Good customer service. Some of the access doors didn’t work.

The luggage trolly that they did have was broken. There's no elevator and the the property sits on a hill, so if your room as it is at 1 end of the hotel you have to huff it with your luggage all the way across up-and-down the property and then have 2 flights of stairs to get to your room.

The staff was so helpful and nice! Our bathroom shower wasn’t draining, bathroom was in terrible shape. Refrigerator was also not working. For spending $200 for one evening for a two bed, I would have expected it to be amazing. Very annoyed but was not the front desks fault. They were so nice!

The entire property was littered with trash, beer cans and even boxes of rotting fruit (entrance 1st floor). Cob webs throughout the hallway. The odor of marijuana was prevalent walking by many rooms on first floor. The blow dryer caught fire when turned on. Bare wires noted on the air condition cord. I checked out early because of unsanitary conditions and apparent criminal activity. What a disaster I’m the positive side. The pool area was nice.

It was scary at first driving up to it. The alarm clock and refrigerator was not working and seemed it had not been working for awhile. When asked about a new fridge was told maintenance was not available at the time and would send someone over. We stayed two days and no maintenance person ever came. I was skeptic especially when the host kept saying sorry so many times it was starting to lose value in the sincerity of SORRY!!!

EVELATOR WERE BROKEN ALL 3 DAYS!! UNACCEPTABLE! ALSO NEVER GOT ROOM SERVICE, HAD TO BEG!

We were accommodated with a top floor room upon request. Room keys were somewhat difficult to use to enter room and other parts of the building. Breakfast area was cold, so by the time we sat to eat our food it was cold. When my husband went to get ice and go take the cooler to the car, hotel personnel/owner was watching him and our sons as if they were stilling something. Electrical outlets on one half of the room.

If you are just looking for a cheap stay then this should do. Should be cheaper IMO The facility is confusing with multiple hotels on the same lot and all are the same building style. All of them are old and run down. They have put some time and updates to the front desk lobby area, it looks pretty new and nice, which gives false hope on the conditions of the rooms. As long as you know what you are in for then all is good, just have low expectations and you will be fine.

This is definitely a budget hotel. Non-smoking floor smelled like cigarettes 100% of the time. Shower drain didn’t drain at all. The place where breakfast is located had no A/C, expect to sweat while eating. Room did the job and nothing more.

Property needs to be updated and maintained a little better.

Rooms were dirty, smelly, and had roaches. I had to switch rooms twice: first had blood-stained linens and a dismantled faucet, second had filthy carpet, bad odor, and a roach crawling on me at night. The third room was only slightly better—shower had low pressure and the vanity was loose. The only positive was the continental breakfast, which was good. Rating: 1/5

The facility is horrible and needs a lot of work. The room was dirty; trash and food was under each bed. The AC/Heating unit was loud. Basic local channels were not available on the television. There were stains on the cover on one bed. The bath tub drain was clogged.

No one was in lobby to great us or check us in. It was a ghost town. We stood there at least 5 minutes before someone had to be found. The room does not reflect the pictures posted on hotels.com. the room was outdated, had ripped carpet, tub had mold and looked dirty, around bottom of toilet was dirty, first roll of toilet paper was almost empty. There were many areas you could see where there had been water damage at one point. If we weren't in a hurry to get to an event when we got there i would have asked for a refund. If the company would put more money into making the rooms updated it would be better. Lobby was nice but didnt reflect the worn down rest. Very deceiving.

Smelt like mold in the hallway and sheets smelt like they someone else slept in them before us. Honestly the protective mattress cover was the only thing that smelt clean

The room was FILTHY! I put my son in pajamas and they were black within 3 mins on being on the floor. They were baby blue. The shower had dirt in it and it didn’t drain… so we couldn’t shower. Check out time is at 11am… why was housekeeping knocking on our doors at 8a? We had a medical procedure done on my son and we were exhausted… I felt that was rude. What they should do is work on the stairs and shampooing and cleaning the vacant rooms. It was bad. The room smelled like body order, cigarettes and mildew. The beds were “sticky” and the bedding smelled so dirty. The sheets and blankets were torn.. I hope there isn’t bed bugs. I know housekeeping is not doing their job. I will never stay there again. The man at the desk was kind.

Once you enter the room is smells straight like cigarettes/weed, bed had stains on it, toilet didn’t work

There was black mold in the bathroom, ac unit was broken, used condom on walk way homeless hanging out in front of lobby, coffee machine broken the shampoo and conditioner in room were half empty I have pictures of the inside of the room

Front desk attendant was rude. Room smelled like smoke. Hair in the shower. Beds dirty, headboards gross. Fridge looked like it had never been cleaned ever. Couldn’t get out of this place fast enough.

The hallways smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. The room had stains on the bedspreads and carpet. The carpet was sticky and wet in places. The fridge had a towel in it and was turned off.

The hotel overall was just fine, I can’t say great. A lot of minor things that overall added up. To start when I first checked the receptionist wasn’t unfriendly, but also was very closed off. When she collected my ID to check in, she ran the card on file which thankfully was my card, but after 12+ years in the hotel industry I would expect the front staff to verify the card on file, to prevent fraud and identity theft. The room itself was again fine, the best part was absolutely the beds. They were incredibly comfortable, the negative was the bathroom was dirty and falling apart. Chunks of paint missing, the shower head was wrapped with some sort of wrapping thus the shower leaked and it made the water pressure nearly nonexistent. The hall of the room smelled of cigarette smoke, which was off putting. Overall, the hotel was okay. I don’t think it was worth the price I paid, but for a quick trip to the city, it was sufficient.

Clean comfortable big room but check in billing was overcharged

I’m giving this four stars because the room was very clean and check-in was easy. And the rates were very fair. Parking was free and a piece of cake too. We could park just footsteps away from the room. The rooms were nicer than I expected and they had a mini fridge and microwave and arm chair with a large ottoman. Our room also add had HBO. The biggest issue was how wiggly the mattress was. If the other person even so much as wiggled a foot, the whole bed shook. So would we go back there if we were in that area again? Likely, but I would be sure to get two different beds for us or remember to bring an air mattress for myself.

It's was okay for last minute only problem was no heater in troom 119 , but I er all it was pretty reasonable.

Pulling up to the hotel, it was apparent we weren't in the best area of Ft Worth. I was greeted at the front desk by a very nice front desk agent who gave thorough instructions and directions. The hallway to our room smelled strongly of marijuana, so we were concerned when we stepped into our room. Before us was a beautiful and clean room. The only downside was the shower water was very warm. Of course it was 115 degrees outside, so that probably isn't their fault. The bed was among the most comfortable I've ever slept in. We went to see a Texas Rangers game and found that the hotel was convenient for that. When I'm back in the area I'd honestly stay here again.

The pictures on the website were not true. The entire property needs updating. My room was clean, but the Wifi never worked and the people at the front desk didn’t seem to care. No help. When I went to get a cup of coffee in the lobby, they had no milk, creamer, or even powdered milk. When asked if they could get me some, I was told they did not have any and I should just take my coffee and go. I will never stay at a Quality Inn again nor use Expedia who endorses them.

Room was clean. Hallway reeked of smoke and marijuana badly. There was trash everywhere. Tv didn’t work. Very loud and not quiet at night. Neighborhood is sketchy and a lot of people walking around parking lot asking for food or money.

The front where the desk was nice and new, but the rooms were old and needed fixing.

Checked out after one night, due to safety concerns. A person was banging on my door demanding to open it, telling me they were maintenance staff. Later asked the reception about it and they were not aware of any maintenance issues. Decided to check out, demanded a refund for my second night but my request rejected.

Rude customer service

The rooms were very clean & the staff was wonderful. So friendly and helpful.

Front desk person, supposedly CORY, was very rude. I don’t know about the rooms, because Cory canceled my reservation by himself, leaving me and my son after 8:30 pm in that bad area with no car (because we arrived with Uber). It’s not “Downtown East”, as the name would suggest. It is by the highway, there is nothing around to eat or buy something, it might be east from the downtown, but we never got there, so I don’t know how far is it. The worst of all is, that front desk Cory canceled my reservation, I asked him at least about my refund, that I can have some documentation about his cancellation. He said he can not give me. I called later, still on that night Expedia, to make sure about the cancellation and make Expedia aware what happened. I was assured that my refund will be taking care of - in couple of days. And it wasn’t, actually I received an email, that they can not. I don’t understand it. Don’t stay at this hotel! Rude people, very unprofessional. They take your money - but no service and don’t want to give your money back. Avoid this establishment.

Front desk people were great. Kitchen employees were rude and bossy. Never again. I've been all over the cou try on business trips and the 2 women in the kitchen were the worse at customer service and basic manners. Retrain them.to talk to clients with at least a minimum of respect.

Lobby seemed nice and staff was friendly. Parking lot was shared with the motel 6 and super 8. Lots of people hanging out in the parking lot at all hours. Hallway and room smelled like marajuana. Shower was dirty and horrible water pressure. Bed had stains on it. Air conditioning worked well in room though.

Convenient to where I needed to go, easy to get to, area not in good condition, hallway had bad smell, not worth the price

Im incredibly surprised Expedia have this motel on there website.We paid what would get you in a decent 3 star motel in a safe area ,On Arrival we noticed the Grounds were like nothing we had experienced on a stay before . It was just like government housing or a mission is the best way to explain it.With homeless people walking around the grounds and what clearly appeared to be Prostitutes working there.Once we got our key and tried to enter the building a young disturbed Man wanted us to let him in the building were the rooms are.We avoid this buy saying our key does not work.Walked to a different entry ,buy this stage we walk up the hall way and the man was in the building somehow.My wife and i were quite afraid at this point.As he had a knife aswell.Dont get sucked in by the pictures of Pool,Room and Entry front desk as yes they are all okay but the area and the grounds are very Bad.When we tried to explain to front desk we feel unsafe,The young lady just said thats America?We were told we had to go through Expedia to get a refund to go elsewhere which we did.A terrible experience.And my first bad review anywhere.The staff did not really care at all.And thought nothing of it and said the security guard will remove the man when he arrives ,as was next door at the time.This place needs a Full time security guard for a reason.No way would i leave my car in there car park overnight with the types of people on the grounds.This experience has moved us away from Expedia…

I didn’t stay because the location

Hotel was outdated, and unclean in some places. The hallways smelt of marijuana, and during our stay there were a lot of disruptions from other hotel guests. This resulted in the police being called. The breakfast was very limited. However, it was a quick and easy trip to the Stockyards, and a cheaper hotel if you’re travelling on a budget.

Very sketchy at night and I wouldn’t book here anymore

It was in a bad area, the place old and in disarray, rotted door jams, tv set up was terrible, shower did not drain, cops were there for a disturbance every night I was there, there wer only fast food nearby, no nice restaurants, the staff constantly asked for my room number due to the vagrants coming in using the bathrooms and stealing breakfast. I was very uncomfortable and from this experience will never trust Expedia again to take care of my travel plans. Total horrible experience, so glad I was alone and not with my family. Shame on you guys for putting people in bad situations

Place OK ...area not safe

The place is legitimately a dump. Holes in the walls, unidentifiable stains on the walls and carpet. Smelled like cigarette smoke the whole time. The milk they served at breakfast was spoiled.

The Motel was clean, but aging. Breakfast was a typical motel breakfast with an attendant keeping things stocked and tidy and there was a coffee bar in the lobby. Neighboring motels looked a bit sketchy in comparison.

I thought previous reviewers were exaggerating or complaining, but they were spot on. The pictures on the website are not what the rooms look like at all. Everything is old and falling apart. Hallways are dark, dirty, and the smell of marijuana is heavy. My husband would not let me walk to the car after dark by myself because it did not seem safe. If you wanted breakfast, you had to eat it there—they would charge you $20 if you took it back to your room to eat. We often do that due to the lack of clean seating in the breakfast area (or one of us just gets breakfast for the both of us), so that was inconvenient. On one end of the hallway, you needed a key card to get in, but the main door from the parking lot was unlocked which did not make us feel safe. The front desk and housekeeping staff were nice, but it did not make up for the poor condition of the rooms overall. If you want a nice, clean, safe place to stay, this is not it.

Overall a good stay breakfast was good and room did its job.

Couldn’t get towels with out turning my used ones in and breakfast was eggs bacon waffle some cereal wasn’t good

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Toilet was running constantly. No hand towels or wash cloths. Paint peeling off the walls and tiles in the bathroom. Black mold around the ceilings. Had a homeless person follow us to the door of the hotel. Keys would not work half of the time on the outside doors and breakfast was terrible. Had cut up hotdogs for the breakfast meat. Do yourself favor and do not stay there.

Probably one of the better breakfasts from a hotel I've had! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for long showers!
