Nice new property very nice room with kitchenette, comfortable bed and clean. The property is a bit of a maze to get around but the store by check in is great for snacks etc. Hopefully the top floor bar picks up it’s very nice, a little stuffy but has such potential.

This property was wonderful. The staff were all friendly and seemed genuinely glad we were there. Everything was clean and sparkling. The included breakfast was so different from most hotel breakfasts; there was an actual chef making eggs and a different option each morning. This morning, for instance, we had lemon crepes topped with blueberries or breakfast taco or pancakes. There was a yogurt cart with fresh fruit, granola, coconut, and chocolate chips as optional mixins. There is a restaurant on top that gets very lively with an outdoor rooftop area to sit and enjoy the mountain views. They have a social hour Monday-Thursday from 3:00-6:30. Parking is in the garage attached to the hotel (which is also attached to Springhill Suites bc they are combined). The pool and exercise room are on the 2nd floor and also looked spotlessly clean. The room has a refrigerator that works great and a microwave. The bed and pillows were pretty comfy. The only negative, which isn’t their fault, is there was loud traffic noise on the street below, so I would ask for a room not facing the street. We will definitely stay there again.

First time staying here but we would definitely come back! We like the clean, environmental focus of the hotel. The front desk was friendly, the rooms are spacious; with a kitchen area with real plates, bowls and mugs; there is a made-to-order breakfast and an afternoon reception and lots of areas to hang out and work. It was rainy when we were there but we understand the 8th floor restaurant with a complimentary happy hour and meals, has a wonderful view. Next time if it’s sunny we will borrow the free bicycles!

Hotel is very modern and updated. Friendly staff. Great location to Pikes Peak and other attractions. Continental breakfast was impressive. The only downfall was the parking. The garage is conveniently located but the pass you get from the front desk to exit doesn’t always work.

Great hotel downtown and in walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops, downtown sites and bars. Hotel is quiet and clean. I loved the daily fruit infused water. I also loved the lemon ricotta blueberry crepes for breakfast! Super yummy! The staff was friendly and helpful. I had a great view of the mountains from my room and my bed was comfy. I will definitely be back!

The breakfast is great. You have 2 options. You can have eggs, French toast, crepes, and other limited menu items made for you, or go across the courtyard and have a breakfast bar. The pool ran out of towels our 3rd day there. There was absolutely no maid service for our 5 nights. One was even cleaning the room next to ours on day 3 as we left for the day and we hoped they will come to at least take the trash out. Came back, and our room was not touched. We were out of our room every day by 9am and did not return until after 6. Every morning, there were at least 10 bags of trash in the hallway, showing the maid service to be problematic. I observed the maid staff several times, and most of the time they were doing something other than cleaning the rooms, like talking and hanging out. Upon checkout, I asked if we needed to request our room be turned, and was informed it is supposed to be done daily without the customer asking. The windows could give some sound proofing, as we heard every car and motorcycle with loud exhaust, from the 5th floor. The staff, outside of the cleaning crew, were exceptional. It was different than what we were used to, by having a limited menu breakfast cooked for us. The parking garage is worth paying for, especially in the winter.

The staff did not clean our room all day. We even asked if they could get to our room, and after a night out of the hotel, we came back to a dirty room. What exactly are we paying for when we stay there? Also, the attendants at the front desk were a rude and dismissive.

Elements was a wonderful downtown option for our 5 day stay in Colorado Springs. We had the executive suite which was like staying in a one bedroom apartment. Separate bedroom, living area & kitchen with stovetop, fridge & dishwasher. Breakfast was good each day with chef prepared options. We could walk to a number of very good restaurants also!

Our stay was pleasant and the room was very comfortable. Only issue was that the showerhead squealed during use (obviously not a major issue, but annoying.) The street that the hotel is located on is relatively quiet, though there were several very loud cars that revved their engines as they drove down the street in the early hours (around 2-4 am.) If you are a light sleeper, might want to keep some earplugs on hand.

King Room was a bit cramped for 2 people, felt like we were tripping over each other. Left for a day trip came back to a broken AC and had to switch rooms 30 minutes before a dinner reservation, really inconvenient and made us scramble to get ready in time. Breakfast was good, small portions but tasted good. Coffee bar was excellent, the wife loved it. No compensation for the broken AC and room switching fiasco. I would have expected a credit or night re-embersement but neither was offered.

Great hotel, staff, restaurant and bar. My only complaint is how loud the room was. We stayed on the 2nd floor facing Tejon street and hearing the exhaust of trucks and motorcycles rumbled all night. We use a white noise machine during travels to mimic our HEPA filter that we have running in our room at home, and the noise superceded that. Our mistake for booking a room downtown. Would stay again, but in a different location.

Probably one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on! Room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Full kitchen in unit sure makes it feel like a home away from home. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with plenty of options! Overall I would definitely choose to stay on an element hotel again!

The bar staff is top notch !!!! That’s in the ELEMENT bar and restaurant . I checked in on July 9th checked out on the 16th . Never had maid service ONCE !!!! I asked for maid service every other day because everyone seemed stressed. I was told they were short staffed. I don’t think I have ever written a review like this in my life !!!!!! One of my rooms was not ready until 5pm. That was not such a big of a deal because we had a place to store our bags . OH BUT I GOT FREE PARKING FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. What a joke! Don’t let the crappy HOTEL keep you from enjoying the wonderful rooftop restaurant and bar .

We were in town for a concert which was 2 blocks from the hotel. Front desk staff went above by walking us to the door showing us which direction to walk for lunch options and where the venue was located. The hotel is extremely relaxing, I would live there if I could!

Very friendly and welcoming front desk. Unable to check in early as they were booked the previous night. We walked around town for a bit, and they called us when our room was ready. Great touch!! Small but clean, comfortable, & modern room. Shower had excellent water pressure. The outdoor sitting area was huge and comfortable. Unfortunately we had a group next door to us that partied til 3am, and they were rudely loud. Not the fault of the hotel, so I imagine it would've been quiet otherwise. Made to order breakfast was fantastic with many options. The breakfast was the highlight! Didn't use the fitness room nor the pool. This was our first stay at an Element........and we would absolutely stay again!!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here overnight while in Springs. Lika, one of the front desk reps, was absolutely amazing; she was able to check me in a few minutes early as I ended up in an unexpected situation with my rental car (flat tire) and had no where else to go. I truly appreciated her compassion and humor. I recommend stopping at Lumen8 and Toastique; one is a rooftop bar/restaurant and the other is a fun gourmet toast/smoothie spot that’s just South of the Hotel. I would absolutely stay here again.

Lika, one of the front desk reps, was absolutely amazing; she was able to check me in a few minutes early as I ended up in an unexpected situation with my rental car (flat tire) and had no where else to go. I truly appreciated her compassion and humor. I recommend stopping at Lumen8 and Toastique; one is a rooftop bar/restaurant and the other is a fun gourmet toast/smoothie spot that’s just South of the Hotel. I would absolutely stay here again.

Good location with great restaurants nearby. Service could be better. We had to ask twice to get enough towels for the amount of people we had in the room. Room was clean, but bed was hard and pillows went flat. Parking is not free. Breakfast was pretty good, but room was small.

The staff did not clean our room all day. We even asked if they could get to our room, and after a night out of the hotel, we came back to a dirty room. What exactly are we paying for when we stay there? Also, the attendants at the front desk were a rude and dismissive.

Great hotel downtown and in walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops, downtown sites and bars. Hotel is quiet and clean. I loved the daily fruit infused water. I also loved the lemon ricotta blueberry crepes for breakfast! Super yummy! The staff was friendly and helpful. I had a great view of the mountains from my room and my bed was comfy. I will definitely be back!

I love this hotel because of the location! We were attending a high school state tennis tournament, and it was very convenient to go to and from our hotel and the tennis courts. This is the second year we have stayed here because of its location, friendliness, and customer service.

Great hotel, staff, restaurant and bar. My only complaint is how loud the room was. We stayed on the 2nd floor facing Tejon street and hearing the exhaust of trucks and motorcycles rumbled all night. We use a white noise machine during travels to mimic our HEPA filter that we have running in our room at home, and the noise superceded that. Our mistake for booking a room downtown. Would stay again, but in a different location.

This property was wonderful. The staff were all friendly and seemed genuinely glad we were there. Everything was clean and sparkling. The included breakfast was so different from most hotel breakfasts; there was an actual chef making eggs and a different option each morning. This morning, for instance, we had lemon crepes topped with blueberries or breakfast taco or pancakes. There was a yogurt cart with fresh fruit, granola, coconut, and chocolate chips as optional mixins. There is a restaurant on top that gets very lively with an outdoor rooftop area to sit and enjoy the mountain views. They have a social hour Monday-Thursday from 3:00-6:30. Parking is in the garage attached to the hotel (which is also attached to Springhill Suites bc they are combined). The pool and exercise room are on the 2nd floor and also looked spotlessly clean. The room has a refrigerator that works great and a microwave. The bed and pillows were pretty comfy. The only negative, which isn’t their fault, is there was loud traffic noise on the street below, so I would ask for a room not facing the street. We will definitely stay there again.

Very friendly and welcoming front desk. Unable to check in early as they were booked the previous night. We walked around town for a bit, and they called us when our room was ready. Great touch!! Small but clean, comfortable, & modern room. Shower had excellent water pressure. The outdoor sitting area was huge and comfortable. Unfortunately we had a group next door to us that partied til 3am, and they were rudely loud. Not the fault of the hotel, so I imagine it would've been quiet otherwise. Made to order breakfast was fantastic with many options. The breakfast was the highlight! Didn't use the fitness room nor the pool. This was our first stay at an Element........and we would absolutely stay again!!!!

We were VERY happy with our stay at this hotel! The check in was easy with a knowledgeable staff member & the rooms were clean & updated ! We loved the location of the hotel & how convenient it is to all of the bars/hotels! (Although we chose to eat at the rooftop restaurant) The restaurant was absolutely wonderful! Delicious food & creative cocktails made by a wonderful mixologist named Kyle! Overall, we will definitely be back!

I appreciate the offer of healthy items, but some of us, while vacationing, like to indulge! At the evening reception we were given a "charcuterie board" of 3 melon cubes, 3 crackers, and 3 old cubes of cheese. Really, why bother??
