What a lovely hotel! The staff was always exceedingly helpful and friendly. It is a very clean, beautiful, and well appointed hotel with a nice bar too. I loved our luxurious bath and wonderful robes. The breakfast had any and everything one could want with a very kind wait staff. The location was perfect! You are just a minutes walk from the train station and close to everything you will want to do in Florence. Wonderful stay- we will be back!

Beautiful hotel and central to many things. Restaurants within yards. Beautiful bath and shower that isn't seen in the pics with very hot water every time. Gorgeous breakfast comes with the room price. Really comfortable bed with fine linens. After a long day walking its a dream. They also have a turn down service and snacks for in room dining until 10:30 pm. I would love to go back!!

4층 객실에 3박 4일 머물렀습니다. 바로 옆이 조식당인것도 편했고, 조식도 훌륭했습니다. 음식의 질도 좋았고 굉장히 높은 층고에 산타마리아 광장을 보면서 즐기는 조식도 기억에 많이 남을 것 같습니다. 산타마리아 역과는 도보로 (캐리어 끌고) 8분 정도로 굉장히 가까워 다른 도시로 이동할 때 편했고 주요 관광지와도 도보 15분 이내에 다다를 수 있는 있는 위치여서 좋았습니다. 머무는 동안 비가 왔는데 로비에서 빌려주는 우산도 편리하게 잘 썼고 대체적으로 좋았습니다. 다시한번 피렌체 방문 기회가 있다고 하면 또 머물게 될 것 같아요!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the train station and the Duomo, and right in front of Santa Maria Novella Church and square. The staff were super friendly and helpful, even giving us a hand when we left our luggage and headed out for a tour, which made things so easy. The room had everything I needed—water, slippers, bathrobes—and the bathroom amenities were great too. After sightseeing, I loved relaxing in the cozy lobby, which was really comfortable. If I come back to Florence, I’d definitely stay here again.

I loved the beautiful design, the use of luxurious materials, and especially the “timepiece” theme of the hotel which speaks to the passion of its owner. The hotel is immaculate! Service is superb! Such a unique concept, that is quite unlike any other hotel I’ve stayed at. Will be looking at other L’Orologio properties for my Italian visits!

Walked in to hotel and was taken aback with how beautiful it was. Walked in to our room and it was equally as beautiful. From the chocolates to the slippers and soft music. What we didn’t expect to find were someone’s contact lenses that were dried stuck on the inside of the cover of the glass by the bedside table. Which leads me to believe that they reuse their products. To make up for it, we were given fruit and a bottle of Prosecco by the manager who was very friendly after we complained. After that we kept having to ask for glasses as they were no longer provided. Sometimes chocolates weren’t provided either. Just a lot of inconsistency. I don’t think that quality training or checking in housekeeping is their priority. I won’t be staying at this establishment ever again

Location is convenient to walk from the train station. Our only issue was we got bit by bed bugs. I regret not showing the bed bug nymph we saw as I initially was in doubt; however, on our last night we found bites in the morning. Hotel was notified so they could santiize and disinfect the room, but their response was defensive and dismissive

I have been to many hotels in Europe and we stayed in the family room which was amazing!! Two very big rooms with two individual bathrooms! This hotel is rated 4 stars but it is more like a 5 star hotel. I would definitely stay in the family room again. It also was priced so reasonable for the rooms. The showers were nice size and great water pressure!! I am very particular of hotels and this was a great pick!! The hotel staff were extremely helpful and great location!! You won't be disappointed!

This hotel was fantastic! Beautiful and well maintained facility with all of the ornate Italian treatments. I stayed in the suite and i could not have asked for a better room. The balcony was wonderful and the suite was spacious and perfect for my trip. Not to mention then lady at the front desk is a stand out! She was intuitive, professional, thoughtful, and a beautiful person. It made the stay so easy. Plus breakfast is provided. If ever I get to Florence again, I will be booking here again without hesitation.

Room category is a switch and bait. We were stuck into a room that only had a window from the floor to abour 3 feet above thw floor leading into a 5 foot wide interior light well. Nothing like the images online. When we inquired abour it we were told that this is the correct category, but not all rooms look like what is depictured.

Central location for this stylish hotel. Unique decor (on a watch/clock) thyme, friendly staff, clean spacious room and a great top floor breakfast room with views over the piazza. Can’t fault it and would definitely stay here again.

The property was excellent. Clean, quiet, easy access to the train station and very centrally located to the tourist spots. The breakfast was an american style breakfast buffet but high quality. Overall I was very happy with my stay and my experiences with this hotel property and their exceptional staff. 10/10 would recommend

The reception staff was not very pleasant, even rude some of them. Breakfast is ok but basic and the bread wasn’t good. You would expect a better quality of service and food from this kind of hotel and these prices.
