Room was spacious for our group of 6. It took a while for the AC to work. My only complaint is that the shower was clogged, so water was overflowing outside of the shower door and walls. We were not comfortable showering and had to throw so many towels on the bathroom floor. I also feel like the shower installation can be improved so that water doesn’t escape. There is also one elevator and can be slow during check in and check out.

One of my favorite hotel during our trip in Korea. The highlight for our kids are the focal jacuzzi the minute you go in the hotel. The queen beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. It is located in 13th floor and check in is on 4th floor. So it seems they do not occupy the whole building. However, it does not matter as it’s actually right in front of Haeundae Beach when you get down the elevator. If you prefer to stay in the hotel the view is superb as it’s in front of the beach. It’s amazing experience. Wished we stayed longer.

It’s OK. I won’t be staying here again. There’s hot tub/onsen in the middle of the room, which I thought might be cool with the views of the ocean. But honestly, if you have kids, you’re not going to use it. We tried cleaning it and stuff keep coming up. I’m sure it’s hygienic, but we are kind of paranoid so we didn’t use it. It’s not a hotel it’s an apartment. Kind of gave us a pleasure hotel vibe. It’s a small one. If you’re looking for upscale experience, don’t go here. It is however, right on the beach and you can’t beat the views.

The beds were very very hard , there were long hairs all over the floor and seating in the room . The room was advertised to have a jacuzzi tube in the middle of the room overviewing the beach . Instead we got a jail window where we could still see the see the beach but we had to lean over the rocks in the room . The entire room set up was very odd , there was so much noise between 230 and 330 in the morning . Someone kept slamming doors and it sounded like someone was moving stuff around . There was no way to contact the front desk unless it was by email so we had no way to advise someone of the noise for an immediate response...... We will never ever stay here again but Busan is still very beautiful but this particular hotel was not

It's one of the many hotels by the Haeundae beach. It has an indoor onsen with really hot water output suitable for 2-4 persons to be inside the tub. You can oversee the skies above Haeundae beach and watch TV by the tub. It even had a wooden beach like table for your family meals. Spacious suite really. The only downside is the bathing area in the toilet has no floor curb to prevent water from reaching the wash basin area. This is really weird. No shower curtain too. The TV has 200 channels to keep you occupied during your rest time. There is only one international wall socket. Do check our earlier otherwise you will wait for one lift forever. U can take the stairs if you want too. This hotel seems to be inside a re-purposed commercial building.

겨울을 제외한 다른 계절에는 최적화된 바다 코 앞의 니즈는 확실히 만족 시킬 수 있는 숙소 였습니다. 어쩔 수 없는 부분은 외부 창문의 청결은 매번 할 수 없는 영역이지만 사진 찍을때마다 뿌옇게 흐린 창문이 아쉽고 사진이 아니여도 시각적으로 만족감이 반감됩니다. 겨울엔 확실히 너무 춥습니다. 바닥 난방이 된다고 해도 커버가 안되며 특히 방은 살얼음판입니다. 감사하게도 직원분께 요청드렸더니 전기장판을 주셔서 아이들이 감기 걸리지 않고 숙박을 할 수 있었습니다. 프리미엄이라고 해서 15층 최고층을 썼는데 이전에 사용해봤던 3층(?)보다 구조가 더 작은걸 보고 당황하긴 했습니다. 해변 전망이 기준이라면 더 값이 비싼게 맞지만 평수로 보면 고민해보실만한 내용이거나 정확히 명시해주시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 선선한 봄과 가을 혹은 여름에는 언제나 1순위는 UH 일 것 같습니다. 차량이 SUV이다 보니 3년전에 왔을때 다른 구역의 굉장히 좁은 주차공간에 했을떄 문콕은 100% 피할 수 없었는데 이번 방문에서는 다른 지하주차장이 생겨서 차주 입장에서는 UH를 고민하는 걱정거리 한개가 사라졌습니다. 간혹 카니발 하이리무진의 경우는 재고민이 될듯 합니다 ㅋㅋ

部屋は広々と、ベットも広く良かったです！ 立地も申し分無いですが、窓がすりガラスで思ったよりビーチは見えなかったです！ 一泊利用でしてので、問題無しでしたが、シャワーがちょっと出しにくくて戸惑いました！ あと、スパ付のお部屋で予約しないと、大きなお風呂は付いてなかったです！ 値段もそこまで高く無いのでまた利用したいです！

I saw this hotel from tiktok and waa looking forward to the stay. Looked good in the picture but not in actual. We stay at their 2 bedroom suite. Carpet looks dirty. The ceiling had water stains. We had a hard time finding the hotel. We saw at least 2 UHS in the area but the building is not entirely their property. We finally found the front desk to check-in only to be told that our room was in the other building maybe 100 meters away and we have to cross the street dragging our luggage. There was no sign where the hotel was. We were told just to go up the 4th floor and our room key is by the door. There's no staff in that building. Then when we went in the room, the toilet flush was not working. They sent someone to fix it at 10 pm. It was such a hassle.

Poorly maintained. All bathrooms tiles grouts are missing. All walls have dirty paints and patches. Carpets are ripped off, cut and dirty. It is a shame. Hotel is in great location. If they spend a couple of thousand dollars, room will be much much nicer. All they need to do is, replace the flooring, regroup bathrooms tiles and repaint the room.

Check in is fast. Location is great. The beach is across the street and the main street in heundae is around the corner. The room is very old. Seating has stains. The bathroom has mold. It is cheap for the location but I get what u pay for.

第一入住就已經傻眼了 櫃檯竟然是在過馬路的斜對面，這對有行李的人來講真的是會懷疑人生 然後呢？櫃檯說晚上沒有暖氣只有冷氣，結果當天晚上悶到懷疑來到汗蒸幕。 整個快要窒息了。 再來呢廁所的乾濕分離不是乾濕分離是會漏水的乾濕分離，然後廁所只有一間我們住兩間房間的一個客廳那也沒關係重點 房間的電燈會一閃一閃的有時候好有時候不好 再來呢？第二天開始冷氣，既使不開都冷得要死。 再來最後一天要量行李，要秤重量的時候客廳跟房間的重量同一樣的東西竟然差了快1公斤大家開始就有點害怕了，然後房間的電燈又閃真的讓我覺得是這間房間到底乾不乾淨念了觀世音菩薩才睡覺 我們四個人入住只有一個人好好的一直睡覺，我們睡了四天三個人頭都很痛，然後一出飯店就好了，一進去飯店又開始痛，然後我又開始感冒喉嚨痛，然後竟然回來台灣的時候就好了，也不用吃藥 還有最後一天，我們要去寄行李的時候還要走慢慢地長路，過馬路拖著一個人快40公斤的行李兩隻手都快斷了，還要拖到對面的過馬路的樓上的櫃檯去寄行李我真的是好好的旅遊到最後這個住宿的體驗真的是有史以來真的讓我覺得超傻眼，你們是不是要注意一下這間房間是不是有問題呀

위치, 넓이, 룸의 쾌적함은 최고였으나 옆에 노래방이 있는지 늦은 시간부터 새벽까지 아주 시끄럽습니다. 바다가 보이고 아주 마음에 드는데 시끄러운 건 도저히 못참네요. 두번은 안올듯합니다. 별관 4층 방 이용.

Room was spacious for our group of 6. It took a while for the AC to work. My only complaint is that the shower was clogged, so water was overflowing outside of the shower door and walls. We were not comfortable showering and had to throw so many towels on the bathroom floor. I also feel like the shower installation can be improved so that water doesn’t escape. There is also one elevator and can be slow during check in and check out.

The beds were very very hard , there were long hairs all over the floor and seating in the room . The room was advertised to have a jacuzzi tube in the middle of the room overviewing the beach . Instead we got a jail window where we could still see the see the beach but we had to lean over the rocks in the room . The entire room set up was very odd , there was so much noise between 230 and 330 in the morning . Someone kept slamming doors and it sounded like someone was moving stuff around . There was no way to contact the front desk unless it was by email so we had no way to advise someone of the noise for an immediate response...... We will never ever stay here again but Busan is still very beautiful but this particular hotel was not

겨울을 제외한 다른 계절에는 최적화된 바다 코 앞의 니즈는 확실히 만족 시킬 수 있는 숙소 였습니다. 어쩔 수 없는 부분은 외부 창문의 청결은 매번 할 수 없는 영역이지만 사진 찍을때마다 뿌옇게 흐린 창문이 아쉽고 사진이 아니여도 시각적으로 만족감이 반감됩니다. 겨울엔 확실히 너무 춥습니다. 바닥 난방이 된다고 해도 커버가 안되며 특히 방은 살얼음판입니다. 감사하게도 직원분께 요청드렸더니 전기장판을 주셔서 아이들이 감기 걸리지 않고 숙박을 할 수 있었습니다. 프리미엄이라고 해서 15층 최고층을 썼는데 이전에 사용해봤던 3층(?)보다 구조가 더 작은걸 보고 당황하긴 했습니다. 해변 전망이 기준이라면 더 값이 비싼게 맞지만 평수로 보면 고민해보실만한 내용이거나 정확히 명시해주시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 선선한 봄과 가을 혹은 여름에는 언제나 1순위는 UH 일 것 같습니다. 차량이 SUV이다 보니 3년전에 왔을때 다른 구역의 굉장히 좁은 주차공간에 했을떄 문콕은 100% 피할 수 없었는데 이번 방문에서는 다른 지하주차장이 생겨서 차주 입장에서는 UH를 고민하는 걱정거리 한개가 사라졌습니다. 간혹 카니발 하이리무진의 경우는 재고민이 될듯 합니다 ㅋㅋ

部屋は広々と、ベットも広く良かったです！ 立地も申し分無いですが、窓がすりガラスで思ったよりビーチは見えなかったです！ 一泊利用でしてので、問題無しでしたが、シャワーがちょっと出しにくくて戸惑いました！ あと、スパ付のお部屋で予約しないと、大きなお風呂は付いてなかったです！ 値段もそこまで高く無いのでまた利用したいです！

아들과 둘이서 방문한 해외 거주자입니다. 더블 프라잇 스파룸 예약했는데 업그레이드 해 주시고 직원 분들의 서비스 지원 수준은 5성급호텔 이상입니다. 세면대 물이 잘 안 빠지고 물이 새는 부분에 불편했지만 당일 완벽하게 수리 해 주셨어요. 단 창문에 붙여있는 비닐(겨울용 추위 때문인 듯) 때문에 바로 앞에 있는 예쁜 바다가 잘 보이지 않아서 아쉬웠어요. 재방문 의사 있습니다.

I saw this hotel from tiktok and waa looking forward to the stay. Looked good in the picture but not in actual. We stay at their 2 bedroom suite. Carpet looks dirty. The ceiling had water stains. We had a hard time finding the hotel. We saw at least 2 UHS in the area but the building is not entirely their property. We finally found the front desk to check-in only to be told that our room was in the other building maybe 100 meters away and we have to cross the street dragging our luggage. There was no sign where the hotel was. We were told just to go up the 4th floor and our room key is by the door. There's no staff in that building. Then when we went in the room, the toilet flush was not working. They sent someone to fix it at 10 pm. It was such a hassle.

One of my favorite hotel during our trip in Korea. The highlight for our kids are the focal jacuzzi the minute you go in the hotel. The queen beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. It is located in 13th floor and check in is on 4th floor. So it seems they do not occupy the whole building. However, it does not matter as it’s actually right in front of Haeundae Beach when you get down the elevator. If you prefer to stay in the hotel the view is superb as it’s in front of the beach. It’s amazing experience. Wished we stayed longer.

Overall our stay was very enjoyable. Wonderful view of the beach and sea right in front of our window. The rooms were lovely and clean. Amenities perfect. Beds were comfortable. The AC was perfect the first night but then the 2nd night it wasnt working so it was a very uncomfortable night. There was a drainage problem in the bathroom sink and shower. It smelt of damp and gutter. Other than those issues, it was a wonderful 2 night stay. Perfectly placed for all entertainment and beach relaxation.
