Urban Stripes Athens

This is an amazing apartment. The view of the Acropolis / Parthenon in sun, rain sunset and night time lighting is perfect. The apartment is very spacious and contains many amenities. Amenities of importance to us were a wash/dryer that actually worked, dishwasher, coffee pod machine ( with pods) and a great shower. The entire staff was wonderful with particular appreciation for Marina and Elias who solved problems quickly and offered advice on restaurants and tours. We could control both heating and air-conditioning ourselves ( not common for apartments we have had in Europe ) - these were soundless ! If we needed anything replaced ( towels , coffee, paper products ) it was immediate. TV has Netflix - not just access to your subscription, Many great restaurants within 3 blocks. The breakfast ( brought to us daily at a time set by us ) was well worth the price. Our breakfasts included fruit, meat and cheese, yogurt, and multiple pieces of warm filo dough creations including great spanakopita - enough for breakfast and either a snack later or even lunch.

There are no housekeeping services during your stay. If you want clean towels, bedding, etc. you may have to make special arrangements. I was kept awake by loud upstairs guests when I needed to wake up at 3:30am for a early flight. Message property about it. They only said they left the loud guests a message. I don't feel they care about my comfort.

Good service, offered late check in & they delivered my luggage to my room after they were lost at the airport 10/10. Rooms were big and clean.

This is a very well-kept, clean accommodation located centrally so that you can walk to most attractions and restaurants.
