The staff was polite. However, they were not staffed to keep up with a holiday weekend. They did make a good effort. There were no towels, housekeeping services must be requested between 6am-9am and are not provided after 1pm. The fitness space was in poor condition, I had to troubleshoot the treadmill to use it, the other equipment was broken. The pool was very small. The key cards were not working on the pool entrance, so you had to walk around the outside to the main entrance.

We were on a family trip & this was a quick stay while traveling to our destination. The desk staff was adequate but not friendly-all business which was okay as we were tired & just wanted to get checked in. The pool was lovely, the beds comfortable. Nothing super special. The place is a bit worn but okay.

Thank you to the check in staff for helping us out last weekend. We had an issue with our card and the staff went above and was so helpful and gave me time to make sure everything would work out in time for check out on Sunday. Also the kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. Everything was clean and welcoming! Thanks again from your Indiana guests. We will be back.

Parking lot shared with other nearby hotels, not fenced or separated. Property backs onto a drainage ditch which is also used as a walking path. Did not have any incident, but overnight desk clerk hesitated to say whether the area was safe to leave my van loaded with personal belongings.

I was extremely disappointed with the condition of my hotel room. Our first room had an extreme smell of throw up when we entered. We requested a new room and this room didn’t smell but the room was clearly not cleaned before our arrival—there was hair in the bathtub, all over the mirror, the bathroom surfaces were visibly dirty, and both the bed sheets and comforter had stains. On top of that, the floor was wet when I walked in, which was both uncomfortable and concerning. I hope management addresses these issues to prevent other guests from having a similar experience.

When i first arrived my room was not cleaned, they moved me to another room which had bed bugs and roaches. 2nd room had no workings HVAC. I'VE REQUESTED A REFUND BUT NO RESPONSE ON THIS MATTER. WORST HOTEL EVER.

The property was terrible! It’s the worst Comfort Suites I’ve been to! We’re a trucking family so we travel a lot & when we got in the room everything appeared fine until it was time for me to disinfect. There was blood on the cover. The toilet & countertop was dirty, there was hair in the shower that obviously didn’t come from us, & terrible spots on the carpet that appeared to be fresh because it left spots on my sons socks! Stay away there’s other hotels in the area that’ll be better!

It didn’t seem like our room was properly cleaned. The spare pillow they left for us was dirty and stained. There was a Cheeto on the floor. The inside of the trashcan was disgusting and looked like it had mold in it. The staff kept setting a bag over the trashcan but refused to clean it until I wrote a note and set it in the hallway on day 3. It was so gross. I took a picture of it. There was no milk at breakfast for three days, so my kids couldn’t eat cereal and we didn’t have milk with our coffee. The bottom of the toilet where it meets the floor was covered in pee. The ice machines and washer all leak so there was always a puddle of water around them. Overall, the place was gross.

First room we we given on first floor was Dirty. Bed covers had stains/ dirt marks on them. Found 2 roaches within 5minutes of entering room. Mold stains on ceiling throughout room as well as dead bug stuck to it. Switched rooms to second floor which was slightly cleaner( bed coverings looked better) but Bathroom was old ,tiling cracked, door didn't lock properly .

Mattress sagged in the middle and was lumpy. Bathroom fan could not remove moisture, fogged up after a 5 min shower. Mentioned to staff and said it was normal. Room had a musty smell to it, I’m guessing from the poor bathroom ventilation. There was also mold on the bathroom ceiling and around the edges of the tub.

Beds were clean, area was fine, lobby was clean and breakfast was good. Air conditioner was disgustingly dirty as well as remote for TV and ice bucket. The couch in the room was dirty/stained. There were not enough towels for the room and house keeping never replaced towels. We had to go down to the desk daily and ask as the phone in the room didn’t work either.

We only stayed one night as part of our trip to Florida. The night was ok but would not stay there again. The pillows on the bed were tiny and flat. The sheets looked and smelled dirty as if they weren’t changed from previous guest. Hairdryer in bathroom didn’t work. Breakfast was horrible, hardly any food put out and once it ran out seems like staff didn’t care to put any new food out.

Room needs new carpet, drapes and overall upgrade. Very gloomy and depressing atmosphere. Breakfast buffet very poor with cold eggs, no Raisin Bran and a dreary setting. Hardly worthy of a 4 star rating.

Pillows were the absolute worst. Like sleeping on marbles. Front desk people far from helpful. ALL spent more time on their phones than assisting guests. . Homeless camp out back of the hotel probably 20 yard from the pool area. I dont care that this is in Mobile AL! Standards and expectations still need to be maintained. Owners and management must be non existent.

It was a rough start, When we checked in the tv in our room wouldn't work so they gave us 2nd room and that tv didn't work. So they gave us a 3rd room which was an upgrade and that tv worked. After we got that worked out our stay was great

It was fine for one night. Breakfast was nice. The only complaint was the bathroom. It was a bit small with no towel bars or places to hang towels or anything. Shower curtain was small with no liner so when in shower it didn't close well and keep water off the floor.

Monica went beyond in showing concern for our room situation. The manager, Angela made sure our room was correct when Expedia threatened to only allow us to change from a king to two queens by cancelling our no refund reservation. These two women helped us tremendously.

Property was clean and fresh, and Angela at the front desk was amazingly helpful when Orbitz left me standing at the front desk on hold with customer service for almost an hour due to a glitch in their system. Checked in on my own with Angela’s help and still on hold for an Orbitz refund, going on 70 minutes now, as I sit in my lovely room. Five stars for the hotel and for Angela, and if possible to leave Orbitz a negative rating I would.

The lady at the front desk when we arrived was very rude. She made us feel very unwelcome; we didn’t have enough towels but since she was so rude, I didn’t even bother to go get more towels; I literally used a hand towel as my bath towel.

I arrived at the hotel earlier than expected on November 25. I wanted to know if I could check in early. The receptionist was rude and not willing to accommodate. The hotel was not full at all. It was almost empty. I didn't understand why she couldn't be accommodating. So, I had to find something to do until check-in time. But the receptionist that evening was nice. This is the hotel in Mobile/Tillman's corner.

Great stay. Breakfast was good. The location is decent. Surrounded by about 5 other hotels. The Main Street has lots of restaurants to visit. Room was clean (king size, 3rd floor), towels & sheets clean. Very roomy ! (Pics taken before leaving.. hence the unmade bed)

The location was good for the purpose of my trip. There was a nice breakfast and the staff was friendly. A couple of things I did not like was that there was no maid service during my three-day stay although you could get new towels, tissue, etc. if requested. Also, while the property and grounds were pretty nice, it is located in a rather "seedy" area, and parking is a little remote. Almost all of the close-in parking spaces are either handicapped or reserved for "frequent stayers".

This property is located in an unsavory area with hookers, walking the streets around the building at night and sketchy looking people hanging out around the front of the building until midnight, smoking right in front of the doors and generally doing whatever they please. Every time I walked in the building, I was looked at like I was a high-end call girl, as a single lady staying by myself. The gym is lacking, but at least has the basics and I did use the treadmill while I was staying at the hotel. You have to request daily housekeeping, and it is not discussed at check-in, until you specifically asked for clean towels. One of the hand towels in my room was dirty, even though it was folded with the other clean towels, it had dirt on it like it had been used to wipe a dirty shoe. The room smelled musty and it was very humid constantly as well as the fan in the bathroom did not work. Overall, this property needs a lot of updating and just general staff friendliness should be addressed.

Everything was fine until a noisy group of youth showed up but that’s not the hotels fault. What was really disappointing was breakfast. While its setup to be great, the young man assigned to take care of it was walking around without any motivation. I got there about 8am and there was nothing there besides some tasteless egg rounds. No coffee, no waffle mix, no sausage, trash can overflowing, hard boiled eggs disgusting.
