The hotel is modern and nicely updated, and the property was very clean. However, we were disappointed to find the pool cold and the hot tub out of order upon our arrival. There was also a sock left in our room from a previous guest. When setting up the sofa bed for our kids, we discovered that a comforter and a second pillow were missing. The beds themselves were not very comfortable, and the TV channels were a bit glitchy. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The pool heater wasn’t working. The jacuzzi didn’t work either. Today one of the elevators didn’t work. There are no lunch options in the lobby restaurant and happy hour isn’t till 4:30PM.

Would have gone five stars on everything except two 'misses': The hotel offered online check-in -- but it did not speed the process at all. Still had ONE slowpoke in front of me w/ traditional check-in and that killed everything. If you want me to register w credit card in advance -- you MUST have an express system for me to just grab my key. Second sin: Hot tub was closed, no heads-up on website or check-in. Not OK>

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and the staff were amazing. We will be staying here again when we visit for the 49ers game. Heads up, you have to pay for parking daily, which I think is unnecessary. $20 a day seems crazy when you're already paying for your room. Overall, great hotel.

We booked this hotel because it was close to an activity we had planned. We were looking forward to swimming in the pool and going to the hot tub but the hot tub was closed and the door to the pool seemed to be broken. The receptionist tried to help us but couldn’t figure it out herself, she had to call maintenance which took a while to get there cutting into our pool time. Overall we were satisfied with the help we received but disappointed to not be able to get into the hot tub because it was dirty.

I love the layout of the room and the rain shower. The only thing I didn’t like is the sofa bed because it’s not fully clean. When I open it I saw a lot of bread crumbs and some stains in it and the bottom of the sofa is filthy. You can tell this spot is been neglected for a long time.

The room was nice but not clean. There was no shower gel, there were food crumbs by the sofa, eye lashes on the window sill, when I opened the sofa bed, there were pieces of old food. We had come from great america & then the pool, my kids and I needed a shower, there was no hot water that night, woke up and still no hot water. The vent fan in the bathroom did not work. The hotel and room were beautiful but again, dirty room, and we were unable to shower which defeats the purpose. When I left they said they would waive my $20 parking fee for the inconvenience. $20 does not make up for not being able to use the shower of a room that I am pay $200 for. &why are you even charging for parking at this point?

I walked in to an immaculate lobby with a huge beautiful Christmas tree. There is a large restaurant, a sky-high “library” (props) with a table and chairs for co-working, and the receptionist was very friendly. My room was large and clean. Excellent bathroom with a wand shower head.

Great stay and hotel. Only minus is the noise from the freeway. We could here the cars and motorcycle sounds over our T.V. and when we we’re sleeping at night. If you stay here, definitely grab a room on the pool side of the hotel. BTW they charge extra for the pool side rooms, not cool considering the only other room options have noise pollution.

This is a great place to stay if you are taking in a 49ers game or the Great America amusement park. Rooms are immaculate and so spacious. Bathroom doors were extremely noisy when closing but other than that, exceptional overall.

this hotel was located by 2 places I needed to be at. it's really nice! the rooms are nice however sleeping on the sofa bed was horrific! very uncomfortable so needless to say I slept horribly. Aside from that everything else was perfect!

Suite need to be stocked with trash bags, it needs a microwave especially considering a suite, and bathroom doors are wierd and loud when opened also need a lock.

The customer service was poor. After arriving after a long drive my husband and I went to the bar for a cocktail and dinner. The bar was filthy from other customers sitting there before us. The bar tender was walking around looking for his keys that he lost, and did not serve us since he was preoccupied looking for his keys. We left and went to Fleming’s for dinner. Then, in the morning we went down to have breakfast. The waiter continued walking past us. We had to ask for our menus. As we waited over 15 minutes watching the waiter tend to other customers the came after us, we left and had breakfast elsewhere. When we returned from breakfast I shared my experience with the manager. For the cost of the hotel I expected the best customer service. We will not return to this property.

Not a great stay. Room 1 had broken AC. I tried to switch rooms, but the front desk wouldn’t let me. Then waited quite a while for maintenance. And maintenance showed up and couldn’t fix the problem. In the front desk told me that they couldn’t switch rooms, but I could have a fan. I let them know that really wasn’t a great solution. It didn’t call me back half hour later saying I can switch rooms. And I had to pack everything up and go to a new room. The next evening when I got back from the conference, the TV had fallen off the wall. They told me they would fix it and provide a new TV the next day while I was out at a conference but they never did. They then last minute tried to make me move rooms a second time. At checkout the staff was not friendly or cared about my experience. The bar server and maintenance staff are nice, but the rest are not very nice, not caring and not providing good service. They take no responsibility for providing service to their guests. I do not recommend this hotel to others. I should have been given a refund.

This was a horrible experience. There was a big event in town, I had secured my room four months before this event. When I showed up that day, the front desk informed me that they had given my room away because my card had been declined and they had tried to get a hold of me several times. This was not the case. I had not a single missed call from them. And the card they said they ran was not mine. Long story short is they knew they could get triple what I paid so they sold my room out from under me and then the three people at the front desk gaslit me and trying to say that I was the problem. I will never stay at a Hyatt again and I’m very wary about using third-party apps.

We booked the Hyatt to catch a Niner game but we came early and booked 3 nights to take the kids to the boardwalk and San Fran. When we arrived, Eric at check in set us up with a stadium view. The hotel itself is beautiful and in good shape, the pool area and restaurant/bar is really nice. The food at the restaurant was good and fairly priced. Our room was nice, a little tight with 4 of us but we knew that and it was great having a separate bedroom for us parents. The sofa pull out was big enough for both kids and one is 6ft tall. The bed was comfortable. The shower was decent. Parking was easy. The elevator was a little squirrly but fine. One elevator was down while there but it was never too crowded. Check out was easy and my bill was as expected, no hidden fees. We walked back from the game and it was not bad. The vibe in hotel is more upscale and relaxed. It was a great stay! We will be back.

Walking distance to and from Levi stadium and very safe. Loved the smell of this hotel. Staff was friendly. Shower head wouldn’t stay up and ice maker didn’t work but other staff Han that was a great place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

It was overall a great stay. Our shower had hair on the walls and the bathroom counter had water spots that had not been properly wiped down. Upon checking I asked if there were restaurants in walking distance and was told a 5 minute walk max. I do believe that’s not true as it was more of a 5 minute uber ride. Also, the bar was not properly staffed. The bartenders were visibly stressed out due to the volume of business and lack of help. We were in town for an event and the hotel was super close to our venue which was very convenient.

Great hotel! The room size and layout was an unexpected surprise. We were there for 9 nights visiting family so going “home” each day was so nice! BUT - two little issues. No free breakfast and the televisions, though new, kept having to get re-set which was a hassle.

Paid over $1,000 for a 3 night stay and went down for breakfast buffet to be charged $63.29. After paying so much for a room you would think that something would be included. Nope!! Not only was i charged for food but it was honestly terrible. Things that were supposed to be warm were cold. So many things I could say. There were limited and I mean limited options. Once they brought us the amount I tried forcing myself to eat more just so I can at least get money's worth. Grabbed a scone and another pastry the felt like they were fresh out the fridge. Super disappointed. Also, went to the website as it said they had a menu to choose from, guess what they don't. Side not when I checked in I asked the lady if the $20.00 they charged for parking was going to cover my entire stay and she said yes. Just seen on email that its $20/day. Absolutely ridiculous.

Considering it’s the Hyatt I expected more. My reservation was for a King Suite with a view of the stadium. I got a King suite with a bed that was so low I thought it was just a box spring and mattress. The mattress sunk in terribly when I laid on it. So it wasn’t comfortable at all. The restroom smelled like a sewer and my view was of trees that I’m guessing were placed to block the super noisy freeway that was part of my view. I couldn’t see any part of the stadium or anything else. The staff was wonderful! Everyone was super nice and friendly. Oh and there’s a little handout that’s included with your room key that notes things like the WiFi password and hours for room service and breakfast. In the lobby there’s a sandwich board that shows the hours for breakfast. When you go to breakfast you are greeted by a friendly staff member but no where and no one mentions that the basic self service breakfast is NOT included with the room. So I got a nice surprise of $136.00 charge to my room for 4 people eating breakfast. Scrambled eggs, bacon and pancakes with 2 cups of orange juice. In case anyone is wondering no there wasn’t a cook you couldn’t order anything and it was VERY basic offerings. What you would expect for FREE from a $300/night hotel.
