First night everything was good until I woke up with a bite on my elbow. Didn’t think much until the next day my sister woke up with bites on her arms and stomach and buttocks. My son had a bite mark on his face. We put the puzzle together and realized, the mattress had/ has BED BUGS!!!!!!! Will never stay here again got home throwing all of our belongings away just so that we wouldn’t bring them in side our home. Worst experience ever!

Room was clean cleaning staff were attentive of our needs since we didn’t want to be disturbed any of the days we were there when they saw us going out while they cleaned other rooms they would give us the good morning and ask if we needed anything and of course coffee envelopes and water very nice and curtiese

First of all, this is NOT a three star hotel. It is a two star at best even for Mexico standards. No fridge or microwave in room. They did have a one cup coffee maker with a single serving of coffee. The pool area was clean and had plenty of pool towels. One or maybe two channels that came broadcast in English. The bed was firm and the AC worked. Oh yeah, one bottle of drinkable water provided.

The room they assigned me, was occupied by another guests, we let know one of their staff members, she notified the front desk of the situation and instead of them send someone of them to get us a new door key for another room, they meda us go all the way down to the lobby with all of our luggage and get other room key. Limpieza de la habitación muy bien, trato del personal también muy bien, pedí servicio a la habitación y fue muy bueno lo único que sugiero es un poco de más variedad en el buffet y que fuera incluido en cualquier reservación ya que está vez que reserve habitación sencilla con una cama y 2 personas no venía incluido y si está un poco elevado el costo para la poca variedad, de todo los demás muy buen servicio.

We frequently traveled to Mexicali, and this hotel was my preferred choice. However, I observed that there is a new staff who are not friendly at all. I arrived at 2:30 pm and proceeded directly to check-in. The staff member turned to look at the clock and remarked, “The check-in is until 3 pm” My husband was upset, so we returned to the car and waited until 3 pm The issue was that he communicated the same rule to everyone. By 3 pm, there was a long line; it took approximately 45 minutes or more to complete the check-in process. Eventually, we received the keys. The next surprise was the room assigned to me, which had an awful sewer-like smell. The carpets were very dirty, and the bed was hard. I returned to the reception to request a different room. The hotel does not seem to be the same anymore. I also noticed that the cleaning staff do not use a vacuum cleaner; instead, they just sweep the rooms, causing all the dirt to accumulate in the hallways. I initially thought they would vacuum afterward, but to my surprise, they did not, resulting in a mess with trash from different rooms.

Hotel itself was great. The only issue was at check-in. I was checking in at 3pm and hotel staff only had one person at the front desk. Waited about 45 minutes to an hour to check-in due to the long line. Did talk to management and they are aware. Other than that minor inconvenience, everything else was great. Would stay again.

This is a very practical hotel for people visiting central Mexicali. It’s close to the border crossing and a Soriana. The main highway runs right past it so it’s easy to get to other parts of the city. Every day we had to have our keycards remagnetized. Staff were friendly and the free parking with electric vehicle charging was a huge plus!

The property is in bad shape and not in the best location within Mexicali. Family of 5 stayed overnight for a morning flight & were tempted by the fairly good rate. First rooms were filthy dirty and smelled like sewage. Staff was friendly and helpful to quickly relocate us to new rooms in much better shape. Beware it is close to a noisy train line and that there is not much to do around the property.

One of the reasons we booked here is the 24/7 check-in. We were on a late flight and didn't get there until after 2am. The gal at the front desk was fantastic. The breakfast was also very good and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.
