Extremely clean, quiet, beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown. Restaurants and bars were delightful. Had a lovely massage at the spa too. Highly recommend.

Beautiful setting in Downtown Los Angeles. Food and drink leaned on the exotic side but a nice treat. Shortcoming was that there was no business center when this hotel is across the street from the Mosk Courthouse where I was in trial from out of town, and I could have used some business center support. When I needed to print something it was suggested that I send it to the front desk and ask for it to be printed. Not my favorite idea, but I appreciated that an accommodation was made. This hotel is close to many downtown attractions. I used the courtesy car for a ride to dinner nearby; I was told it was not available for pickup from my destination; but the ride was welcome and the staff were courteous and professional throughout my stay.

The lighting, shades, and other amenities are all on a control panel, which takes a bit of getting used to. Nice touches like nightlights that come on with motion and the push button water in the shower is actually fairly user friendly. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The negatives? Strange maze of elevators to get to the rooms from the entrance. Service is incredibly spotty. Day one we happened upon the room cleaner - she could not have been nicer and really did a great job tidying up. Day two, we came back in our room to change in the afternoon and the room had still not been made up - we put the "make room up" light on when we left for the evening at about 4:30, came back at 11 and nothing had been cleaned. Mini-bar (in a drawer, might have been just a drawer, we didn't verify) had sticky looking residue (again, we did NOT verify) in one of the empty spaces. The restaurant - Laurel room - had good food but terrible service. At breakfast we finally got some attention from a "Wait-staff assistant" who poured coffee but it got cold by the time someone remembered that we had asked for milk, and all this is at $9 a cup Close to the Broad and the L.A. Philharmonic, but in a totally deserted and sad complex with no stores or restaurants nearby.

Loved this hotel. Great facilities, updated and clean rooms, sublime design, great pool, restaurant was excellent with good service. High quality cuisine. Only negative was the valet parking set up. We didn't realize that nobody was bringing the car up after texting. We were sitting in cold and I finally looked around and realized there was a booth out of sight around the corner with a guy sitting there. There should be an explanation of the level of service when it differs from the norm. It might be because it was very early, but regardless, the attendant was not very friendly and very terse. A huge contrast from the rest of the staff who were great.

I loved the hotel itself but areas through union station is dangerous. Also they offer the house car within 2 miles as a complimentai service but it was always taken and we had to call Uber every time. Overall I enjoyed staying here but just note that everyone should be extra careful when you walk around this area.

The staff was super friendly and gave great service!! The room was clean and had a very nice and open design. Had a nice view of city hall and Dodger Stadium in the distance where I could see lights beaming from at night. The light controls were a little confusing to figure out but came in handy for when I wanted the room to be bright, dim, or dark for bedtime. Great hotel amenities like helpful valet parking and a rooftop infinity pool. Amazing experience overall! I would definitely go again!

After check in Conrad at 3/28, I went to my room just wash my hands and face, after I took the hand towel to dry, I found a stain of BLOOD! on the towel! It not just a cleaning issues, it’s the health problem, bcz I have some fever now while I writing this review. I make the complaint with the lobby manager, she told me will get some official response back to me, but after whole day no body even responded to me until I make the 2nd time compliance with the manager in person, he just told me he thought somebody already talk to me with very standard apologize. Try to provide me a in room dinner to close this case. I told them it’s not acceptable and waiting their future response, until I checked out today back home town, still nobody responds me! Horrible customer service! Definitely will report to health department and all the other related authorities after I talk to my lawyer. Highly NOT recommended TO stay with this nasty Hotel!

The hotel is new just in front of the Disney hall, next to two mussuems. In this part of downtown there is not homeless. The restaurant of the hotel is great , the rooms are super clean. The design of the hotel,is great.

The first night when we arrived, there was a music festival or concert nearby, and it lasted until pass 12am. We can hear the music rhythm pounding through the room. The second night was better but can still hear light music from the bar downstairs. Avoid living in rooms facing the pool!

I had such a wonderful stay at the Conrad Los Angeles. The property is absolutely beautiful — elegant without feeling stuffy — and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Every interaction felt warm, attentive, and personal. The rooms are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and so comfortable. I loved the natural light and small touches that make the space feel both luxurious and calming. A special thank you to the staff who made the experience feel so seamless and welcoming. It is very modern. The staff was very accommodating. My original room was above the restaurants and even in the middle of the day there was the constant thump thump of the bass in my room. They were able to turn that down but the pool bar goes to 1:30 and that kept me awake. After that it was really quiet but I asked them to find me another room for the rest of my stay. They couldn’t have been more helpful. The restaurants were upscale Spanish cuisine which was not to my taste but I enjoyed the in-room breakfast menu. 24 hour room service was a plus. There is not much to see around the hotel within walking distance except the Broad and an excellent Italian restaurant but it’s easy to Uber anywhere. Enjoyed my stay.

My check-in experience was not satisfactory at all this time. After staying in the hotel for close to 2 weeks a couple months ago, this time was surprising. I arrived at the hotel early, and was told my room wasn't ready but they would put a rush on it and text me when it was ready. I was guaranteed check-in at 3pm but even after 3pm i was still left waiting until i had to complain again that my room wasn't ready. I wasn't offered any kind of apology or acknowledgement for the inconvenience.

Not so great start to the trip. They were not ready for me to check in at 3PM so they asked me to wait around while they got the room ready. Went back a few times to check in with no updates. Eventually I got the room at 5PM. Food at the restaurant is great. Valet parking is expensive ($55). Check-in experience not up to expectations here.

From the moment that the valet attendants greeted us, we felt taken care of. All of the staff that helped us were beyond excellent. They were polite in greeting us and took care of us without delay. The hotel could not have been better located for theater or museums. The room was appointed with everything except drinking glasses ?? We had a wonderful stay.

My hotel stay was good. Awkwardly positioned tv however. The feedback relates to the San Laurel restaurant, specifically breakfast. My son ordered eggs Benedict. The egg white was runny which it shouldn’t be under any circumstances…Our waiter Yasmeen who couldn’t be nice enough said I’ll take it back and speak to someone. She came back and said they told her it’s the way it should be and we have to ask for the egg whites not to be runny. Really! So if I order chicken at this restaurant should I insure to ask if they cook it. The only thing the restaurant did was to take $10 off for the avocado I ordered which makes no sense.

Our experience was amazing! The staff was friendly and accommodating. They upgraded us to a room with an amazing view of the city. The room was very clean and I'm picky about room cleanliness. The restaurant has a Michelin Chef and our lunch was delicious! The evenings we spent time outside and at the bar were very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone spending time in LA.
