Upon check in, staff was incredibly difficult and belligerent. We booked a quadruple room which is more expensive and stated as having one double and two twin beds and they only had a triple ready because we had 3 people on the booking which is one double and one twin. Outside of check in, the stay was fine. I wouldn't say the beds are worth bragging about as I woke with a backache each day. It was quiet and mostly clean

Waiting long time to check in because receptionist also working serving in the bar. Got the room - but do not see the Hotels.com being fulfilled. No receipt. Status of booking still says "Ordered" at the day of check out.

Did not partake in breakfast. Check-in slow and automated does not work for expedia booking. Hotel elevators really get a workout here. Area is excellent. Glasgow is georgeous.
