Very clean modern rooms and excellent staff. The free parking is a definite bonus. This is in a quiet residential area and is a safe 15-20 minute walk to the harbour. Will definitely stay here again. Also a beautiful roof top patio.

Nice Hotel, well designed room, super convenient and clean. not bigger one but good it for our family of 4, staffs are very helpful. The only downside is the location. It is not near the city center, but it was not a problem because we rented a car. The parking lot is not onsite, couple mins walking, but it is also good because it is a designated parking lot and most people were parked on the road.

This hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood and within walking distance to everything. Checkout Monks coffee shop nearby - great coffee and bits to snack on. The hotel has a modern gym and a small pool which was a great place to cool off. The beds are so comfortable. Really didn’t want to checkout.

This was our second stay at 3 pines and I if I come back to Crete I’ll stay here again. Beautiful, modern rooms, excellent staff, pool, weight room, and roof top patio. Certain rooms have a nice big patio too. Easy access from the airport and a nice walk into the old town area. If you have a car they have their own lot with free parking. Highly recommended

The front desk staff were SUPER friendly. The check-in process was smooth and as my space had a kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, stove... They brought me up to the room and oriented me. Maria even booked a dinner reservation for me! :) My space was super clean, new, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen had all the basics and the washing m/c was a nice feature!! I also used the gym which while small was also very new, clean and had what I needed. It's a easy 7 min stroll to the edge of the lively city center and 14 mins walk the Archaeological Museum. I just so happened to get the parking spot right in front of the 3Pines entrance!! so I can't comment on the ease of their other free parking location. It was a extremely easy 10 min drive back to HER airport with a 24-hr gas station with friendly attendants open on route to fill up the rental car at 5:15 AM, which made my life easy! This was a fantastic value for the price and I would definitely stay here again.

The property is very clean and comfortable and had a most comfortable bed ! The room are well-appointed, and the property manager had excellent suggestions for dining. Parking was included very near the hotel, although we initially had some difficlty finding the lot.

Wir kamen nach Mitternacht verspätet mit dem Flugzeug an. Obwohl das Hotel geschlossen war, klappte das „einchecken“ mit der Info übers Handy perfekt. Moderne, sehr saubere Unterkunft. Netter Empfang am nächsten Morgen. Super! Schade, dass wir nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten! Das Appartement ist voll ausgestattet, Bad sehr sauber, Betten okay. Kann nicht besser sein! Sehr empfehlenswert!

We enjoyed our short stay at 3 pines very much. Maria greeted us very warmly and she was very professional. The accommodation was perfect for us. It was very clean and spacious, well equipped with all the necessities. The attention to small details stood out to me. It was nice to have access to a washing machine after various days travelling . I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Heraklion as it was close to the bus station and to the port which we arrived from via the ferry.

So glad we found this place! New apartments and we just loved it. Sofia at reception is a true gem , kind and helpful. The apartment is clean and bed so very comfortable. Stylish too. Don’t expect a view as it’s on a residential street with an empty lot facing the building. We didn’t mind. The location is safe and a 15 minute walk to centre. Close to pharmacy and handy supermarket. We would definitely recommend and we miss the spacious living already. We stayed for 2 nights. Handy parking was free. Efharisto poli to the staff and owners.

We had a great stay at the 3 pines design living. It is a fairly new hotel so is very modern and up to date. Our rooms were perfect for our family of 5 with plenty of space to spread out. We also had a kitchenette, laundry, air conditioning and everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful with advice about the area. There is also a nice pool which the kids loved. The hotel is close enough to the main city center that we walked everywhere. Great location and hotel. We would highly suggest this hotel to anyone staying in Heraklion. We will definitely choose this hotel in the future.

This is a good place to stay for an easy stroll into the centre. It's a short journey from the airport which is near the centre. It's not a busy airport so not noisy. The accommodation is excellent, comfortable, and well equipped if you wish to self cater (we preferred to visit local restaurants). The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful, well maintained and comfortable property located 15 minutes from major sites and attractions. Alexandra was extremely helpful and welcoming. Easy access to transportation, bakeries and few restaurants. Located in a residential area.

Nous revenons pour la 2eme fois avec plaisir dans cet etablissement. L hotel est tres recent, les appartements sont tres bien équipés, il y a meme un lave linge. Beaucoup de vaisselles ce qui est rare dans les appart hotel.Literie au top Bref un sans faute sans parler de la piscine qui meme si elle est petite est un vrai plus apres une journee de visite. Enfin un roof top au 7eme etage bie agreable avec vue sur la ville et la mer Les 2 jeunes femmes de l accueil sont charmantes et nous ont conseille de tres bonnes adresses !! On peut aller au centre historique à pied en 15 minutes On peut revenir du ferry à pied egalement ( environ 2 km de mémoire mais attention c est en montee donc tout depend comment vous etes charges) 10 minutes en voiture de l aeroport Parking gratuit ce qui est rare Superette, boulangerie à 5 minutes à pied Bref une tres belle adresse

Nice Hotel, well designed room, super convenient and clean. not bigger one but good it for our family of 4, staffs are very helpful. The only downside is the location. It is not near the city center, but it was not a problem because we rented a car. The parking lot is not onsite, couple mins walking, but it is also good because it is a designated parking lot and most people were parked on the road.

This hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood and within walking distance to everything. Checkout Monks coffee shop nearby - great coffee and bits to snack on. The hotel has a modern gym and a small pool which was a great place to cool off. The beds are so comfortable. Really didn’t want to checkout.

Cute condo hotel. Modern. Helpful staff and super friendly . We walked into town where there was all the action and shops w 5yo no problem! Convenient location in residential area. Convenient location to museum; walking distance to all; very helpful staff, easy parking, very modern "high tech" building and we needed guidance for operating AC among other things; so ask your questions. We had 2 sinks and showers( !) an additional perk; I would recommend screens for windows to be able to open them. gym was a nice addition.
