Lucy Li the proprietor gave me a very warm welcome. Allowed me to access my room much earlier than expected. Gave me a map of Stratford to help me navigate my way around. Was able to park at the hotel. Only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Stratford upon Avon and theatre. Excellent breakfast. Hotel extremely clean. Paint work fresh and clean. All rooms are en suite. The only one small negative is that my room was quite old fashioned. However, I would certainly stay again.

We had a lovely stay Lucy greeted us for check-in which was swift and efficient. Very friendly approach The room was very clean and tidy with plenty of coffee etc to choose from which was replenished every day Nothing was too much trouble The breakfasts were very good and cooked well We would definitely return when we go back to Stratford .

The lady greeting us was really friendly and informative and welcoming. The place is spotlessly clean absolutely everywhere. Real attention to detail. Cooked breakfast was excellent in volume, quantity and quality. Superb start to the day. Room was very comfortable, immaculately clean and fantastic facilities. Location is perfect. 10 min stroll to the heart of town. If you’re thinking of booking. Stop thinking and get it booked!

A wonderful host who looked after us very well. The room was immaculate and spotlessly clean, had everthing we needed during our stay. Slept really well, the beds were comfortable and the room was very quite and peaceful. Beakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again.

Our host Lucy was most welcoming and helpful. Short walk into downtown Stratford. The property was extremely clean. I would say the room was small but the wonderful breakfast (the best we have had in our 2 and a half week stay in 7 different hotels in England) made up for that! The breakfast room was a cheery way to start the day too! Highly recommend!

I'd give 6 stars for service if I could. We stayed for a weekend and the hotel is an easy walk to the town. The room (3 bed) was big enough for the family, and the design was such that our little child could sleep in one room, while people watched TV in the other room. We'd stay again.

I travelled by train for the marathon there. I had nice day in Stratford, but was pleased to check in. The proprietor was exceptionally kind and I realised she woke up early to make me breakfast before the marathon. I kept changing my needs because I wasn't sure what to eat before the race, but she was very accommodating. I only went for a single room, so perhaps i should have gone for a double, but it was a comfortable bed nonetheless and I got a decent sleep. Room was surprisingly big and the ensuite was clean and tidy. It was pretty quiet too, I didn't hear anyone else really for my stay, the petrol station next door I heard a tiny bit in the night, but I got back to sleep quickly. I can't fault my stay, it was great value and would definitely stay again if i'm ever back in Stratford.

Lovely welcome. I let them know that i would arrive before check in as travelling by train, this was no problem, everything was ready when i got there. Breakfast was beautiful, not too much and well cooked. I stayed in a single twin bed room, good size with good bucket seat and stool. The only thing was that as a short person the bed was high, had to jump up, also the shower head was high when arrived, neither was a massive problem, i could just do with 2 more inches on my height 😳 I would definitely stay again.

Lovely hosts and the room was more than adequate. Only negative in room 3 is the glass shelf right next to the toilet, easy to knock yourself on! Breakfast a little on the small side for people with a larger appetite., but very tasty and well presented. Would definitely recommend.

The property was extremely clean and the hosts were welcoming and accommodating. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the proximity to the town centre. Our bedroom was cozy and we appreciated the ensuite. The in-room kettle, tea, and complimentary biscuit was a lovely addition. Our cons are minimal - as a couple used to a king-sized bed, the double bed was a challenge for us. The first night, I wasn’t able to access wi-if. The host did come to assist immediately and was able to sign both me and my husband in, but as soon as he left, I got booted out. Not a tragedy as I had a book to read and everything worked find the second night we stayed.

Stayed here a few times and same exceptional sevice again. The host goes out of her way to accomodate you and any requests you may make. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Lucy was very hospitable and happy to help. Some nice touches like bowl of sweets in the hall to help yourself and umbrellas to use in case you got caught out. Very handy for town too

Very friendly, accommodating and clean. I had to turn up early to allow me to attend an online meeting and they made sure they were available and the room was ready. Very clean and great breakfast.

Beautiful, neat property. Comfortable. Easy to get to local attractions. Breakfast was cooked to order and served in a delightful little morning room. Be aware that the guest house is on a main road, which stays a little busy. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Very friendly approach The room was very clean and tidy with plenty of coffee etc to choose from which was replenished every day Nothing was too much trouble The breakfasts were very good and cooked well We would definitely return when we go back to Stratford .

The lady greeting us was really friendly and informative and welcoming. The place is spotlessly clean absolutely everywhere. Real attention to detail. Cooked breakfast was excellent in volume, quantity and quality. Superb start to the day. Room was very comfortable, immaculately clean and fantastic facilities. Location is perfect. 10 min stroll to the heart of town. If you’re thinking of booking. Stop thinking and get it booked!

Lovely hosts and the room was more than adequate. Only negative in room 3 is the glass shelf right next to the toilet, easy to knock yourself on! Breakfast a little on the small side for people with a larger appetite., but very tasty and well presented. Would definitely recommend.

Family room was very clean and tidy. Comfortably fit 4 adults in room. Provided tea and coffee making facilities. Host was a good communicator and very friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay ,arrived a little early was able to park up and got in our room sooner than expected .Warm welcome upon arrival .Everything was spot on comfortable room with everything you need at arms length and topped off with a good nights sleep and tasty breakfast in exceptionally clean surroundings and easy walking distance of all the attractions.Very reasonably priced .The weather was great too !

Excellent hosts, really friendly and helpful. Free parking for approx 4 cars. Located not that far from Stratford centre. Very clean room with air-conditioning which was very welcome with the recent hot weather. Lovely cooked breakfast, just the right size. Vegetarian breakfast selection also offered as well as cereals, yogurts and fruit. Would definitely stay here again if we come to Stratford upon Avon for another visit and would highly recommend this B&B to others. Wonderful. Thank you Lucy and Justin 😀
