Hotel not as showing on advertisement, small beds , tiny pillows, dirty bathroom and bed sheets with stains and previous people's hair allover the bed, some staff ok vehravior and some others bad attitudes when we complain about dirty issues.

Our room didn’t have hot water. It was room temperature, we adjusted. Would be nice if also a mini fridge was included. Our room was very clean, thank you Norma.
