and comfortable. My only other suggestion is that they provide a few sets of plastic silverware and disposable plates or better yet, real dishes and silverware. I had nothing to eat my lunch leftovers on or with for dinner.

Rooms need more thorough cleaning. Toilet was not clean & blood on wall/ floor in bathroom. Bed & pillows were decent.

The room is spacious, the bathroom is too! The bed is absolutely the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on. This hotel gets a 2 star rating simply because it was so uncomfortable. The rest of the property is easily 4 stars but IMO the bed is so poor I can’t give it above a 2. The carpet in my room was still wet from the amount of scent spray they used.

Wonderful experience here. Check-in was a breeze. I needed a luggage rack…there were two available. The room was spotless. The room was *very* quiet, despite its proximity to the interstate (well-designed, with windows oriented perpendicular to the highway). All staff were very pleasant and friendly. A real pleasure to stay here! Definitely would stay again.

Nice comfy room, area was a little noisy with loud work vehicles. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was great. The only negative comment is that the beds are very springy and bouncy, so not very comfortable to sleep on.

This property is great; you won’t be sorry booking here. The best part, for me, was the business center. I needed to make 5 separate copies of 2 documents and the front desk handled it immediately, no charge. That was just huge at that moment. I was also able to print from my iPhone to their laser printer in the business center. Again— that was an immense relief to get that important task taken care of so conveniently & easily. The hotel WiFi worked well. The room was spacious. The bed— awesome. Very comfortable. I slept well. The bathroom was also spacious. And everything was spotless. The efficiency kitchen had everything— plates, utensils, cookware— a full-size microwave and a refrigerator. Since this is an “extended stay” property, you won’t see maid service everyday— no daily sheet changing, no clean towels, etc. I like this because it helps save our environment. If you want fresh towels and sheets, you can exchange your used ones for fresh at the front desk whenever you want. There aren’t a lot of dining options nearby— mostly fast food like Dairy Queen. There is a Starbucks right next door. There’s also a convenience store & gas station adjacent to the parking lot. Parking is convenient & moving bags in & out was a breeze with their baggage carts, which were always available. This is a really nice property with kind & caring people staffing it. I would stay here again— and will— if the opportunity presents itself to do so.

The property was great. The room was great. Clean and spacious especially for having a kitchenette. Bathroom nice and large. Great for an extended stay. On the downside, the bed wasn’t especially comfortable, and didn’t seem like a standard queen—felt a little more like a full+. And on the further downside, it took nearly 20 minutes waiting at the front desk for someone to come check us in. We called three times on the house phone as instructed by the note on the desk to finally get a hold of someone to come the desk to help us. This will likely keep us from making future reservations here, unfortunately.

The Housekeepers kept coming in our room when we were sleeping. Had the DND sign on. One of the Housekeepers walked in while I was taking a shower. I didn't hear a knock. However other than that. The facility was nice and they had complimentary laundry.

The room was great. Check-in was tough. Among other things, the "Lead" person was training a new person. The "Lead" was not showing me anything that suggested she should be in a training position.

Every single staff member we encountered over our 3 night stay was warm, helpful and easy going.

The evening staff at the desk, I didn’t catch his name. Wonderful. So friendly and welcoming! They couldn’t find our reservation right away but he was so great as he looked and even comped us some money off our bill that night! Very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you to the silver haired gentleman with black rimmed glasses behind the desk at 8 pm on May 10th and again late (10 pm) on Monday May 13th! You rock.

We loved everything about this hotel!! The price was reasonable for the room. We got all of our money's worth. Staff wad warm and friendly and quick to make sure we got into a room when none were available at arrival. We wish this hotel wsd everywhere, this would be our count-on stays!!

Nice place right off I90. Rooms were good-size and clean. Friendly staff. 12 minute drive to DT Billings.

The hotel staff and accommodations were good. However, exterior security needs attention. We left the hotel at 5:00 am and there was no staff on duty. When we exited there were two suspicious men in the lot waiting for anyone to exit. We were approached and he requested money. We loaded our luggage into the car and drove off. It was a scary situation and for that reason, I would not stay there again if I have to leave that early.

We were able to check in early, so that we could shower and get to bed for an extra early flight. The room.was clean and quiet. A good location next to a service station and Stabucks.

Next to both the highway as well as gas stations with restaurants close by.

Great place to stay! Right off I90, safe area, clean and spacious room, lots of parking available. Would definitely stay again if passing through!

Affordable accommodations. Location was a little out of the way from Billings amenities. My biggest complaint was that there was a LOUD party in the parking lot at 3am that went for over an hour. I mean bass and Hispanic music blasting!! We called security and finally the police before the partiers were “relocated”. We could still hear them in the distance. Ridiculous that Billings police and Ledgestone allow that to happen in an hotel parking lot at from 2:30-3:30am+.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The immediate area did not provide an overall safe feeling. Seemed to be a lot of homelessness right outside and around the area. Wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either.

Very clean hotel right on our route through Billings. Grateful for the kitchen and supplies to take care of our own breakfast. Well-appointed room and bathroom. Good location and one could walk to a handful of close fast food restaurants. Would stay here again if I weren’t looking for a “free breakfast” place.

Not really a family or short stay hotel. No pool or breakfast. But if you're staying a few or more days this is perfect. Each room is a kitchenette. Very roomie, clean and comfortable.

Don’t get fooled by the “breakfast available” part of the hotel. This does not mean you get breakfast in the morning, it means you have the chance to purchase little breakfast items that look ok at best that you can warm up.

Excellent clean economically priced property. Kitchenette so you provide your own breakfast.

According to staff at the check-in desk, the hotel caters primarily to long stays as opposed to nightly. One reason for no breakfast.

This hotel is really nice for the price! Will definitely keep this as my favorite when driving through MT throughout the year. Wish they had a small breakfast, but that’s not a deal breaker.

Really nice but would have liked breakfast included but not that big a deal. It did have a really nice kitchenette and the room was a good size. Very clean and pleasant smelling.
