There is free parking within the hotel area which is great for those driving. We got assigned ground floor wheel chair friendly room and the washroom was extremely big and spacious. Biggest I have ever seen. The bathroom is also fitted with grab bars as well, very elderly friendly in my opinion. Recommend if you are travelling with elderly. The room is spacious and extremely clean as well

We stayed at a wheelchair accessible room for a night with Golden Hotel, although we initially written a request for no wheelchair accessible room. When we asked for a change of room, we were told the rooms are fully booked, perhaps due to the Chinese golden week. The area is pretty much accessible, just a few mins drive to nearby mall, supermarket, asian mart. The carpark can be a bit of limited space.

Stayed for one night (couple). Staff were great, friendly and professional. Hotel was clean and presentable. The Vietnamese cafe downstairs had the most delicious bahn mi! Westfield shopping center was only a few minutes walk away, also food places like McDonald’s and others. A good hotel, would recommend 👍

Very clean, great little kitchenette with fridge, kettle, toaster, decent Panasonic microwave and hotplates. All toiletries in the bathroom - shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, toothbrush, and a proper VS hairdryer, and the softest, plush towels. Onsite parking and friendly staff. Cafe in the lobby, Ngon Ngon, is so good we ate there twice. It is popular with the locals too and can be busy on weekends. Highly recommended; would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for one night, 10 minutes from the airport which made this a convient hotel the night before a flight. Staff was very friendly and kind , room was clean and comfortable. They have easy parking on site. Complimentary tea and coffee in the rooms. Has small kitchenette with fridge which is nice if you want to make your own meal . I wish we had to time to enjoy the cafe that was downstairs it looked wonderful

This was our first visit to the hotel and we had an excellent experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the property was very clean and the finish of the room was excellent. It was a very quick visit but we will definitely return in the future.

Our stay at this hotel was very enjoyable after a long day of international traveling. The employees were friendly; check in and check out were easy. The whole hotel itself is clean and tastefully decorated. Our room was spacious with very comfortable beds/pillows, as well as black out curtains. The bathroom had a beautiful rainfall shower and great water pressure. Everything was clean. The only thing that got a bit tight was the parking, but staff were very eager and quick to help if needed! We’d absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend this hotel 🙂.

The rangehood has a sharp edge and can easily caused injury. The room was facing the main road and had a lot of traffic noise. We originally booked for a king room. But we were given a room with 2 double beds. The 2nd bed was in a separate small room inside the main room. It does not have window or air conditioning. Cool air does not flow into the small room due to the awkward layout. It is so small and stuffy that we could not use it at all. The main room is small and no space for luggage. We have to put it on the floor and leave us no space to walk around.

Really well presented hotel. Was offered upgrade on arrival to family suite and found us in a luxurious room which was very modern. 2 queen beds, kitchenette l, beautiful rain shower and Netflix included to boot. Would love to come back and stay here for more than one night.

We really enjoyed our two night stay in the wheelchair accessible rooms. I booked two rooms for family members. Fully accessible, well maintained and the staff very lovely. Walkable to many restaurants and shops plus only ten minutes to airport. Thank you for having us. I recommend staying here.
