Staff was rude when they were there , nobody on duty after 8pm during the week & only 10am to 4pm on weekends, that was ridiculous when you did talk the fhe fro t desk, the guy had an attitude & hung up on me. Would definitely NOT recommend this hotel or any Wood Spring to anybody.

No towels, no shower curtain. We arrived at 6pm to a locked check in. Had to call. Hotel stinks of cigarettes and weed. People openly smoking both inside. Disgusting. Lots of sketchy people living there. Not staying, living.

The sheets smell bad, room floor was dirty, it was very a lot of noise all night long.
