Small rooms but good price. Breakfast was 10/10 my kids love it! The only issue we had, they don't have elevator ro the parking lot, so you have to carry your luggage to the lobby.

We stay at Hotel One often. Things we like...safe parking, clean rooms, very safe area to walk with lots of food and drink options. Things we don't like...on the weekends, there is often a very loud outdoor club and the music goes until almost 4 am.....good luck sleeping in south facing rooms. It amazes me the area businesses don't complain to the city officials.

My car was blocked by a double park car perhaps from a guest, hotel dies fail to register car info from every room booked, so my misery lasted more than 10 hrs waiting for car to move, employees did not seem to care much, where not able to do much, manager would not answer their call fro help

Muy desepcionante el hotel, las instalaciones estaban muy sucias, el olor de la habitación está muy fuerte a drenaje las sábanas estaban llenas de cabello y manchadas el baño también estaba muy sucio, la verdad no pude ni siquiera quedarme a dormir tuve que reservar otro hotel para mi comodidad, no recomendable para nada y al momento de dejarla el personal no intentó darme ninguna solución solo que dejara la llave en recepción

The hotel is overall good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing that I didn’t like is that there was an unpleasant sewer smell in my room the whole time during my stay. I found it hard to enjoy the room and relax because of the sewer smell.

Clean, staff is friendly and helpfull, good neighborhood, rooms are small but clean and the beds are comfy. HOWEVER, it is right next to a club and/or event center, so if you like to go to sleep before 11pm on a Friday or Saturday night, do not stay here. The venues were so loud that it was shaking my windows on the 4th floor.
