It was okay. Downside is: there isn’t enough parking space. We wanted to leave early and couldn’t because there was a car blocking our exit. We needed to wait for the front desk to call the owner of the car before we could leave.

Había muchos lugares cercanos para comer y un centro comercial cruzando la callle. El lugar está en declive. Esta fue mi cuarta estadía en este hotel y será la ultima. Los sinks del baño y de la cocina estaban tapados y sucios. Los pisos del cuarto estaban mugrosos. Ahora necesitas dejar identificación para poder usar secadoras de pelo o una plancha.

Mold everywhere! Only get two towels for the whole stay and can exchange them if needed. Hotel room was so dirty along with restroom ! No housekeep at all only if you stay longer than 7 days.

Room was clean but dirty smelly sheets, we called to get clean ones and they told us to bring the dirty ones down from the fouth floor to the front desk yo swap them and they agreed that they were dirty, second time this happened i gave them one more change and did not meet the average regular standards. Not staying here anymore!

Everything inside the room was very old; the counter by the kitchen was very damage and needs replacement. The restroom was not really clean and towels smell bad. The worst was the parking I got back to my room around 2 am there was no parking at all had to park two blocks down. The location was great; but I wouldn’t stay there again or recommend this hotel. The price was not cheap neither so I was expecting something better.

Overall, our stay was great. There are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. I felt like it was centrally located near the east border entry. The room had a full-size fridge, a small stove top, and a microwave. I don’t think I’ve ever seen all these appliances in one hotel before. However, I didn’t notice a hairdryer, iron, or coffee pot. They would have got a five star if the restroom was stocked with toilet paper and the room was a little cleaner. Our room had greasy handprints on the door from a child and we found hair on the extra pillow that was in the cupboard. I also saw some food crumbs on the floor that weren’t from us. For the price you couldn’t complain. I appreciated that they had a security guard out front and a pool. It’s perfect for people who just plan to eat out all the time. We were only there for one day, but I can see if I was there longer I would plan to bring a lot other things to make my stay more comfortable. I would stay here again! I personally didn’t have a hard time with the parking and I drive a Toyota Camry. I’m guessing that if you’re not good at parking, that’s where you would have difficulty.

The hotel is very poorly sound insulated, if you are a light sleeper I would you recommend bringing earplugs. We heard people in neighboring room come in later at night and it felt like they were having conversations right next to us. We heard anyone walking through hallway and worst we could hear the upstairs water whenever a toilet was flushed.

The staff seemed like they were very busy and uncoordinated, they couldn’t even give us our own key. We had to ask for them to open our room every time we came in and out of the hotel room, pillows or missing and bedding wasn’t very comfortable

Everything about the hotel was great. And i have stood there before so its one of my favorites until our unit wasnt available upon check in time. The first girl tht was going to check us in was amazeingly friendly and sweet, but we knew we were too early for check in so we decided to wait in lobby. Then the sweet first girl was off im assumeing because another one checked in... and thts when check in time turned awul. She was rude, bitter to speak to,and just plain awful. She made us wait evdn AFTER check in time knowing we needed our room so we can rest because we had to leave early sunday morning. She actually told us as soon as ur room is ready,ill call u up here to desk. ( mind u, we were in front of her face in lobby the whole time) she never called us. Until about 3:20 i just wdnt up and the gentlemen there gave us our room even tho she was still just there with awful attitude. Too bad i didnt get her name but to the hotel management, watch who u hire please tht girl had the worst customer service i had experienced there and i really like the hotel. It is amazeingly comfortable to sray there!!

Terrible customer service, the front desk staff is awful. This is our second time here and it's the same problem with the front desk staff. They should have the cleaning staff teach them how to treat guests.

The price is what Mexicali should be. To many average hotels are over priced. The area is newer with nice plazas and modern places to eat. This is my new hotel to stay here as I travel thru Mexicali every week. The route to hwy 5 south is fast with little traffic.

This is our 2nd stay here. I love the convenience of Walmart, Pizza hut Carls Jr, Burger King, Starbucks and 2 different movie theaters within walking distance. We had a room with a stove, refrigerator. It does not come equipped with utensils or cooking pans but you can either take your own or borrow thwm from the front desk.

It is clean, affordable. Parking can be better, no coffee maker. If you stay more than one night, the room is not cleaned on day 2. Before Covid the lobby area, they had coffee, pastries and fruit. They never brought it back.

The place was not bad, but in order to get an iron I had to leave my drivers license as collateral. The closet was also broken and in order to get any kitchen utinsils you have to pay for renting them. Will never stay here again.

Cuando llegue tenían café y olía muy bien, pero al día siguiente ya no hicieron el servicio de café. Mi recomendación se las doy gratis. Los olores crean recuerdos y el olor a café fresco me hizo sentir que llegué a casa y eso es bueno para su negocio. El estacionamiento si es un conflicto.

The facility was very clean and the staff was very helpful and very friendly. The gym is ok, nothing to fancy. A couple of treadmills and dumbell weights. No food options nor kitchen unfortunately. Very good place to chill and kick back.
